Amazing Thai Restaurang

We were 3 of us, The food was okay, but nothing special. It felt more like a generic buffet than an authentic Thai experience or something similar. The service was fine and the place has a nice setup with organized seating and amazing atmosphere, but overall, it didn’t quite live up to the name. Giving it t3 out of 5—decent, but wouldn’t rush back.

Had been here with group of friends on a evening to order buffet dinner the closing time of restaurant shows 22:00 and we were there around 19:30 still we were said the buffet would be closed in 20 mins if we still want to eat. Myself and my friends felt this is not ok when restaurant display it closes at 22:00 closing kitchen at 21:00 makes sense but saying us to grab a buffet dinner paying 100% and still given just 20 mins to eat sorry but feels very bad customer oriented so we just walked away to have at other Asian buffet

Place clean and nice. I’ve ordered pork grill and Somtam (Tum mau) is quite nice

Good food with good price. I usually don’t like sushi 🍣 but It has a huge items of it. Fried prawn 🍤 is awesome with hot sauce Fried rice and others chicken dishes are all good. Have tea coffee drinks and dessert. Inside interior is just calm and friendly ❤️ It Worth and lovely visit. Thanks

August 2018: My wife and I treated some visiting relatives from abroad, twice in August 2018, to a Buffet dinner in the Amazing Thai Restaurant, Dragarbrunnsgatan, Uppsala. We all enjoyed the very delicious, exotic, appetizing, numerous different food. The staff/personnel are very polite, helpful, attentive & very professional. Reasonable prices. Highly recommendable. November 2018: We are very fond of eating Thai & Asiatic food. We usually visit Amazing Thai Restaurant in Dragarbrunnsgatan in Uppsala. Our recent lunch buffé visit was on the 15th & 21st of November 2018. FRIDAY, December 7, 2018: Amazing Thai Restaurant Lunch Buffe revisited by us, during a busy Christmas shopping day. Plenty of customers but still very good food. We missed the "Shrimp Tempura" which was replaced by fried Dim Sum/Dumpling. They were not so tasty! Serve SHRIMP TEMPURA again, please! We frequently visit Amazing Thai Restaurant at Dragarbrunnsgatan in Uppsala and we are very satisfied with the large variety of food they served at their Lunch or Dinner Buffé and very reasonable price. February 14, 2019: Valentines Day Lunch Buffé at Amazing Thai Restaurant was very good with delicious & hot Miso soup as starter. Followed by having a good selection of Sushi & 2 types of warm Dumplings or Dim Sum. Finally, as main meal, crispy & very tasty fried Shrimp Tempura & several warm Thai dishes. Very reasonable price for Buffé Lunch, 105 SEK per person. Highly recommendable. Update: Friday, April 26, 2019 - Revisited today the Amazing Thai Restaurant for Buffé Lunch, serveras kl. 11 - 15. Still keeping up a very good standard of high quality Thai food including Sushi. Update: Friday, August 8, 2019, 1 - 2 PM. Revisited the restaurant for brunch. Still keeping up the good standard of quality Thai & Asiatic Food. Good, friendly & professional personnels.

The buffet was really good, especially the sushi, dumplings, miso soup and glass noodles! It was good value for the price, I would recommend it :)

The food was absolutley better before, but they still have slightly different menu to offer than other asian buffets in Uppsala. Atmosphere is modern asian. Minus for finding some bits of eggshells in my fried rice.

I was eating alone here and one male customer tried to have a conversation with me. one of the staff members stood out to stop him and told me feel free to let him know if i need help. I still had a conversation with that customer but i really appreciate this staff for standing out and making this dining environment and experience more safer for solo female guests!
