The staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, and both of our appointments started on time—a detail I always appreciate. The facilities were spotless, beautifully designed, and created the perfect environment for relaxation and self-care. This was, without a doubt, one of the best facials I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return the next time I’m in Paris. I had a 90-minute facial with Cogna at Embassy Biologique Recherche, and her technique is truly amazing. During the skin analysis, she was very professional and empathetic, patiently answering all my questions and offering thoughtful explanations. In my city, Biologique Recherche facials usually combine machine modeling with massage, but Cogna’s manual techniques are exceptional as she clearly divides the face into precise zones and works with the precision of a gua sha-like massage. My skin felt lifted, refreshed, and deeply relaxed. I had to catch a flight that same afternoon, yet the results lasted for at least two days and my skin remained smooth and glowing. The front desk advisor Leilei is also wonderful. I’ve met him more than once when passing through Paris to buy products, and he has always been kind, professional, and attentive, offering helpful recommendations and generous samples based on my skin needs. Both Cogna and Leilei are genuinely warm and skilled professionals. Highly recommend them and the Embassy Biologique Recherche team!

I just want to share with you about my experience of coming to this place, I just needed to buy the cream and serum, but I get the best service from beautiful and very professional lady Yukari, she helped with all my needs and gave me a lot of helpful information.

Simply amazing staff and facial. I had the skin analysis followed by a 60 min facial. Truly was incredible. Love their products and their services. I did feel the skin analysis helped to confirm what my skin needed.

I was very well received by 2 very polite men who work at reception and helped me choose good products for my skin. The best skincare brand on the market.

We came for a facial which included the face analysis at the beginning. After this experience, I believe the quality of your experience is highly dependent on your facialist. They are not all on the same level. For someone who spends a lot of time on skin care and routine, there was nothing new or enlightening that was explained to me from the analysis. This is disappointing as I expected and expert to be able to tell me something new. The facial itself was okay but she didn't explain anything, where I found out after my friend's facialist explained almost every step. Post-session Is also underwhelming - I asked for green tea and was given black, and it wasn't hot. The products from my regime were explained but not in detail. I asked questions comparing different products and the facialists could not answer the questions.

I love BR products and had high hopes for my visit to the mothership for a 120 min facial. The aesthetician did not give me a proper facial, but rather rubbed some products on me with long breaks in between. There was not even a facial massage or a good analysis of my skin. My skin is worse than it was when I came in. Never again.

I just had a facial with Daniella at the flagship store in Paris and I cannot tell you enough how amazing it was and she is! She made brilliant recommendations to me and was just so kind, knowledgeable and professional. I shall most certainly miss her and will look forward to my next visit to Paris so I can see her again!

Sooo I was introduced to these product by a spa in San Fran - she told me it would change my life and I would be a part of the cult following and i soooo am!!!! These products may not smell so great but they have cleared my hormonal acne up but works as a great spot treatment. Unfortunately I was not able to book a facial here since I was in Paris for a few days ( recommend months in advance ) but I did stock up on products. I got my masque, p50w, face and lip moisturizers , serum treatments, as well as facial cleansers, and a few face accessories. They customer service was spot on - these women know their products to a tee and even suggested a few new products and solutions to problems I was having such as peeling. This spa is beautiful from what I saw - it's tucked away so you may walk right by it on Champs-Élysées street. Wasn't able to get a lot of pics my phone died. If I ever come back I will absolutely get a facial. I'm sure it will be great experience. I also saw men coming in and out which I appreciate as well. It looked super clean, I saw stations to do hair and I saw people walking from downstairs so I assume spa is down there.

For an upcoming two-week trip to Paris, I was very excited to experience the cult-status spa at the Biologique Recherche flagship spa. However, as a loyal and enthusiastic long-time user of their amazing p50 lotion and amazing masks, I was very disappointed by the communication and booking at Biologique Recherche. First off, you cannot book treatments online. As an international traveler to many world-renowned spas in the past--this was a big surprise to me. However I persevered, and submitted an online request through their website over 3 weeks before my anticipated visit. However through many delays of communication by the staff despite my follow-up, they ran out of bookings for the entire week I was open and were not at all apologetic. Nor did they make an effort to fix their mistake. They don't appear to value international customers.

Loved! Completely worth. I went the day I landed to deal with jet lag face. Extremely kind professional and beautiful salon at the end of the champs elysee (away from l'arc) you have to engage in a series of emails to book the appointment but it's worth. Get the longest facial you can manage.

I am a true believer in Biologique Recherché. My daughter and I had a spa day last week when we were in Paris. We already only use Biologique, but we loved every minute of it. I had the two hour facial and a body scrub. I finished off with a blowout in their salon. I will for sure come EVERY time I am in Paris. Thank you for the wonderful day!

Absolutely terrible. The aesthetician, if you can call her that, didn't even look at my skin. She just slapped on a bunch of different lotions on then wiped them off in between checking her phone.

I have been using their products for years. Had my first facial last week and it was divine. Very clean, professional and relaxing environment! Going back for a massage ASAP!

Excellent spa with high quality products. I Like their sister spa in Peninsula nyc. Sarah was my facialist here, as always made my skin youthful and soft. Will be back soon.
