This is such a cute shop! I ordered a cat cake for my 22 year old cats final cake before crossing the rainbow bridge, and it was a perfect cake for my sweet Bear. He LOVED it, not to mention it's super cute! You can tell it's freshly made too! Highly recommended!

Cute-clean-and well stocked pet store with the most friendly staff! Stopped on a Sunday morning to get my dog a gift as we left him with grandma for the weekend-staff was extremely friendly and helpful-showed me a few items (food toppers and treats) that are locally made-purchased the food toppers and my dog loves them. Definitely will stop again when back in town and support this store!

Congrats--Amelie's was featured in Queer Eye Season5 Ep 2 where they created pretzel dog treats! Delicious artisan pet treats, eco-friendly grooming products and healthy pet food alternatives in the Passyunk neighborhood. This pet store is a delight for shopping inside and out (check out the Philly artist murals in the doorway). Our shiba celebrated his 3rd birthday devouring the frosted bakery treats shown here. They are open and taking orders for curbside pick-up, delivery or shipping.

The best treat shop for your love one in Passyunk! The owner is the nicest (check his tie dye shirts!) If you have a senior dog like my twix (picture for reference) that has few teeth try they cupcakes!

Support local business! Great gift options for people, lots of toys and clothes for animals. The staff were helpful picking out cute little dog pastries which by the way look so good! They're decorated right now to look like Christmas sweaters and all kinds of stuff.

The best dog spot around. We love walking our dogs here to pick up supplies, they have the best treats and everyone is always so friendly. We also have used them for our dogs' birthdays and the cakes are so cute and photogenic and our pups LOVE them!

My Sesame and I went here after an attempt morning walk to get some treats. The store had many different treats and daily necessities. We came out with 2 cupcakes, a pretzel biscuit, bully stick, yak cheese and tooth paste and brush. The treats were super cute and I am assuming delicious since my Sesame finished each one in 2 seconds. The whole experience was very lovely! We were made comfortable and Sesame also got some treats before walking out the shop.

Couldn't be happier with our custom cake! I sent the cake to school with my dog Cooper so he could celebrate with his friends, and it was a big hit. The shop owner Jackie answered my question quickly via email and was kind about accommodating our scheduling/pick up request. The cake was beautiful!! It was a little smaller than I expected from photos, but it fed the 22 dogs at his school so portions are perfect. I can't wait to get one for his next birthday!

Amelie's is hands down the best! They have amazing homemade treats, unique packaged treat options, toys, and everything you need to make your fur baby's birthday extra special! Not to mention they are the most friendly & always show our dog so much love! Our dog Bear basically runs us to the store every chance he gets. Definitely worth a visit!

Amelie's is hands down the best pet shop in Philly! No other shop has the selection they have and, the owner and her family make the "bakery" treats themselves- our dog can't wait to get his when we go in! The whole team is beyond friendly and they always remember us- we always recommend them to other pet owners!

My dog absolutely loved the peanut butter banana cake from Amelie's! It was reasonably priced and the perfect size for my dog and her best doggie friend, with leftovers for the next day. I also ordered party supplies from here and all were delivered on the day/time of my choice. While I felt the party supplies were a bit on the pricey side ($12 for party hats, $12 for banner, $8 for paper plates), the ability to have everything delivered 1) during the fall COVID resurgence and 2) because I live in a different part of the city and don't have a car, made it more than worthwhile from a convenience perspective.

Amelie's is the absolute best!! Not only is the shop filled with the cutest toys, homemade treats & supplies, the owner Jackie is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She found the best allergen free food for our picky girl & amazing supplements our cat actually eats. Most importantly, when our kitty was sick with pancreatitis & wouldn't eat, Jackie's suggestions were the *only thing* that got us through. She truly cares for her clients and their pets and we are forever grateful!!

My dog has a very sensitive stomach and the cookies and treats that Amelie's bark shop makes are some of the only cookies that don't upset her belly. Not only do we know that they are quality, Ivy LOVES them. The staff is so friendly and gives my dog so much love. We always have a great experience when we come in. Ivy cannot walk past the shop without running in on our walks! They also make great birthday cakes :)

My pup's favorite place--she literally pulls ne inside if we get within a block! Amazing selection and the friendliest folks. I got one of their custom cakes for my doggo's gotcha day and it was SO cute and my dog loved the taste. I'm so grateful to have this spot in our community.

Love the concept, love their 'festival' truck, but did not like the pricing structure of their treats. We purchased Rocco's treats for $14.99 + TAX and 20' away at the same festival was Rocco's tent selling the exact treat for $10 and NO tax. I called and spoke with the manager of Amelie's and no offer was suggested.

love coming to this shop for my dog's favorite treats but seeing that it was a bakery i knew i had to get her birthday cake here! i got a custom cake and it was so cute and perfect! my dog loved the cake and i loved how soft the icing was for her to lick off. the ingredients are clean and you can tell so much love and care goes into baking it with the attention to detail i'll definitely be ordering my pup's future birthday treats here!

I just had to get my dog a birthday cake from here after seeing how cute they were. The ordering process was super easy online. They even called the morning of to let me know the cake would be ready for pick up sooner than expected. We went with the bacon and flax cake and the dogs loved it! I will definitely be returning for her birthday next year!

This shop is the best!! They really made my Beauxs birthday very special. The dogs LOVED the cake we had it for a few days, was a great size. The shop also has the most creative Philly treats to include dog pretzels, cheesesteak and cannoli treats! I love the store and the owners are so nice! Will be frequenting!

I picked up a cake for my dog's second birthday today. The process could not have gone smoother! I placed an order online last week and customized the cake to exactly what I was looking for. Jackie, the owner, is so sweet and accommodating. The business is taking precautions for COVID (which, as a healthcare worker, I'm very happy about), so no in-store shopping is allowed. When I went to pick up the cake, I could see the interior of the store, and it looks so cute and inviting! I can't wait to be back once things are safer. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you're shopping for your pet in the Philadelphia area or otherwise!

I went to Amelie's to get a cake online. Although I thought I placed and order online that didn't go through. I was still able to get a cake for my pup's first birthday. The staff was super friendly and everything worked out smoothly. I got home and gave my baby his cake and HE LOVED IT!

We got our pups birthday cake from here! He absolutely loved it. While we were in there we picked up some treats too! They had the standard but they also had some unique ones which made for a great part of his birthday present. The way to a dogs heart is always his tummy and this place exceeded our expectations! The ordering process was super easy online. The cake looked incredible, I really wanted a piece! They also have really cute stuff for your dog or cat. Worth a visit!

Shop owner Jackie went above and beyond to help make my 13-year-old baby's birthday a special and delicious celebration. I needed a cake that could withstand a commute through airport security, on a plane and into Virginia. She was incredibly patient with me as I explained what I needed for the pup through many emails. The ordering process was simple. You can place your order online and I decided on a 6-inch peanut butter and banana cake. There are several flavor options as well as a 4-inch option. I wanted a simple design and Jackie executed it well. What I appreciate most is that she uses natural food coloring. The cake was about $30 after taxes. I needed the cake the day before my flight but my business schedule made it difficult for me to pick up the cake from the shop. While she doesn't generally offer delivery services, Jackie helped to arrange it for a nominal fee including working with the staff at my hotel to get the cake into my suite's refrigerator. She updated me through the process and I was beyond delighted about the amazing effort she made to make my life easier. Most importantly, the cake remained intact through my travels and the birthday boy loved it! It was also a hit with the miniature schnauzer next door. The cake is like a human cake in softness and freshness. I admit it... I had a taste of the frosting. Cream cheese (without sugar)! Thank you for everything, Jackie! I just picked up a pink cake for my babies. The cake is so pretty and perfect. I couldn't ask for a better cake and of the course, my babies loved it.

We found this absolutely amazing pet store near us @barkshopbakery .We took Ozzie and Bella in for a shopping spree. Ozzie got a new coat and a new toy. Bella got a new harness and leash and the both got some fresh baked treats. The awesome owner took time with both dogs fitting them for their new apparel. She is so nice and kind and knowledgeable about products and dogs. We love this place and I had two very happy pups!! I highly recommend going here. The have such great toys , treats, apparel and other things for you dogs and cats.

The most charming shop on all of Passyunk Avenue! We love stopping in every day for a visit. Their cute homemade treats for your fur babies come highly recommended - I know my little boy thinks they are so special he has to hide them for a while before eating them! Owner Jackie and her staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Wonderful selection of supplies, toys and natural treats. And we LOVE our howl-o-ween costume!

This pet boutique and bakery is a cute and clever idea! The pet boutique has a lot of cute goodies for the pets. I didn't buy any of the pet goods but I got to try out their baked goods. The treats are petit but taste delicious.

After going to the dog park so much my little man's harness was just disgusting. I walked in hoping for an easy wall harness but found something much better! The sales associate even let me put it on and walk around the block to see how it felt. I also found some beautiful artwork for my new apartment all Boston terrier themed. I was more than happy and I know if I stayed there any longer I'd buy more than I could carry home! Great service. Great store!

Excellent customer service with a great variety of high quality products for your pet. As an owner of a dog with a sensitive stomach & low immune system I could not be more impressed with the options available because it is not always as easy as it seems. The supplements, food, treats & grooming products, plus the freezer section is chock full of goodies for your fur babies. The hemp oil section is also unbelievable, if you're like me and swear by hemp/CBD products for your dog this is the place to get them! Also, I buy Stella & Chewys kibble which is very hard to find in stock but Amelie's makes sure they always have it ordered for us & if it is late they have smaller bags available. Thank you Amelie's!

Awesome place even though it's a small shoppe they have some nice items. I recently purchased a cake for my dogs 10th birthday and her and her doggy friend loved the cake. It's a little pricey but everything is homemade and healthy for your pet. Definitely will return.

Yay! This is a super adorable shop. I don't know that if but any pet accessories or toys here (they're a bit pricey) but I'm more than willing to splurge on some home baked treats for my pup. The treats look good enough for humans to eat and that's why this place is so cute. The pupcakes are so pretty! I bought $20 worth of cookies and cakes for my dog and he LOVED them.

I'm so happy this pet shop is on Passyunk. They carry a great selection of treats, supplments, toys and more. Their home made specialty treats are amazing (according to my dog).

We ordered a custom cake for our shiba's first birthday... And it came out super cute!! The owner is very friendly and the shop itself is worth visiting for baked treats and hard to find brand named treats! Sora and her puppy friends devoured the cake! Definitely coming back for Sora's next birthday!

I love this shop! The staff always takes such an interest in the wellness of my pets. Every time I come in they ask about my pets by name. They carry the best treats, my dog is a strange old man and doesn't really like normal dog treats. But they have these wonderful salmon skin rolls that he goes nuts for. They also special order his dry food for me. Well priced and even have a "punch" card where you get 10% off after a certain number of "punches".

This is honestly one of the cutest pet stores I've ever been in! I have been waiting for a local pet store that has good products for cats and this one is in a perfect, walkable location. They have a great selection of food and sweet treats for pups and kitties. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I ordered my new kitten an adorable custom ID tag through them I can't wait to get it!

I love this shop! I've been taking my pup, Somi, here since we first got her. We get everything from treats to cakes to costumes from here. Everyone there knows their stuff and is super friendly. I recommend them to all of my friends

This shop is such a great addition to the area! The owner is super friendly and they have some really cute stuff in there for cats and dogs. My French bulldog Louie pulls me over there every time we pass but we only indulge in the treats once a week... Gotta set limits :)

Amelie's Bark Shop is my favorite pet shop in Philly because not only is it cute as can be, but because you can tell the owners spend great time and effort to not only supply pets with treats, toys and food that they enjoy but also that is GOOD for them! Best part? The space is also a BARKERY! for baked goods for your dog. For my dog who is gluten free and poultry free, we always had had a hard time finding her food + treats. Not in Amelie's! Not only is there a treat for her but she has OPTIONS! Love Amelie's!

This shop is more for the dog lover in you (hence name) however it doesn't stop this lover of felines to pay a visit to a new local neighborhood business & pick up some (grain free) treats for my lovable dog friends. Place is quaint and has the cutest dog gear & treats not to mention it houses some favored cat treats for our kids ;-) Met the owner who was knowledgeable about her products (made right on premise) and was very personable to boot! Welcome to the neighborhood!

One of my favorite shops to stop in to regularly on the Avenue, Amelie's gets it right every time. A completely adorable selection of treats and more for my pup and incredibly friendly service every time.

Amelie's is our go to place for anything Peanut needs. Her prices are right around the same as Doggie Style and she carries good brands. We can never walk by without letting Peanut go in to say hi to Jackie either!

Amelie's is the cutest shop on Passyunk (and not just when Don Draper & Amelie make appearances, although they do help) the selection of collars and leashes made of natural materials is beautiful, the handmade bow ties (and cat toys!) are THE CUTEST, and my dog goes insane over anything from the bake case. If we walk by after hours, he jumps up to go inside and I have to pull him away, he loves shopping there so much! Both Jackie & Jamie have been incredibly helpful with picking anything out for my dog, and even ordering a different size collar when the one I wanted was out of stock! Such a great place, I can't wait to see what kind of birthday cake they'll come up with for Oliver! (Yes, that's a real sentence, and no my excitement is not an exaggeration)
