These are the truck drivers u hire block the entrance to our condo and wants me to drive on my grass that I put in learn to drive

I love Amazon. But! We are having trouble with the correct delivery in our 55plus community. We are told it is the fault of the GPS in trucks that give the wrong drop off point. Maybe it’s time for the drivers; and I know they are super busy, to check the house number against the address on the package. This is happening so much it is getting routine! Please please do some training in this field

I observed Amazon employees in a Amazon van delivering a package to 6076 71st Avenue and they dumped 3 water bottles on the street and they left. Please don’t litter. If you’re supervisor reads this it happened on Sunday around 230 pm. Make them come back and clean up their mess! Thank you.

This company use to be so great and now they have a bunch of ignorant reps that don't want to do their job and or don't know how to do their job. The customer service has significantly declined. I know I use to order at least something every single day and most days multiple items, however after giving chance after chance today was the last straw. I think I will cancel my prime membership and just spend my time and money with Costco Sam's and Walmart from here on out. It's a shame bc I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I order from Amazon all the time!! Lately the service when I call is horrible all I get is the run around and all I wanted was a credit on something I ordered that is 68% less now and I don't even have the item yet because it's running late!!! 2 very rude associates in a row!!! And btw only called twice because the first one told me she couldn't help and to go contact the seller which I did and says to call Amazon customer service!!!!

Delivery person constantly leaves my gate open. It’s easy to close they just refuse.
