Ambers Cafe & Restaurant

Awesome place to stop over with little ones. We ran into this cafe on our way back to Sydney and the secret room for little kids was great. They kept entertaining our under 4 while having lunch. Food looked great at all tables and staff was friendly. Totally worth a visit

Whilst the place has an ambience and is open at all hours making it a reliable place to stop. The food quality, over three visits however, has crashed to the point that I cannot recommend it. This pesto chicken was awash in oil being the latest experience.

A great little cafe with lots of tasty treats to choose from. Excellent customer service. Clean and tidy. The outdoor seating area is quite cute and the inside is rather eclectic. Great food, awesome coffee reasonably priced meals. Great place to meet up with friends and family

I don’t understand what’s going on with this business I have eaten here for the past 5 years This year the portion sizes have dropped to kids sizes 2 bits of bacon and to bits of ham on our eggs bennys This place was so much better when chase had it

Located on Princes Hwy across the road from the Dapto mall, Amber's cafe and restaurant offers coffees and pastry treats along with breakfast and lunch meals. There are a little job food items available for sale also. Staff are friendly and quick to seat you. They are also quick to take your order via their tablets. Meals are cooked quickly and served promptly with hot drinks that were ordered. On this occasion, the breakfast options were decent enough with perfectly cooked poached eggs, crispy toast and mushrooms done al dente; though the spinach was actually rocket lettuce. The coffee was hot but didn't quite taste like coffee. Not quite sure if it was the beans or brewed to watery. The pastries, tarts and cakes in the display cabinet at the counter looked enticing. There is no surcharge on card transactions.

Lovely fresh food, great value, tasty burgers and a wide variety offering. Great service also, would visit again :)

I honestly wish I could give Ambers more than 5 stars! Every time I visit, I'm blown away. The staff are consistently kind and provide spectacular service, making it perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I recently held my baby shower at Ambers, and they truly went above and beyond. Everything was as perfect as I could have dreamed. They made me feel so special and took care of every little detail. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was impeccable. I can't recommend Ambers enough for any occasion!

Went for a catch up with a dear friend and needed somewhere quiet to talk ! Ambers was perfect ! We were not rushed to order or leave ! Perfect poached eggs with normal toast that wasn’t Rock hard sourdough that you can’t cut and great coffee ! Will be our catch up place regularly great service and atmosphere
