The WORST customer service ever!!!! Amazon will loose customers if this did not change!!. My order was delayed for a day when I need to take this purchase, as a gift to someone in another country. They said they cannot do anything at all and I asked for a supervisor. Still on hold. Supervisor said to wait a second. 44 minutes and 7 seconds!!! Is that good customer service?? I AM SO FRUSTATED and won't be able to take the present I purchased with me. And this is lack of respect have u holding on the phone for that long!.

If 0 stars was an option this Amazon Facility would get it. Poor Service. Driver Check in personnel was presumptuous. I expressed concern for Employees Vehicles to back a 53 foot trailer in a very tight parking lot. She came out and started yelling at me and threatened to write a ticket. Well we had a similar experience with the Amazon Prime customer service. Our Amazon Prime keeps freezing up mid movie and stating a problem has occurred. I then have to turn off my TV and wait 5 minutes before it works again. After 20 minutes on with support, the guy said he updated the app and it should be fine. I asked, what app? App on your end? He said no, the app on your TV. I said really, what about the other 2 TV's and how the hell did you do that? He hung up. Bogus/scammish

The company's app is flawed beyond belief. I've emailed them 3 times and called driver support 3 times about an error with a returned item that mever got logged by the app despite scanning it multiple times. It has been over a month and nothing has been done and mean while my standing has gone from "Excellent" as one of their best drivers to just "Great" and now I'm not getting nearly as many shifts because they refuse to fix a probelm I have sent them multiple complaints to fix.

Don't waste your time taken runs it does not pay for gas they send you 4 maybe 5 different city's for deliveries it's definitely not organized who ever putting 5 stars your out your mind I been doing this to long they can't get nothing right up there only thing you will do is lose money 75 percent employees don't even speak English your only answer you get even on time is a white paper pointed by a employee to call driver support to fix the issue by then you lost your run your best bet go to apopka its more easy and organized its simple

So not fair that the people actually trying to work and do it the right way CANT get any blocks because of all the people doing it with those apps and Amazon doesn’t care as long as everything gets delivered. A lot of people in Orlando are using those apps for sure and Amazon needs to start deactivating them because it’s just not fair.
