AMC West Chester 18

This was our first time here, myself and 2/7 of my kids. The atmosphere was nice, staff was friendly. Prices are a little higher than other theaters we frequent. Overall, first impression was good... until we got to our seats. Seats are assigned and when we found ours, the cup holders we absolutely disgusting. I had to go to the restroom and get paper towels to clean the wet garbage and food out of them, and to line them with, in order to use them. I would have considered 5 stars if not for this lack of attention to cleanliness.

Bought tickets online and easily walked in, found assigned theater, and our seats. Seats were comfortable lounge chairs. Sound system very good. Our theater was clean and seemed well-maintained. Like our reviews, hit that like button❤️

Went to see Scream 7 in Dolby (first Dolby experience) sound and picture was great. The seats do recline but the way the rows are designed (at least row J) are so narrow. There just enough room to walk through, until you and others put the foot of the reclining chair up, which leaves NO ROOM. They touch the the wall in front of you. The touch buttons don’t want to work and only light up when touched so if someone joins after the lights go out and or need to use the rest or go get refills, or whatever the reason may be they need past it can be a little difficult to press the button and let the recliner back down to let them past without using your phone screen light. Maybe the lower rows have more room than the top rows.

It's always clean, the people are friendly and efficient, and they always have the best movies! In between the reclining seats and the bar where you can get signature cocktails for the movies being shown, you'll feel like you're in the lap of luxury. A great experience overall!

A very lively and packed theater. They have a lot of workers and a lot of movie merchandise which is huge in my opinion! I got to experience their Dolby cinema theater #17 and my goodness it was a privilege. It was much better than my experience at the closest certified IMAX theater. The only downside was the Dolby theaters seats were very dirty. I get that theaters get trashed, but it was just filthy. They also had no previews for FNAF 2 and I think had issues actually starting the movie as it just “started” from a black screen 30 minutes after the start time randomly. Overall though I had a good time!

We decided last minute to catch a movie. You can still go inside to pick your seats and buy tickets or do it online ahead of time. Both are convenient options. The theater was clean and the seats were very comfortable! The steps in the theater are well lit and clearly marked which makes finding your seat easy. We tried the pretzels and they were delicious! They have a bunch of food options to choose. The Dolby sound system in our movie was pretty amazing!

Honestly, mid. It was pretty dirty. The chairs aren’t really that comfortable and some of them are damaged/torn. It’s not worth all the money you have to pay. There was a hole in the ceiling. The bathrooms were stinky messy, paper towels were out and hand dryer did not work. No one was there to check our ticket. You could just walk in so what’s the point of paying all that money?

Very nice. Comfortable recliner seats. Placing concessions order in advance is the way to go as we didn't have to wait in any lines.
