Ambassador Hotel Jerusalem

I stayed at the ambassador for 5 days and nights. The rooms are great, the service has been fantastic and the food is very good. I got to eat their buffet for breakfast and dinner and I ate in their restaurant. Both were great. Super friendly. If and when I come back to Israel I would stay here.

We were planning a trip to Jerusalem for Hanukkah and spent a lot of time considering different hotels. Many places were already fully booked, but after reading very positive reviews, we decided to stay at the Ambassador Hotel, and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made a wonderful impression. The lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated, and the Christmas decorations,especially the tree and lights, created a warm, festive atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the hotel is conveniently close by to the Old City. The breakfast was outstanding. Fresh omelets are made to order, the salad and cheese selections are excellent, and the Middle Eastern flavors are rich, fresh, and truly stand out. A special thank you to Raed, who was extremely accommodating and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend the Ambassador Hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem.

My husband and I stayed here for almost 3 weeks, teaching a couple of professional healthcare certification courses. The facility was a great choice for both the classes and our personal accommodations. The staff is some of the kindest, most friendly you'll find anywhere. The food is fresh and expertly prepared. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Large rooms. Mine had a balcony. You have to ask for what you want such as change linens after 1 week. But they accommodate. Outstanding buffet breakfast, mix of local and Western food.

Staying here again. The atmosphere and service is always excellent. In a fully accessible room, and enjoying a perfect cup of coffee in the lobby, with a wonderful bite from their on site pattiserie.

Nice and friendly hotel in the heart of Jerusalem. I was many time in this hotel, it was always good Room are always clean and comfortable Reception, restaurant and everybody there are always friendly. I would recommend this hotel Maybe that can add a shattaf to the toilets.
