I had a great stay. The hotel is well located in a vibrant area, at walking distance from the Khan Market, and not far from other Markets, India Gate, Humayun's tomb, and many other point of interest. The amenities are okay, lacking sport/spa amenities. Rooms are large and comfortable, but noise isolation is not great. The charming decoration plays on the indian british era theme and the furniture goes along with this. Generally clean, although the paint and carpets could use some refreshing. But what make this place deserving five star it is the personnel, and their outstanding service. The receptionists have been so helpful and accommodating throughout the stay. |And the RESTAURANT ! An amazing one! The food was DELICIOUS, and the team ( team leader Sandeep, chef Sunjay, Priya, Sohin,..) made sure I felt write at home. They made my first week in India ever, a great time. The hotel is a fair value for money. Would recommend a lot.

Stayed at this property with my family. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The food at the Yellow Brick Restaurant was a highlight of our stay. As our visit was short, we didn’t get a chance to use other facilities. I was initially concerned after reading reviews mentioning old or musty rooms, but we experienced no such issues. The property has a distinct old-world charm, and those interested in architecture will find it particularly appealing. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always on their toes. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely recommended.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Very convenient hotel for the ladies. Hairstylist and make up artist available in the hotel. The ladies of the Spa were awesome! Also the staff of the Brick Yellow restaurant were amazing! Very kind and generous. They came to say goodbye and made our last evening in the hotel very special. A big thanks to Apoorva, Sandeep, Shisni, Chef Sandeep, Chef Deepak and Sohen. Thank you for the good food and the sweets!

Very pleasant experience. All the staff were very courteous and warm. Made me feel at home. Special mention to Prakash at the breakfast room and Pooja in security for going the extra mile to cater to all my special requests with a pleasant smile !

Very cheap feeling. Cheap towels, cheap creams, cheap tea and coffee. ₹2 tea packets in rooms? Seriously? They aren’t even stocked up properly including the room sandals. We had to call multiple times for those things. Bathroom fixtures are rusted. Overall the price and comfort didn’t match at all. ||Overall positive experience is about the YBR restaurant inside and the food quality is very good. Staff is good and particular senior waiter or manager, Mr. Prakash is really good with the guests. But their breakfast spread is like a 3 star hotel with not much options. Not enough continental nor desserts selections available.

Overall, this hotel is the perfect blend of modern comfort & old charm and one of the best place to stay for family or business travellers.. 👍✅❤️ Vegetarian Cutlet and Idli Chaat is some of the must try dishes in the restaurant.. 👌❤️

The Ambassador is less like a hotel and more like having a family home in New Delhi. From the time you arrive, the warm and friendly staff will make you feel like you belong there. The rooms are extremely spacious, more like suites with a sitting area complete with sofa and commodious desk. Hukum ji helped us with our luggage and gave us a comprehensive introduction to the property, while Wasi and Sparsh were very helpful with sharing info as we planned our day around Khan Market (which is easily walkable from the property). Mr. Prakash Bhatt was extremely welcoming at breakfast, packed fruits for takeaway breakfast for me, and made sure there was no way our stay could have been better. Will definitely be staying again!

I had a wonderful stay at the ambassador and the highlight was the woman who is the second in charge of housekeeping very kindly draped my sari for me. She did a great job and I received many compliments all night at our exhibition opening on the draping. Also Matin my room housekeeper did a wonderful job. Every need was instantly met. Breakfast was yummy and the masala chai was a highlight in the morning.
