Amazon Fulfillment Center - EWR8

I put teterboro because the Bronx location isn’t listed; but the fulfillment center at 2505 Bruckner Blvd is the worst. This is where packages come from to Yonkers; they have quite possibly the most rude, disgusting behaving, irresponsible drivers probably in all of NYS. I have experienced more issues here than in Florida, Georgia and even NYC combined. They need to overhaul their entire staff and get better people working there. They cancel orders when they want or when they “damage” your items, they ring ANY DOORBELL available to get into your building and they all have a massive dislike and problem for their jobs. Obviously you can’t choose not to have them deliver your items but be aware they are the absolute worst.

We've been standing here for two hours, this is the worst Amazon ever.

Review of the Facility Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ “This facility turned out to be one of the worst places I’ve ever had to stop. To begin with, the organization of the access roads is completely unplanned—there are constant traffic jams at both the entrance and exit, which significantly increases waiting time. The facility is in terrible condition: cracked pavement, potholes, and ruts that make the truck shake as if driving off-road. There are no services available—no trash cans, no basic amenities like restrooms, or even access to drinking water. Furthermore, the lighting is very poor. At night, the area is practically unlit, and I had to use a flashlight to avoid tripping over something. Safety is also a major concern: no cameras, and the staff doesn’t monitor the area at all. It feels like you’re completely on your own here. To top it all off, the customer service was extremely unpleasant. I was insulted to the point where I seriously considered calling the police. I decided against it out of sympathy for the worker, but it was an extreme case that greatly impacted my overall experience. The cost of using this facility is completely unjustified given the level of service and condition. For this price, I expected much better, but instead, I left disappointed. As a truck driver who has spent plenty of time on the road and at various stops, I can say that I have no intention of coming back here. I strongly recommend avoiding this facility if you want to save your time and nerves.”

Worst place to deliver!!!!! The traffic alone took 35-45mins just to check in. I’m going to be late for my next pick up due to this badly run place

This warehouse has extremely poor management! As a truck driver lines are long and sometimes you can’t even get in to the warehouse and police keep re-directing you to keep going in circles as if 1 its that easy and 2 they don’t pay extra for any extra miles driving in circles. They should really work internally to come up with a plan to make entering/exiting smoother!!

Horrible facility Expect a loooooooong waiting time to deliver Tiny yard very tiny .

I ordered a GE refrigerator from Amazon. When the refrigerator arrived it could not fit through the door of my apartment. It was immediately taken back. I called Amazon and immediate let them know what occurred. I was informed my money would be refunded within 3 days. I’m on day 6 , still no refund. I then called the help line and informed they have not yet heard from their vendor because they use third party vendors. I order from Amazon and third party vendors are not my problem. I have nothing to do with their internal affairs. I know only Amazon and Amazon should own up and refund me my money that is over $2,000.00 So Jeff Bezos, I NEED MY REFUND BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!!! I will never again use Amazon. They’ve lost a great customer!
