Amberton Hotel Klaipėda

The hotel was good but there is room for several improvements. |Check-in went smoothly but then when we got to the room the sofa bed was not made up plus there were not enough towels, this happend to two another family in the group as well. ||If you want the room cleaned you put a note on the door which we did. The cleaning included; removing towels and throwing the blanket on the bed. They didn't clean anything, didn't vacuum and took away used glasses. We complained about it and after a while the room was properly cleaned. ||The breakfast was quite okay, there was what you needed. The kids loved the waffles with all the accessories. |It was clean and nice in the dining room. |The pool, sauna and gym were very good. There was a nice temperature in the air by the pool area so you could sit and enjoy for hours. The pool was a bit too cold for my taste, but the kids swam for several hours. ||The hotel is well located with walking distance to several restaurants. ||I wouldn't say the hotel is 4 stars, more like 3 stars. |Overall a perfectly okay hotel for both family and friends.

I did not stay here but went to the roof top restaurant for drinks at sunset. Great city views and friendly service. It was overcast so no sunset but still great views. Cocktails were a bit pricy at €15 for a Martini but you pay for the view which was worth it.

Bed is uncomfortable and lumpy. Water was cold in the bathroom. This hotel is attached to a gentlemen’s club, casino, and a strip club…. Makes sense why the rooms are as barren as they are for the type of clientele they cater too.” I agree fully. The breakfast was bad and looked like it had been there for weeks, i would not recomend this breakfast at all, aave your money!

Great location, good standart rooms, bad service of elevators and staff is very unfriendly - there is luck of communication even between staff members. I wonder why 99% of staff looked like it is their first working place.

This is not a 4-Star hotel. Our room was dirty, stains on the furniture and mold in the shower. The shower leaked water on the floor. The Hotel is split into several different areas, we literally had to take 3 elevators from Parking to our room, and we still have to go up and down stairs. They make it appear you will stay in a nice tower hotel when we were actually in a low rise next to a huge construction site. The breakfast buffet is terrible, fried eggs way over cooked any cold, very little fresh fruit. Lastly there are two strip clubs and a Casino in the lobby of the Hotel, coming back in the evenings with our kids was a little worrisome.

the hotel does not deserve four stars in any way, small choice for breakfast, the same every day, after three weeks of stay the bed linen was only changed once, not vacuumed, towels not replaced, laundry was returned not ironed and you have to pay for it, water in the room is charged 5 euros for 750 ml, the elevators are scary, they seem to be about to break down, I have been to 2 or 3 star hotels and the standard was much better
