The hotel is located near the Chao Phraya River and offers a wide view of the riverbank. The décor is novel, but the overall experience was disappointing.Access to the hotel requires passing through a narrow street, which feels unsafe and unpleasant. The hotel has no proper parking facilities. Guests are required to park in a rented construction site nearby, alongside trucks and construction workers, which is highly inconvenient. The room appeared clean at first, but basic hygiene standards were not met. The toilet paper provided was dirty, and the white curtain used to separate the bathroom had visible blood stains. The rooftop view is nice, athe food and beverages are acceptable. However, the rooftop management is extremely poor. The hotel allows unlimited access to people who do not order any food or drinks. While we were dining, people stood directly over our heads just to take photos, completely ruining the experience. We reserved a table for the fireworks event as promoted by the hotel, but the reservation was meaningless. Non-reserved guests were allowed to stand in front of us, blocking the view entirely. We ended up seeing nothing but people’s backsides. This reflects very poor planning and a lack of respect for paying customers.Overall, the hotel prioritizes attracting crowds over guest comfort and basic cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for special events.
