Staying at this hotel has been a truly pleasant experience—it feels peaceful and homey. The staff are accommodating and polite. While language can occasionally be a challenge, much like in the rest of the city, they always do their best to assist and provide great service. The building and interiors may show their age, but the overall comfort and welcoming atmosphere make it a lovely place to stay.

Good Location and easy to find. Near the downtown attractions. Spacious rooms and nice staff. No Lift, so it was terrible as I have huge suitcase and no one could helps. No fridge. It's only suitable for one night.

Very nice Hotel! Central and clean. Its not very modern, but its still ok. Tge breakfast is included and its good. The recepcion is open 24 h and the man who was working there, was very nice.

This is a old hotel, set your expectations and you will be happy. The hotel area is full of restaurants, clothing shops, grocery stores, even a Starbucks nearby. The hotel is old school, the elevator doesn’t work, some of our friends room was just bug sprayed, little hard to breathe. Our room was large, clean enough, shower have good water flow and drained well. The morning breakfast was little weak, wasn’t lot of options.

Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Room is good not too bad. Bed was bit uncomfortable.

I was in room 204 for a couple of days, a very nice bright and spacious room with a French balcony. Large bathroom. Plenty of room for clothes and other things too. The hotel is in the center and in the vicinity are parks and various other landmarks. On the next corner is a large super market. Breakfast is more or less OK.

Extorts money in the name of hotel taxi. Do not take taxi/cab from hotel Charges 3 times the cost and then driver will crib about wait time. Breakfast is just basic and they don't help you understand (no English) what's the limited assortment present for you. Better to skip hotel breakfast

I did the most terrible mistake of my life by choosing to checkin this hotel. After paying the wholesome amount and checking in at 10:30 pm in the night, all i expected to have is a peaceful sleep. But there was so much noise from the corridor of banging doors, shouting, etc that couldnt make us sleep safely as a family in this hotel. The phone of reception was also not attended and I went out to complain and all that the receptionist told me was he is helpless. I get out of there somehow and beared all the losses without seeing a face of regret at the receptionist face. I had to check in another hotel for very premium rates at 2:30 am in the night just due to this unsafe environment there. Highly recommend please stay away from this hotel booking if you are tourist or going with family.
