“This facility turned out to be one of the worst places I’ve ever had to stop. To begin with, the organization of the access roads is completely unplanned—there are constant traffic jams at both the entrance and exit, which significantly increases waiting time. The facility is in terrible condition: cracked pavement, potholes, and ruts that make the truck shake as if driving off-road. There are no services available—no trash cans, no basic amenities like restrooms, or even access to drinking water.
Furthermore, the lighting is very poor. At night, the area is practically unlit, and I had to use a flashlight to avoid tripping over something. Safety is also a major concern: no cameras, and the staff doesn’t monitor the area at all. It feels like you’re completely on your own here.
To top it all off, the customer service was extremely unpleasant. I was insulted to the point where I seriously considered calling the police. I decided against it out of sympathy for the worker, but it was an extreme case that greatly impacted my overall experience.
The cost of using this facility is completely unjustified given the level of service and condition. For this price, I expected much better, but instead, I left disappointed. As a truck driver who has spent plenty of time on the road and at various stops, I can say that I have no intention of coming back here. I strongly recommend avoiding this facility if you want to save your time and nerves.”
