Ambong Rainforest Retreat

Our stay was just perfect! The room was more than big enough for two persons, had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. From our balcony we had a very nice view over the rainforest and the sea. It is possible, that monkeys come to the balkony, so better don't be afraid. But it is also a very special expericence to see them so close.|The staff was very, very nice and always there to help and assist with everything. As well as one of us got sick, the staff was a big help and supported us just great.|We would absolutely recommend to stay here!

How can I even begin. What an incredible holiday. The ambong retreat is a truly magical place. Beautiful green and stunning views. The sounds and rustles of nature and amazing wildlife. The staff go above and beyond, driving you up and down from your room if you want, and to and from the Ambong Pool Villas. The rooms are stunning. They also provide turn down service and mosquito proof the rooms for you. The food is incredible and they even provide free yoga in the mornings on certain days with the most stunning views. It is definitely the perfect holiday for couples, we feel so lucky to have stayed there. Nizal, one of the hotel drivers was so lovely, we really enjoyed getting to know him. I really recommend this hotel in Langakawi, it is super nice with most wonderful people working that look after you super well. It is located in the rainforest and you can spot some animals while walking arround. There are two super nice restaurants, vegetarian one serves amazing breakfasts and throughout the day. Also, their restaurant Rimba is super with local food options, great for dinner or lunch. Beach is also close to this hotel, just need to take grab ane in 5-10 minutes you are at the beach . Also, the pool is very nice 🙂.

We had an amazing stay at Ambong Ambong rainforest retreat! From the moment we arrived till the moment we went to the airport, we loved it. Everyone was sooo warm and sweet, they told us "we want to be your second family during the stay" and they truly were. The service couldnt be any better. The food was also amazing. We loved staying in the forest, we also saw a lot of monkeys and they even came on our balcony. We just want to thank you for everything, it was truly a memorabel experience.

We are so glad we found this amazing place. The environment was peaceful and calming. There were many places to just relax and enjoy the surroundings, both within the resort, and at the beautiful beach and facilities close by. The staff were warm, friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. It is our pleasure to recommend this wonderful gem to others. Everything was perfect! The service was excellent and the staff were always smiling and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning view right in the middle of the forest, where you can spot monkeys. Breakfast was decent and a nice way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel!

We were highly impressed by the excellent service from the staff in Ambong Ambong. Every one of them were warm, thoughtful and always prompt in responding to us and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The room and facilities were very clean and well maintained, with protection from mosquitoes despite being in the middle of a rainforest. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will highly recommend.
