AMC Market Fair 15

Went and saw "This is Spinal Tap" on this outing and as always it was a fun experience. The theater was remarkably clean and the large reclining seats very comfortable...maybe a little too relaxing as I've been known to nod out on a few occasions. The concessions are what make a trip to the movies eye watering expensive and this place is no exception, so plan accordingly. Overall a great place to watch a movie!

The movie theatre experience wasn’t horrible—just okay. The service was decent, staff were polite, and things ran fairly smoothly. However, the space could definitely benefit from a little cosmetic work. Some updates to the seating, floors, or general ambiance would really take the experience up a notch. Overall, not a bad place to catch a movie, but it could use a little TLC to feel more modern and inviting.

Self-serve soda with flavor boosts! Bathrooms were spotless and fully stocked. Theater seats reclined, and I think they even had seat heaters (didn't test them though). Tons of snacks, and the popcorn was good (not as good as Cinemark or Century, though, just my opinion). The staff was awesome and super helpful – plus, they have popcorn share bags and self-serve butter. All in all, a fantastic experience; I'd totally recommend this theater.

From the outside, it certainly doesn't look all that big, so it's rather impressive they built this place with 15 different theater rooms! I came here with the intent of seeing Winnie The Pooh: Blood And Honey 2, as my local movie theater was not showing it, so a big thank you for showing it here! The seats are rather comfortable, and they even recline! One thing they do that I've never seen any other movie theater do is that the seats in the theaters have seat warmers on them too! I didn't realize it at first, since the one on my chair happened to be broken, but I think it must have been turned on, as I felt rather warm! This place also has a bar in the lobby to go with its expansive food menu, and they even sell toys and other related movie merchandise here! At first, the bathroom was disappointing, since it only had one stall, but then I realized that there were two other sets of bathrooms in the hallway, so the multiple bathrooms is certainly a plus! The one drawback this place does have is that while they do serve plenty of food and have a big menu, they do not deliver it to you inside the theater, so make sure you arrive early enough, as you will have to wait for it before you go see your movie

The reclining seats are comfy. You have plenty of space and the movie's at a decent volume. The prices are still outlandishly high, $17+ for an adult is extortion. Wouldn't go alone for that.

2 times in the last 2 weeks, I purchased tickets online before the show. Both movies ended up being 3D but there was no mention of that online or printed on the tickets. Again, both times we didn't know the movie was 3D until it started and had to run back out to the lobby to get the glasses. We gave our tickets directly to the ticket takers and they told us where to go but did not give us glasses. It's a pleasant surprise that the movies were in 3D. Had we known ahead of time, we would have worn contact lenses instead of glasses and we would have known to ask the ticket taker for the 3D glasses even though they should have just given them to us.

It's good to get out to the movies and Tuesday is the best day to go cuz AMC still has their discount movies all day on Tuesdays. If you use the app and become a member you can save money and earn points and on discounts etc. It's an older Theater that AMC took over a few years back but it's still really cool. Just be smart then go matinee times or on Tuesdays to save money. I still like that AMC has the drink machines where you got a whole different bunch of choices instead of just a handful of choices like other places

Me and my fiancee had our official first date at this theater. I wasn't sure how we'd end up.... then as we presented our tickets to enter our movie. The young lady who was working and directed us which way to go gave us a compliment on how good we looked together. And me and the lady have been dating ever since...

It was nice temperature and the volume was good for the space. There was not too many people and the screen was good sized.

Well maintained and quick service. The staff is on the ball. Especially, clean bathrooms.

Everything was fine . I find it hilarious that the people saying that the food is so expensive and are surprised. Have you never gone to movies ? Theater was clean . Definitely recommend buying tickets pretty far in advance if you want your choice of seats .

$18 for a medium popcorn and a small drink? lol Nope, I think not. Not only did I laugh and walk out but I'll never return to this raggedy movie theater again.

Im only taking a star off because this theater, for as big as it is..always seems to be packed. Buy tickets pretty far in advance for good seats. The kiosks to pick up or purchase tickets are great. The concession area is pretty extensive and well staffed. Theater seats are comfy, popcorn is tasty!

It feels and smells clean. I really like the reclining seats that are super comfortable. There are many times and lots of choices of the smaller theaters.

meghan was rude, and did not help us refund after not letting us in the movie kung fu panda 4, a PG movie.

Movie Uncharted was good funny, the theater reclining seats a plus. This not so nice, floors not vacuumed in hallways, popcorn everywhere, I guess cleaning is not important after COVID. They still gave wipes if you wish to wipe your own seat down and I did. Other than that the movie was good.

the popcorn could use some help, needed more pop to it. $15 a ticket is a bit pricy but at least they have comfy chairs in some theaters. the light didn't turn off when the movie started, they just dimmed down which was a bit disappointing.

There was this white girl with short hair , she was short. She was very rude like if you don't like yo job find something else boo . I'm writing this on May 19 ,2023 around 7:15pm .

Great theater! So perfect on a hot day. I've been here a few times and always have a nice experience. Solid food and drinks. The reclining seats are so perfect. Very spacious. Great spot for a date. ***Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often is my one suggestion***

This theatre is ridiculously hard to find on maps! We walked around forever trying to find where the maps where directing us and it was really trying to send us in neighborhood directions. I'd recommend searching Rocket Fizz instead as it's right next door. The theatre itself is a lot bigger inside than you would expect from the outside. Check in was simple an they had at least 3 tellers working so I'm guessing lines are never too long. I'm not a popcorn person so we did not stop by the concession stands although I did notice the soda machine was super fancy with the flavor additions and what not. Like walking through a maze we followed the signs to our back right theatre and sat in the very back center. There were only two other people in the theatre with us which was actually pretty nice (but I hope business is okay). The previews were all about mid life crisis style adult movies and there were no games or trivia questions from what we saw. The movie started later than showtime which is generally nice for those running late (due to map's directions maybe). When the lights went out the curtains pulled back and it was a very nice, authentic theatre feel. The movie quality and sound was good and definitely worth the $6 something they charge per ticket. I was surprised at how many movies were showing here and the variety of times with such a presumed low number of attendees. Had a great experience and will be back if/when I come to town again.

I'm pretty sure this place is haunted. Pros: -Really, really nice employees -Not crowded...like at all -They show some movies that other theaters in town don't Cons: -The place is straight up creepy. Long, dimly lit hallways. Empty, abandoned concession stands on the interior near the theaters. -The theater I was in was super small and the screen was tiny and off center compared to the seating. -Concessions were lacking. I could be wrong but it looked like all they were offering was popcorn, candy, soda, and icees (and maybe nachos?). Most chain theaters have way more than that. It's not a place that I would swear off, but I would just be aware that there are absolutely no frills here.

No comfy recliners, small screens in several theatres. No ticket kiosks, but at least there's a box office before the snake bar on busy nights. Non busy night you have to buy tickets at the bar. Prices are standard theatre pricing. The AMC membership program is pretty nice. Good perks. The theatre is clean for the most part, so overall it's a good experience.

I give a one because there was only 1 guest check in person so how is there a rewards line??? There was not one!! Nor one at the food counter whats the since of being a premier customer when you have lines with 15 or more people in them?? Most of the movies were sold out, lady tall with brown hair or black hair evidently did not want to be at work today..she huffed at me twice when I was ordering my tickets why was she mad at me its not my fault the movies were sold out?? Put on your automatic movie info on the phones that the movie us sold out!! I was not the only one who did not go to the movie and walked out the door. Customer Service at ticket counter sucked today. Its mothers day I am sure they get more businee today..but from a veterans stand point service sucked.. I will only go to the other Amc 6 mins away for now own...

I am a premiere member so I buy my tickets through the app. There does always seem to be some confusion with people at the box office. I go to the premiere line at the concession stand, refill my bucket at a discount then make my way to my heated, reclining, assigned seat. It couldnt be more convenient. The bathroom are normally clean and stocked. The entire theater seems to be well taken care of.

My first experience in a NC movie theater and I must say it was pretty cool. Although it appears upscale from the parking lot, it isn't. The inside is a little worn (saying it gently). The patrons don't respect when the previews are showing that their conversations should be in a hushed voice, instead they were louder then what was being said on the big screen. Didn't purchase popcorn or drinks but like the fact that not just the soda is unlimited but also the icees.

Coming to the movies for the first time in over a year was easier than I thought it would be. Socially distanced seating was helpful for two reasons, obviously the first being COVID but also because there wasn't overcrowding. The staff was super nice and accommodating of everyone's own personal confidence levels of COVID mitigation.

So me and my boyfriend, both 17, bought tickets online yesterday for a movie today. We get there tonight (6:20) and were asked to show ID, we did and were informed we could not watch the movie we payed for because on Fridays and Saturdays after 6pm apparently you HAVE to have a 21 year old with you to watch ANY movie, including PG. Keep in mind this was no where on the website. So we are able to have a job, make money, operate a car, but we can't even watch a movie. We were told it was "Shopping Center Rules" but they definitely could have put that somewhere on the website or sent an email before I bought our tickets and we drove there on our weekend.

I recently lost my wallet in one of the movie theaters. I went back the next day to see if it had been found. The manager on duty went with me to check my seats and the lost and found box. We ended with her telling me to call back in the evening. Then when I called the evening manager, he was also extremely nice and went to check several places in the theater for my wallet. They were busy when I went in the morning and also busy when I called back in the evening. Regardless, both managers were helpful taking time out to look for my wallet. I feel like when you run into establishments that go above and beyond you must do a review to express your happiness with their help. Unfortunately, my wallet wasn't found. I wasn't worried about my wallet being lost except my passport was in it and I will be moving soon. Anyway, everyone should go the AMC Market Fair15, Fayetteville NC because of their friendliness, and hard work!! Thank you!!

The remodeling is fantastic, reclining seats that warm up. There in even a bar, I don't drink currently but I'm sure it good, however I don't know the prices. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Every movie I go to the theater is always clean, part of the stubs program so I go often. When going to see an early movie, while surrounding businesses are currently open, I would park in the back. Due to the short term parking for those businesses. You could also park where those RV campers are kept.

My favorite place to relax and enjoy an experience! The Stubs program offers quick access, upgrades and free WiFi.

I was in theatre 13 watching Angry birds 2. Had a wet smell also. Theatre may have mold in it.

Always a nice date night for me and the wife sometimes it's a little messy but other than that it's our go to spot for movie night

It's been a long time since I came here for a movie and I wasn't impressed. The outside may look nice but if still looks really dated inside. The ticket counter was a decent experience and the associate was friendly. Our worst experience was at the concessions. They were very disorganized. We came in pretty close to the start of the next round of movies so they didn't have that many patrons waiting - perhaps 4-5 separate groups. There were at least 3-4 people behind the counter but only 2 people taking orders and no one working as a team. None of them greeted or recognized us, nor were they welcoming at all. I had my family with me so we ordered a couple bags of candy, popcorn and two drinks. I had ordered the items separate and was about to pay then realized there was a combo that would have brought the price down for the popcorn and drinks. I've worked at a theater before so I was disappointed the associate left it to me, the customer, to realize this fact instead of proactively suggesting it. Regardless, I asked for the change and she accommodated. The kicker was when my sister ordered after me for one additional bag of candy that none of the 4 associates knew how to ring up. The person helping us slowly asked each of the people behind the counter and none of them knew nor used any problem solving skills to address it. As we watched this happen they didn't speak to us directly or try to mitigate the ire from the wait. Exasperated after the fourth person confessed to not knowing nor suggested an alternative solution, my sister finally gave up and said she didn't want it anymore. Again there was no acknowledgment just a shrug as we left the counter. The experience thereafter was uneventful - which was a good thing. If you come home stop in Rocket Fizz or a gas station and just bring in your own snacks. We'll be going to the newer Patriot theater from now on, for sure.

They have a ton of doors at the entrance however they keep half of them locked and force you to funnel through one or two doors. After entering you must go to the concession stand to purchase your ticket. Sometimes there is no door person to rip your ticket and usher you to the theater so you're kind of just walking down the hall looking for your theater. If the previous movie is still on it ruins that excitement as well. The bathrooms are ALWAYS trashed even with it being so slow. The seats are very worn out and very squeaky. The backing of the seat also stops at the base of your neck, im 5'3, so sitting in the seat is very uncomfortable unless you slump down into your seat.

Way to go, Fayetteville! The fact that we now have this newly upgraded theater makes me want to go to the movies over and over again. I love that you can reserve your seats online and it never seems too crowded. We do go during the day time hours normally, but this sure beats going into a crowded theater trying to find somewhere to sit. The reclining, heated seats are super big and comfy. The theater itself has so much space that you don't feel crowded on top if each other. The food selection is pretty impressive. Of course, you still pay theater prices but there are lots of good options to choose from. We love the flatbread pizza, pretzel bites and of course, the popcorn! The soda machines are the ones where you can literally pick any drink in the world with several flavor options. Thanks AMC15 for making me want to go to the movies again..

Absolutely love the reclining seats and added heated seat feature. My go to location when it comes to seeing movies!

This is my favorite movie theater, bar none! Reserved seats, heated recliners at every seat, hot Carmel popcorn, A+ List program that gives my 3 movies a week for $20 power month!!! We love it!!!

This is probably the theater I have visited the most. Parking is great, you could park anywhere around, and it would still be a crawling distance. The interior is much bigger when looking from the outside. It gets busy on the lines sometimes but not too crazy as the AMC 14. I like it here coz they mostly have my timeslot preferred, that is when I am available. The restrooms are always clean, great job. The main cinemas were larger than the ones on the side. From what I've observed, movies that are not in demand get shown in the cinemas with smaller screen and the ones that are perceived to be box office are being shown in the main cinemas. I see the logic in there, bet most people don't give a fudge. The staffs are professional, very attentive, and quick, that's how they keep the line moving during peak hours. Normally though, it is slow most times, lucky for me that's what I like. Staffs are good in asking if you are a stub member.

we go here on Tues nights for "date night" it really is in a "sketchy" mini mall. Actually there are not any good stores in there except Cato. I can see where this mall could be nice but it would take a HUGE Overhaul. TRULY hate that this is the closest movie theatre to us. I hear the one in Hopeless Mills is nicer, but just because a building is new and pretty does not mean it is any less ghetto fabulous. Carmike 12 is not any better and compared to the one on Sycamore Dairy rd this is like a show place. ' This theatre is crowded usually and not the cleanest but do you want to see that movie or not? It's too far to go to Raleigh on a work night.

I want to see a movie there during the matinee time , so things may not have been as tight as to with regards to service versus if you come during the evening showing. what I thought was the ticket line was not the ticket line, to actually get the movie tickets you stand in food line . Also they had no way to purchase tickets from an ATM like machine. The theaters are kind of small , which makes sense because as many people are going to movies anymore and other theaters food there is very expensive . But the seats are very comfortable and usually not a bad seat, you can lay out in the theater and watch your movie

AMC Market Fair 15 in my opinion, is the BEST movie theater in fayetteville! they have recliners, coke freestyle machines, and reserved seating! this movie theater is amazing! i recommend going here over amc fayetteville 14! it's much better!

Never been to a movie theatre where the customer service was so bad . . Walked up to the concession stand and I said "Hello" , rather loud so the three gentlemen just standing there looking at me, all heard . Not a single one said hello back . Everyone was extremely rude . My boyfriend went back to get popcorn , same thing ! Everyone just standing around for one , and not good customer service . It's a movie theater , people don't come to watch movies that's it , but when you work as a cashier a very large part of your job is to simply smile and say hello . Also the sits are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and it's freezing inside .

I love the seats, picture and sound were fine. Staff was good, but they seemed a little understaffed. The reason for the one star is the BUGS. My wife and I haven't stopped itching since we walked out. I'm writing this because I literally just got out of bed to take a shower because I can't stop itching...... Unacceptable, $40 For a movie & cooties....

It is Saturday night. The line is crazy long . . . like out the door long . There are only TWO employees at the ticket counter! May have to try a different theater the next time I'm in town.

I went with a friend to see Sleep Doctor tonight and when we walk through the door, we were not greeted. Then when we tried to pay for our tickets we were told we had to pay at the concession because it was cash. This wasn't the problem, the problem was the older cashier with the strawberry blond ponytail told us in a rude manner that we had to pay at concession. Then she got smart mouth with my friend and said didn't you read the sign? First of all the sign was one register down from us, So who the hell is going to be looking at other registers while they are standing in front of one already with NO SIGN. I think this theater need to give their older cashiers some corrective training on how to speak and respond to customers because she came very close to being cuss out about my friend. He tried to explain to her that he did not know and instead of her being understanding, she responded with rudeness. It will be a hot minute before me and my friend will come to this rude theater again

We waited outside for a period time "even saw people in the theater and watched FEDEX knock on door then get turned away" until we decided to go to the other AMC. On our way I called this location to see if they were open and Brenoka "if that is her real name" was very rude on the phone. I asked if they were open and her response was "when my supervisor gets here we will open" then she hung up on me. I called back requesting who she was and told her she was very rude. When I asked her name she spelled it out so I think that is her name above. Then she hung up again. This place has horrible customer service and I will be making contact with whoever is in charge of this AMC. Poor service.

This is my go to theater for watching movies in Fayetteville. Staff is always friendly, clean bathrooms, and comfortable seating.

Never before have I encountered such noisy patrons than here in Fayetteville. The number of times I heard the words 'nigga', 'kekeke' and 'sheeit' being screamed out during the movie quickly became uncountable. While traveling I had the opportunity to see a movie at a Lumberton theater, and despite being smaller, with less comfortable seats, my experience there was still far far better than here at Carmike 15.

It's a very run down place. Smelly and not updated at all. But one good thing. It's like my private theatre lol. Not many people here and I tend to always be the only people or w my son or bf in this theatre. They are under the renovation and I heard they will change to a recliner seat. So finger crossed. They r building another theatre on yadkin road w IMAX

It was extremely busy! Unbeknownst to me, it was jammed packed and I showed up only 5 min prior to my movie showtime. When gf and I walked into our flick almost 20 min into previews, there were no seats together. I went back to the box office and Brit helped me with no pushback at all. She was busy as all hell but helped with a good attitude and issued two movie passes to come back at a later date! Good customer service is priceless. Next time I'll show up sooner. The upgrades to this location are great too!

Check your gun at the door! This theater is located inside a ghetto little mall, complete with thug-wear and lots of high schoolers. I highly recommend buying your tickets on Fandango before you come, because there is usually a long line, especially on weekends or during premieres. Otherwise, this place isn't bad. The theaters are clean and the staff is fairly friendly. There have been a few incidents where the projector wasn't working (including one memorable time when we heard the Wall-E preview five times and wondered what the hell it was), but these are always resolved pretty quickly.

It smells unsanitary. Like they don't clean or something. Gross... wont be coming again

Don't go to the last movie. Several times I went to go see a 10 PM movie and the doors were all locked. Why have a 10 PM showing if they won't let any one in? Otherwise it's a nice place to see a movie. Eat some where else as they charge too much for anything.

I work at a theatre myself but this one has stood out to me. I live in California and visited this movie theater with my husband to watch ride along. It's in a very VERY secluded mall and its super creepy. But the theater itself is very decked out in colorful lights. Tickets were only $5.50 for each ticket, AWESOME. The foo products was more expensive than the one in California but that would make up the low ticket prices. The theatre seating was okay. Seats weren't really comfortable. But I didn't have any problems while watching the movie. I did have a problem with the 2 stall in a bathroom issue. I was doing the pee dance for a good 10 minutes because the stalls were taken up. But other than that, I would go here again but I would bring my own snacks.

Let's start with the good, very clean and comfortable stadium w/recliner seating. Plenty of drink machines to get your sodas, tea etc and looked fairly well maintained. Parking can be a little difficult but there's plenty "behind" the theater, you can walk between the foyer area to get to the front theater entrance. Came to see a movie on Saturday Feb 1st at 1:00 PM. Probably 8-10 ppl waiting to buy tickets and only 1 cashier on site. Long wait, no explanations available on automated check-in either. No reason for so many ppl to wait this long to get in, especially when it's not busy. Concession stand - I was shocked! 2 regular drinks, 1 small popcorn, 1 small caramel corn and cost us $30.95 w/tax (@2.29)! Ticket price for 2 adults $17.10, ok maybe? Total price for a couple hours of "Little Women" was $48.05, that's pretty excessive I think. We go to movies fairly often, first time to Market Fair 15 in a long time but I think our last.

Average, crowded, sketchy... it's Fayetteville. Make sure you bring some pepperspray, just in case.

Came to watch the 12pm showing of Black Panther. Got to the concession stand and they had no nachos nor cheese for the pretzels. How are you only open for a hour and out of food.
