Ambassador Hotel, Lahore-Pakistan.

Ambassador Hotel Lahore exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Lahore. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I have been to permit room for some purchase of liquor. The staff was nice. There was no fan or air-conditioning system for customer. Customer pay lot of money for liquor there should be at least couple of fan for customer. Although I am giving 5 star but service was not 5 star It looking like standing at local shop.

Location is good but restaurant needs renovation. Rooms also require remakeup. Lights were so dim in the rooms. House keeping had a big question mark on its performance. New Management working hard for renovation. I felt it will again be a good hotel soon.

Went there on high tea, taste was good, ambience was good, but items are less in number comparing with Monal or other high tea venues. Not much populated. 7/10 experience. Staff was efficient in refilling food trays.

Stayed here in 2001 and 2005 with no problem .. something has changed for the worst here. First door to room wouldn't lock .. AC- Heat didn't work. Bed sheets had many stains from previous washes and didn't smell clean. No towels or toilet paper on arrival. Had to call to front then go to the front desk to get service after no one ever showed. Balcony was dirty and rails had dirt that rubbed off on our hands. This was 15,000 rupees a night .. equal to 150 $ US .. really .. what a joke. This is maybe a 1 star now .. 25 $ a night would be about right. The included Buffet breakfast was good but that's was all.We talked to others who checked in same time as we did and had same issues. We checked out after 1 night and moved to another place down the street cheaper and much better. We saw others leaving same like us very dissapointed. Management needs to take note. What has happen to this location? Beware and look elsewhere.

An average place with a good location. But rooms need renovation.

I stayed with my brother and a friend and stayed 3 nights. At first we booked 2 rooms, 1 single and 1 double (as I stayed with my brother). The rooms were not properly clean even after our instructions to the reception staff. At check-in there was a problem of electricity which took around 30 mins to fix it and we stayed in the lobby. Washrooms weren't clean and untidy, again even our advice to the reception staff. After 12 midnight don't expect any food items to be served by the hotel staff even there is 24 hours service. ||Unprofessional staff attitude towards our complaints and bad customer service. I will not advice anyone to waist your money and your precious time.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the breakfast buffet was decent. Stayed at this hotel in 2001 and 2005 and it was a good 3 star hotel. Many outlets didn't work and banister on balcony was filthy when we put our hands on it. We paid 15,000 rupees for one night equals 150$ US dollars. This place isn't worth 5000$ rupees a night. A 1 star hotel now at most. Beware. We checked out after 1st night as did many others we talked to staying there due to poor service. Management here needs to take note.
