Ambassador Transit Hotel - Terminal 3

The rooms are nice, comfortable, clean and quite spacious. Bathroom and shower is very nice. Of course not cheap but in my opinion really worth the money for a longer transit. Food at the lounge was delicious and definitely enough dishes to choose from.

Top Tip- BOOK the room. We did and had a wonderful sleep here; rooms were clean, shower was warm and the staff were great even thought they were very busy. Many Many people & families were turned away as they were full. We woke the next morning to find people sleeping on the floor outside as they did not book a room & just thought they could turn up and get a room. One gentleman had a pregnant wife & child and was told to come back in 4 hrs and they might have a room.... If you have a long stay in Singapore airport, book a room or you will miss out. It is worth it for the comfort of the next leg of your journey.

Very comfortable rooms in a convenient location. Provides all the toiletries you'd need to shower and freshen up. Perfect blackout blinds and soundproofing, so you'll get a good night's sleep no matter what time you arrive. One of the most comfy beds I've ever slept in. My only complaint is the price - it's a minimum 6 hour stay and we paid close to $400 AUS to essentially take a 4 hour nap. The food in the lounge also didn't feel as fresh as I'd hoped it would be.

A fine option to relax on a long layover when you don‘t want to leave the terminal.||Room was spacious, much more than I thought it would be. Windowless, but I expected that. Comfortable bed.||Bathroom was roomy, spotless and well designed. ||Staff were friendly and welcoming. ||Dinner and breakfast vouchers for the lounge opposite. The offering was not much to talk about. There‘s a large variety of food on offer in the terminal anyway if you need it. ||Would definitely use the hotel if doing this layover again.

Good place to stay to break a 24 hour flight. We booked a 12 hour overnight stay. The room was quiet, clean and good size. We were expecting 2 Bento boxes but were given vouchers for an excellent buffet breakfast in the morning instead of one box. There was a slight glitch in that they had could not find record of receiving the payment from the travel agent but there was no suggestion of charging us again - the front desk said they’d sort it out overnight, and they did. Would be happy to stay again if in transit.

We stayed for a night in Ambassador for our transit with our toddler. Provided cot on request. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Great shower. Enjoyed the breakfast in the lounge. Check in and out was efficient. Extended our hours upon request. Highly recommend.

Very clean room. The bed is comfortable on the firm side. The rooms are quiet, but small. No views. It’s not cheap at SIN$260 for 6 hours. It comes with a free meal voucher at the nearby Ambassador lounge. The main plus is the convenience- it is so easy to get to and have a quick sleep if you have a long transit. We use this all the time

If this hotel is indicative of Singapore, you can have it. No one ikes being extorted. *This review is based on $ cost Vs what you get. Staff are either rude, incompetent or insufficiently trained. Absolutely no one else in lobby when we enter, yet we still get ignored when we arrive. They could not find our booking until they realised it was past midnight (they were looking at wrong day). Asked completely irrelevant questions (needed boarding pass from previous flight) which they absolutely had to have before checking us in. Hallways to room were an erratic illogical mess ((number sequentially, then just skip 20 rooms). Rooms were small and dingy (no fridge, no storage space). Included breakfast was good, but they force an excessively adhesive sticker label on you to brand when you have to leave the room by. Get in, get out. The cost of the rooms is way too high, but they know you're stuck for options and it's just a cash-cow for them.

I was pleasantly suprised how nice this hotel in the airport is. It's Changi Airport which is probably the nicest airport in the world so it makes sense. We had a pretty long layover on a connecting flight from Manila so we booked a night here to shower and get some sleep. Rates were pretty cheap and it certainly beats staying at a Holiday Inn lol. This one is in a ideal location as the movie theater and a lounge are nextdoor. They even offer a free breakfast. SCORE! It's super clean and the beds are comfortable. Liked the rain shower too. Would highly recommend for anyone traveling through Changi Airport.

I was very happy with this transit hotel. I had two long layovers (one 14 hour one and a 9 hour one) passing through Singapore. The ambassador transit hotel in terminal 3 is perfect for a long layover. It is clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms have a great rain shower (perfect for a weary traveler). I booked on hotels.com for a great rate. On my way I booked a 12 hour slot and on my way back I booked a 6 hour slot. Was upgraded to a queen suite (from a single) which was a welcome surprise.
