Ambiance Guesthouse

My husband and I and our little 11 month old stayed at Ambiance guest house in October 2022 and we had such a wonderful experience. The guest house is beautiful , clean and very peaceful. Lindie was so helpful she even arranged a camp cot in the room for our little one and was always advising us on places and resturants to visit in the area. When we go back to Pretoria we will be sure to go to this guest house.

My husband who is South African wanted to take me to his homeland. It was my first time and we stayed at the ambiance guest house. It was fabulous! The room was clean and beautifully decorated down to the last details. The pool and gardens were gorgeous and it felt like a secret garden. The food was fresh and delicious and the best coffee this American girl has had! Love this place and will definitely come back!

We stayed at Ambiance for 3 nights and were more than warmly welcomed. A lovely place and the host provide you with all necessary information about Pretoria and arround. Including recommendations on best SA wines. The rooms are spacious and fully equippt. Even the fridge was filled. We recommend it for families as well as for people on business travel.

My family and I spent one night at this delightful little gem hidden in Menlo Park Pretoria. What a surprise it was to find such a beautiful place inside the bustling city.||My wife has a gift for finding these places so leaving this duty to her is a no brainer really.||Deidré, your hostess, is a star and makes you feel welcome with her attention to detail and the welcome treats in your room are a welcome surprise.||Should you be traveling over a weekend we would definitely recommend the Hazelwood Food Market... a must for any food lover!| |We will most certainly advise you select this as you next stay in Pta to any person looking for some Ambiance in the city.

Ambiance is an amazing place to stay while in Pretoria: Calm and safe neighbourhood, a lush garden, spotless rooms with everything you need and the most attentive hosts I ever met. I can only recommend the place! Deidre and Pieter truly make you feel at home. I especially loved the bathrooms and the private terrace.

Wow, what a beautiful guesthouse. Enter trough the blue door, follow a narrow scenic road. Park under cover and enter your private room. Decorated beautifully, sit outside and enjoy a liquor on the house. Big, spacious and lovely bed. Kitchen complete for own use. Nice bathroom with vanilla bubble soap....hmmm to die for.

Spent one night here after flying in. Rudene and Hannes made us feel very welcome and took good care of us. Secluded oasis with rooms and resting areas made to make you feel at home|A nice and warm welcome on our first visit to SA

The friendly welcome and concern of the hosts made this a very pleasant stay. The grounds are spacious and allowed for a pleasant outdoor drink, while the breakfast was excellent. In summer, the pool would be welcome.
