AVOID.
Location; good which is the only positive.
Reception: if you find someone behind the desk, you are in great luck. If you ring the bell once and someone comes, you are still lucky. If you ring the bell countless times, it sounds like an average experience ;) Staff does not speak English so be prepared with your translator.
Hotel: very old building, cannot call this a 4*!?! Hotel. 1* is already too good to be true. No elevator; be prepared to climb the stairs with all your luggage (no, they will not help you… 1* service, not 4*)
Rooms: dusty, dirty, stained, hot, shivering from misery. The carpet has not been cleaned in days if not months. I found a lot of dirt and leftover food from not sure how long ago in the carpet. The beds had stains and hair on it that I did not dare to sleep under the covers and slept in my jacket to be safe. Curtains do not cover the light meaning you wake up when the day wakes up. Isolation VERY poor; can hear conversations of the neighbors.
Bathroom: not much better. There is a bath tub in poor state… not inviting you to use it.
Doors: very hard to lock it, cannot be locked from inside and there is no Do Not Disturb hanger so cleaning staff can walk in whenever but do not worry; there is no cleaning staff during your stay ;)
The only positive is that I got a refund for the unused nights as I left the next morning to a proper hotel.
