I don’t give bad reviews but this time I have. I placed an order for 9 items on Amazon haul because I wanted to try it out. Order was placed on the 01/28/25, the I was given a promise date between 02/06/25-02/10/25. On the 02/10/25 I saw rewritten boldly that my order will be delivered on the 10th of February at 10pm. I didn’t receive my package and then the next day I see that my package hadn’t been shipped yet. So I call customer service and was asked to hold so my call is transferred, I waited patiently for a while. Only to be told the same thing and that when my items get shipped I’ll be notified. I requested that the order be canceled and then changed my mind. Today I check the status of the said items and the date is now March 3 2025. Now tell me how I’ll have to wait for a month plus just to get 9 items.

It's a very good office eith very good looks. It looks amazing on the inside. The building is very secure and looks amazon-y. The food in the cafeteria is great and so is the cafeteria itself. On the 14th floor, the have a game room with an Xbox, pool table, Foosball, comfortable seating and an arcade thing woth a lot of games. The Empire State Building is right outside the front door.

I am an author published on the Amazon site. I want to warn all authors about my experience with Amazon. Kindle Agency. They have stolen my manuscript and published it and have locked me out of my account and are not paying me my royalties. And they fraudulently charged my credit card $14,400. This has been a nightmare for me as I am 77 years old with Parkinson’s.

I ordered 2 items in April which I have yet to receive item or refund, I was in communication with Amazon starting May 5th when I realized a label was created but item never arrived to be shipped expected ship date was May14! Both vendors stopped responding, I requested a refund on numerous occasion with Amazon but they had me sit here until June 5th the date the so call never arrived items was expected I call Amazon and they tell me that they are not able to refund my money because of a charge back which I called my CC company the same day on June 5th And now I’m out of my money, no product and extra charges for filing dispute, Amazon doesn’t guarantee anything, when the vendors disappeared I contacted Amazon, when the vendors messages were being rejected I contact Amazon and they did absolutely nothing at all, and forget about speaking to someone live, once you do they will not let you through for a live person only online chat which does absolutely nothing

Amazon customer service charges customers multiple charges for 1 item ordered then tell you to wait 7 to 10 business days to recieve your money when they took it in 5 minutes and on top of that you are dealing with people who don't speak English very well ! Jeff Bezos has Billions of dollars yet he hasn't changed anything to try and improve customer service , or how people should receive their refund back ! If it took Amazon 5 minutes to charge your credit , or debit card then it should take the same amount of time to refund your money...

Interesting concept. At first we thought we got a cookie for free and felt slightly as if we shop lifted. It wasn't until a few hours later I saw the charge on my boyfriend's Amazon account, so much for free cookie lol at least we know the system works!

Dear Mr. Jeffrey Bezos A couch was delivered that was damaged during delivery from the furniture company. The furniture company y said that they would pick it up, but UPS picked it up by mistake instead of a small 10-lb box. UPS was called within 30 minute but could not get the couch back to the address. They said that they would try to get it back from the Jacksonville warehouse. Since no would answer the phone in Jacksonville, the couch continued to Kentucky. The couch is now in an Amazon warehouse. Two weeks later, Amazon still can’t find it. I know the warehouse is big, but its not a USB flash drive, It’s a couch. Meanwhile the furniture company says they are ready to exchange the damaged couch and are kindly waiting for its return from wherever it is. This highlights that UPS has no protocols in place for making a mistake, and Amazon does not keep good track of items returned to their warehouse. Please return my couch or my money. This is ridiculous. We are not asking to go to the moon. We simply want our furniture back. I’m a prime member. Does that help? I guess not. Ron Morris UPDATE Mr. Bezos directed his staf to resolve this and they did. A little stressful, but Amazon did the right thing. I did not give 5 stars because you need to implement a prcedures for people with problems.
