Very comfortable hotel, clean, quiet, nicely located close to the city center, very good standing. |Above all, the kindness and outstanding sense of service of the hotel staff have to be outlined. Keo Kongkea and her colleagues are always ready to support and even anticipate all the customers' needs. Their helpful and respectful attitude are exceptional and we appreciated it totally. We want to thank Keo and all her colleagues for this extraordinary welcome and wish them all the best for their future.|We highly recommend a stay at the Amber Angkor Villa Hotel & Spa. |Josy and Roland from France

We stayed here for three nights during our trip to Siem Reap and enjoyed it very much! The hotel is located on a main road but in a quieter area which we really liked. It is in walking distance to the main areas you want to see and close to some bars and restaurants which are a little off the main streets. ||The hotel is clean and tidy and the room we had was very nice and comfortable. The pool is a bonus and perfect for an afternoon dip after a hot day exploring the area! Breakfast was also very nice with lots to choose from and fresh eggs made to your liking. ||The bathroom was OK, though it was a little dark as the lighting wasn’t great. Not a big issue when we only stayed a few nights though. ||The staff were all very kind and friendly from our arrival right through to the day we left. We were overall very happy with this hotel given that we only stayed for three nights.

I spent several days here between tours and to see more of the region. Location is on the east side, but a short walk to Pub street and the west side of the river. Unfortunately, not many restaurants in the I mediate area, so found myself just eating in the hotel.|All was clean, pool a happy break after hours of temples, and the room quiet. 3rd floor pool view get a lovely view of Wat Bo and sunrise, as well as a balcony.|Staff are helpful and pleasant, but for some reason, it took 3 chats to get my early morning box lunch. There is supposedly a paper order system and a book, but communication loss between shifts. They were able to box me up something quickly however.|Associated spa also needs to update their paper price lists. I booked a mani/pedi expecting to be able to get back and finish packing, as it said 60 minutes. Nope. Would have needed 120. I had to rush to check out in time, and thus ruined the manicure. Thankfully the spa staff came over and removed the mess.|There are 2 or 3 tuk tuk drivers that are associated with the hotel. I used one for half a day of chores and museums. Perhaps not as cheap as bartering with a street tuk tuk, but I was happy with the price and service.|This was one of the few hotels where I saw a 5 gallon water dispenser, however, it was covered in a fabric sleeve and didn't seem to be used. An elevator chat resulted in the opinion it was no longer fresh to drink, as some got sick after refilling from it. However, they sell small cold bottles of water and there is a small mini mart south with bigger bottles, same price.

Loved it! Lovely clean hotel, they had upgraded our room for bigger one and free of charge. Breakfast buffet was delicious, as well as food in restaurant. Chilling at lovely pool with the bar was great especially after couple of hours touring of Ankor Wat temples. Highly recommend the place.

This hotel is in the heart of bustling Siem Reap. It is a short walk to many restaurants and some sights. The desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful. The breakfast was fine, although we missed several due to early excursions. A box breakfast could have been requested. You can request a pickup from the airport if needed - the new airport is a long drive away. Amber Angkor was a great base from which to explore the area.

There are so many resorts to choose from when deciding to visit Siem Reap that it can be a bit overwhelming. Amber Angkor was recommended to us and it didn't disappoint. The facility is great, the pool is fabulous, and the young staff are attentive and keen to practise their English. The location is away from the noise and bustle of downtown yet still very convenient and there are tuk tuk drivers on hand. All up a great place to stay
