Had a scheduled delivery for yesterday between 5-10 pm. I only ordered because the delivery time was quick and whatever needed for this to use at work. I got a message from Amazon last night saying it would be delivered by 8 am. Here were are 2pm the next day with no package. I’m being g told now tomorrow before 11 am. This place sucks and their deliveries are unreliable.

Ever since our distribution center was changed to the Melbourne location our deliveries are delated, late, or never arrive with no reason given. I ordered a supplement on Feb 4th, with being a Prime Member for 10+ years, that said expected delivery date between February 12th - 15th. The 15th came, status was still order processing. Never even moved to delivery status. Then received message Expected delivery date now February 18th, still never moved to delivery status. I went directly to manufacture website, ordered direct, free shipping and was $10 less than Amazon price. Cancelled the Amazon order. We pay too much every year for Prime Amazon membership to have such poor service.

Consistently deliver my packages to the wrong place. Not sure which house they are picking to be my address but the delivery photo looks nothing like anything around me. I’m in an apartment building lol, not even the same color doors. Come on, do better!

The morning shift needs to learn how to talk to people, it’s to early for all the yelling they do, especially a certain handful of there workers, they will make u sit in the longest line to get checked in, then cancel ur order god forbid if u make it there a few minutes late. not professional. People get talked to like there training for the army here. The workers HIT the back of my truck with a cart, and NEVER said sorry after nor came up to me to tell me, i had a package that said glass cups, u could clearly hear when u picked up this package it was shattered, i told the worker, he told me to still deliver it, that they will just mark it broken once the costumer receives it.

The management here at this location needs to sit there and pay attention to their drivers because I've been tracking my packages since 12:00 p.m. Eastern standard Time when I was notified that the driver was 10 stops away and it is now 309 p.m. today is November 22, 2025 Eastern standard Time and he's been in the same location for almost an hour now which means he is milking the clock to get paid more because it does not take 3 hours to do 10 stops considering he was also sitting at the Dollar general store right around the corner from my house and was there for an hour and a half so management needs to step up the damn monitoring of their drivers

This delivery driver does not drive safely. Gunning the gas from house to house, calling me cuss words and Karen's, talking about he has a camera that tells how fast he is going. He is in a residential neighborhood where children like to play outside. When I told him to slow down he told be to stay in my lane. This just happened around 5:50 ish give or take a few on Sept 17th, 2025 but I cant get through to any phone number to speak with someone. So ill leave it here and everywhere else I can
