Ambassador Transit Hotel - Terminal 3

I chose to stay here to get a proper rest during a 10hr layover at Changi. The best thing about it is that it’s inside the airport so you don’t even have to go far. The room and facilities are quite basic as expected. As I chose a 6hr stay I got a room with a shared bathroom which is fine bec there was never anyone else using it at the same time. There’s also an included voucher for the buffet in the next door lounge.

Value for money is a joke. $300 for not even 6 hours (I arrived late and they said I would only have 5h left due to my late arrival?!?). The bathroom was dirty, loud fan, tiny bed, staff tried to make me pay twice and the breakfast was absolutely terrible. I will never ever stay here again. The other two airport hotels are much better but unfortunately were unavailable.

· We had a 14-hour layover before our onwards flight. Arrived 1.00am, we booked for 12 hours so we could rest and shower before onward flight. The room was comfortable and quiet. Had a view of the airport. We received vouchers for Wetwo meals in the Ambassador Transit lounge next door. we only used one set for breakfast, as we found that there were better meal options in the terminal. We kept our luggage in the room while we took time to explore the airport. Location of the hotel was easy to access.||Disliked · Food at the lounge was mediocre. Very simple and not a lot of choice.|Looking at this generally it is priced rather high. Personally, I don't think it was value for money.

Fareez welcomed us at 2am with efficiency and courtesy unlike those in T1 Aerotel who simply said "we are full" and offered NO further assistance. Similarly the so-called information people at T1 would not even make a call for us to see who had beds free. At T2 cleaners had roped off escakators to the transit hotel, would not remove them for us and another couple and pointed vaguely to where lifts were. In summary Changi may be a jewel by day but it is sub standard at 2am. Only Fareez saved the day and hexshould be complimented. Changi lift your game.

I had a wonderful stay at this lounge.The staff name (ivy ) she provided five star service she is friendly and helpful throughout my visit.she help us lot we have little toddler she provide us necessary things The lounge was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location is convenientThe breakfast buffet had a great variety and was delicious. I would definitely recommend this lounge to others and would love to visit here again.”

all good. location is very easy to find , good for rest , but 1 point to take note , is that it would be much appreciated if the rooms would have at least 2 sets of amenities like 2 slippers, 2 toothbrush, etc . staff is quite friendly too.

This hotel was convenient for our departure from Terminal 3 but a bit of a hike from Terminal 1 where we arrived. Very basic room but it was good to get a few hours sleep. Very expensive for a 6 hour stay. We didn’t try the breakfast available in the lounge next door.

Excellent place to stay if you have a long layover. If your travelling from Australia to Europe would recommend a long layover in Singapore than a short layover between two long haul flights. Enjoyed the buffet meals, small buffet but enough to meet our needs.

I was pleasantly suprised how nice this hotel in the airport is. It's Changi Airport which is probably the nicest airport in the world so it makes sense. We had a pretty long layover on a connecting flight from Manila so we booked a night here to shower and get some sleep. Rates were pretty cheap and it certainly beats staying at a Holiday Inn lol. This one is in a ideal location as the movie theater and a lounge are nextdoor. They even offer a free breakfast. SCORE! It's super clean and the beds are comfortable. Liked the rain shower too. Would highly recommend for anyone traveling through Changi Airport.

I was very happy with this transit hotel. I had two long layovers (one 14 hour one and a 9 hour one) passing through Singapore. The ambassador transit hotel in terminal 3 is perfect for a long layover. It is clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms have a great rain shower (perfect for a weary traveler). I booked on hotels.com for a great rate. On my way I booked a 12 hour slot and on my way back I booked a 6 hour slot. Was upgraded to a queen suite (from a single) which was a welcome surprise.
