We had a great time! We went to Amerant Bank Arena for the Disturbed & Daughtry concert, and it was absolutely amazing! The sound quality, lighting, and overall atmosphere were top-notch. The staff was organized and helpful, and getting in and out of the venue was smooth. The arena was clean, the crowd was great, and the energy was electric. It's a fantastic place to see a live show — we’ll definitely be back!

The name of the arena may change, but this will always be the home of our Florida Panthers! My wife and I have made some excellent memories here. We have attended a few hockey games, live music events, and Monster Jam. Plenty of events and shows coming through Amerant Bank Arena! The employees have always provided a pleasant experience for our family. Be sure to walk around inside the arena. The selections of food and drink are different at each vendor.

Google
Home of the Florida Panthers. The Arena has it all; hockey games, concerts, Monster Jam and more. This venue is nice and clean. The AC is refreshing. The staff is great. There are plenty of food and drink options. I highly recommend attending a hockey game. The energy is contagious, I have never seen anything like it. Let’s go Panthers!

Google
I've been to several concerts there and I think it's one of the best places. From any position the stage looks great and the sound is excellent. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Parking is convenient. The food is good but a bit pricey as is the drink.

From the moment we arrived we were Super impressed with the fast and efficient parking set up! Once we got up to the front they had several lines established to enter the arena & as soon as the doors opened they all moved very quickly and efficiently, especially considering the number of people all trying to get in and scan their tickets. The staff was so friendly and great about moving people through. Went right into the Panthers store & wow! What could have easily been complete chaos was actually staffed so we’ll that even as jam packed as it was they had it running like a well oiled machine! We were able to get help with finding exactly what we were looking for & a couple hundred dollars later we were on our way to another area to have our new jerseys customized. All the food and beverage areas were great, fast, well organized & food was delicious. Bathrooms….this is an area most arenas struggle however not the Amerant. Almost every section had a men’s & woman’s restroom that was clean well stocked and a breeze to find and use quickly. All of these positives undoubtedly make the experience even better and the high prices less painful. Looking forward to our next game. Let’s Go Panthers!!!!

Google
First time there for the concert. Joan Jett and Billy Idol. Don’t usually go otherwise. Nice arena. Beer was outrageously high. Almost $35 for two pints. Parking was $60. Servers expecting a huge tip just for handing it to you. Doubt I’ll go back. I only have two kidneys.

I caught the Atlanta Hawks at Miami Heat game a couple of weeks ago and it was incredible! I had access to the Ocho Bacardi Lounge. However, I do not suggest purchasing anything from there as it is too expensive/bougie. It’s better to go downstairs and eat first, then purchase your expensive drinks at the lounge. I doubt they will let you bring food from downstairs into the lounge, so be careful. It’s full of a bunch of fake ballers and narcissists. It sports a great view at the center of the arena, but somewhat restrictive to view the game from that vantage point. Takes away from the charm of the actual lounge. So if I were to go again, and I don’t go to the Ocho Bacardi lounge, I wouldn’t be missing anything to be honest. But I think it’s a cool place to hang out with your friends.

Google
Great hockey arena! One of the best hockey games and atmospheres I have been to hands down. Visited for the Leafs/Panthers playoff game and was amazed at how loud and great the atmosphere and fans were. Mind you there were some younger obnoxious fans using a lot of profanity and making remarks regarding the current political climate which weren’t appreciated everything else was fantastic.

Yelp
Hubby and I came here to see one of my favorite dancehall artist, Vybz Kartel. Parking was a breeze as the attendants direct you where you need to be swiftly. Getting through into the area was a piece of cake also as security keeps the lines moving at a steady pace. We looked for our seating area right away which is clearly marked and proceeded to get some refreshments. Lots of vendors to choose from. I thought we had an aisle seat but we were next to some plexiglass glass that separated us from the other set of seats. A bit cramped but we were on our feet dancing most of the time. Getting out of the arena was effortless.

Yelp
I recently went back to Amerant Bank Arena to see another show, this time Billy Idol and Joan Jett which was excellent. As I mentioned previously, this venue is really good. It's modern, well maintained, the seats are reasonably comfortable and there are lots of food and drink options, though the pricing is on the high side. Last time I visited I used the free mall parking lot across the way, but the cops don't let you enter via the main road, so you have to loop around the side of the arena and that takes quite a bit of time. This time I got the paid parking for $45 and it was actually pretty convenient to just exit the arena and jump in my car. I'll probably do this going forward because it beats that 20 min walk to the mall parking lot! My only criticism of the facility is that the staff are ruthless when it comes to bags they let in. My daughter took a small clear backpack where we keep the kids ear protection. When I went in 2024 it wasn't an issue. But this time around the guards were such fascists about it, they refused us entry made us walk back to the lot and put the bag back in the car. It was a total waste of time! And it's kids ear protection inside, not a bag of beers and meth. Like, what is the issue? Other than that though, great place to see a show. I hope they continue to book more rock bands here, I absolutely would go see a bunch of them.

Yelp
This arena was the old BB&T but the inside stayed basically the same with several craft beer and liquor bars open during the Florida Panther games and the concerts. Be prepared to pay $30.00 for parking or simply just park across the street at the Sawgrass Mills mall or Uber.

Yelp
I cane for a game and had such a great time they have many areas you can pick from to eat and to get drinks and theirs plenty of seating with my luck they won their game when I came to visit which I was super excited about as for parking make sure you come as early as you can because when it's game day the parking lot fills up extremely quickly leaving people to park else where which is further out.

Yelp
Having a blast seeing the Panthers play the Sabers! As we walked into the stadium All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also at the metal detector staff is very friendly and welcoming. Food is fun, and they have good pop corn. Love the atmosphere of the arena and beautiful artwork on the walls. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Came here to watch Monster Jam with my son and my girlfriend..she bought the personal "pizza" at halftime it came out to $28.00 including a Danasi bottled water. How can I put this. That was a criminally high price for something that tasted like it was undercooked and came straight from a microwave.. little Caesar's pizza is still less than $6 and it tastes WAAAAY better than whatever that crap was they scraped up in that box.! Epic fail! Monster Jam was cool. EAT BEFORE YOU GO!

Yelp
I have no complaints about this arena! Located right across the street from my home, it's easy to get to, and as a true Panthers fan, I'm all in for supporting the team and this fantastic venue. Parking is convenient, with plenty of spaces available on-site, plus additional (free!) options across the road at Sawgrass Mall. Navigating inside the arena is a breeze, with clear signage directing you to your section. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. There's no shortage of bars and food options, with recent additions giving fans even more variety. Some highlights include: Section 326: Surfside - Surfside Iced Tea + Vodka and Surfside Lemonade + Vodka Sections 130 & 319: Chicken Wings Section 115: Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup If you ever have the chance to catch a game, concert, or live event at Amerant Bank Arena, definitely take it!

Yelp
It seems just about every year since I could remember, this arena has changed names. Although a few things changed here & there over time, it's generally remained the same as far as the inside goes. First & foremost, the biggest downside I've noticed is the significant increase in pricing across the board. Everything from parking to food to beer/liquor has gone up (especially since the FL Panthers finals appearance last season). With that said, this is a great arena to visit whether it's for hockey games or concerts. This arena, without a doubt, has some of the best viewing when it comes to events. There isn't an obstructed view from wherever you're seated. Even the highest row of seats can see pretty clearly when looking down. The rafters are set up well where they're out of your eye line. The jumbotron is large enough on all 4 sides to see perfectly. The employees here are always friendly. They help out when asked & are very attentive. I've visited here for over 15 years & there's really not a bad experience that stands out. Big ups to whoever employs the individuals here! Much like it is elsewhere, they're a cashless venue. They have touch-free readers in the front to scan the tickets also.

Yelp
Entered the arena and grabbed a few cold 20oz Corona beers for $19.00 each. Walked to my great lower level $85 seats with a very close view of my FL Panthers team. I bought a big salty pretzel on the break for $9.50 with another cold beer. Arena is an easy in and easy out process. PANTHERS WON 3-2
google avatar

Yelp
Security and checking in was very easy. Arena is clean with comfortable seats and great views of stage. To be expected but still frustrating was the high cost of parking and refreshments, almost as much as the tickets in what you spend. But we saw the Gold Over America Tour and was blown away by the production value and performances.

Yelp
A pretty good venue that has had a handful of name changes since I have been coming here. The newest name is the Amerant Bank Arena and it is still home to the ice hockey team The Panthers. The staff here is usually friendly and they are very quick with showing you where your seats are if you are unsure where to go. I did have someone at the doors give me attitude because I was going to walk through the metal detectors and he wasn't even paying attention because he was clearly using his phone instead of making sure nothing that could be dangerous was coming through his line. They have contactless ticket readers that you can tap or scan your phone and you are in within less then a minute! The prices for food and drinks are crazy though. I had a turkey sandwich, which is freshly carved (by someone with a bad attitude saying how no one tips even though he works for an hourly wage a supervisor said) but it weighed in at $23 dollars, which is absolutely insane for the thing. The turkey was very juicy and fresh but the price is insane. A funky buddha beer also ran me $18 dollars for a pint. The place is super clean and the thing I liked most was how spotless the bathrooms were in terms of the stalls and trash on the floor being nonexistent. I love being able to celebrate panthers games with other people that come to the games and for the most part they do a great job at making sure no one is drinking too much and that security is everywhere so I feel safe!

Yelp
Love going here for a Panthers game. The Arena is set up nice, never feel like there's too long of a wait for a bathroom. The bartenders I've seen here have always been friendly. I don't eat here often so can't really say much about the food.
google avatar

Traci W.

Yelp
I've been here many times over the years, but don't visit all that often. Recently saw a show and I have to say the arena was very nice. Easy to park, quick walk up the steps and your inside. Inside was very clean and they had a large selection of bars For drinks as well as some food vendors. Sound for the concert was amazing so I can only imagine during sporting events. It must be great too.
google avatar

Jeff N.

Yelp
The arena is easy to access from the Sawgrass Expressway and I-595 where the parking based on where you enter is an easy walk to the entrance. Just make sure you wear your sneakers because in most cases, you will need to walk, especially if you don't want to pay for parking in the arena lots and opt to come over from the Sawgrass. Parking for monster jam for example was $35 before tax. Pricing is what you expect for drinks and food. Expensive. Just getting a couple of sodas is $20. The seats were at least comfortable during our event at Monster Jam, with the signage clear on where you need to go to access your seats. It's not a bad arena to watch sports and shows, just make sure to go in knowing you will be spending money on food and drinks than you normally would.

Yelp
Amerant Bank Arena was FLA Live Arena AKA National Car Rental Center, Office Depot Center, BankAtlantic Center, and BB&T Center. This arena is next to Sawgrass Mills Mall in Sunrise, Florida. It is the home of the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League. It was completed and opened in 1998. Before this arena was completed I spent many happy times at Miami Arena attending the Panthers Games. When the Panthers were relocated to this new arena I took my daughter and we enjoyed many games here. It's very close to where I owned my home. I moved to Manhattan in 2002 but have returned for visits periodically. You can be assured I would be attending regularly if I moved back to Broward County. I'd probably buy season tickets. The Panthers hosted NHL All Star weekend game and events for 2023. I'm posting a couple photos. It's definitely a fun time at a beautiful venue! Whether you go to a hockey game or another event I'm recommending you visit.....

Yelp
We the ones comedy show was funny we really enjoyed ourselves! Definitely was not a disappointment good seats good laughs a time was had! The service and ambiance was good! I liked the arena and would come back for another show!

Yelp
New name, same thang. My cousin had extra tix for the panthers game so we came by to BB&...Amerant Bank Arena. My husband wasn't thrilled for the $18 beer so we kept it a sober game. Pride night was fun to be apart of, the inclusion is great. We loved seeing the party Zamboni. 3 zambonis on the ice is a spectacle. We parked at Sawgrass mall for free and enjoyed our free walk. It's no biggie, they can take all the out of towners parking money!
google avatar

Ron W.

Yelp
All in all a great experience tonight at Amerant Bank Arena even though the home team lost. The parking was easy although expensive and the concession lines moved quickly due to the building being fully staffed. The only negative was that the restrooms got a little messy by game's end. Also more TVs are needed in the concourse area.
google avatar

Caitlyn L.

Yelp
I've been coming to this arena for two seasons of Panthers hockey now, and I have to say I'm so impressed with the venue, the staff (whether it be concessions, parking, or helping you find your seat, everyone is so kind). The facilities are well kept and I've never noticed any wear and tear on the building or the bathrooms or even the floor. It always feels like such a clean and welcoming place to step inside of. There are three stores (two on the lower and one up in the 300's floor). Most times we go, we leave with a custom washcloth or a light up stick, they've even given away towels for the all-star games. This arena and team definitely do their best to make you feel like family. Did I mention their brisket Mac and cheese on the club level is to die for? Arena food being delicious? Yup, amerant bank arena has got it.

Yelp
So much fun, we went for a business networking event. Everything was so organized and so much fun inside and out. It was an absolute pleasure and we got to meet some fantastic people. They had a buffet set up. The food was delicious and a good variety of a little bit of everything. The atmosphere was fun and electric and everything was nice and clean. I appreciate that but, but, the bathroom situation was absolutely ridiculous. One stall in each bathroom for the size area that was up there that needs to be fixed. That was totally ridiculous, but it was a lot of fun. Had a great time.!

Yelp
Great stadium 40 dollars to park so park across the street at Sawgrass if you want to save money Adult beverages are 10-18 dollars each
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
This venue has been a popular venue for the Broward County area as it's convenient not having to commute to West Palm or Miami for concerts and events. The venue has gone through quite a few name changes over the years. I've been coming here for years for a variety of events/entertainment. The venue has definitely improved in terms of organization when it comes to security and tickets. Inside is clean and spacious. Despite many crowds, I don't have much trouble getting to my section. There's also numerous bathrooms every few feet as well as various concession areas that move the lines pretty fast. There's also different bars, one being in the front main entrance area and another in the coors light zone on the second floor. If you want all you can eat food and drinks you can spluge a bit for one of the two club lounges they have. I do enjoy coming here for concerts and the occasional hockey game. Everyone is always amped up, and it definitely makes for a fun experience.

Yelp
First time in the area to watch a Panthers vs Lightening game. The stadium is very nice. Getting in was swift and easy. Parking at the stadium is 30-50 bucks depending on when you buy. I recommend parking at sawgrass and walking over. Get your steps and save some money. The food is normal game food some options include cheese and pepperoni pizza, cheese and chicken quesadillas, pretzel, French fries. The workers are friendly, but are a bit clueless at times. When I saw that they served chilli dogs and cheese fries I immediately wanted chili cheese fries. Unfortunately that concept was unfathomable to the workers. It took repeating it several times only to be told they couldn't make it work. It is a bit chilly so make sure you bring a sweater. Other than that odd interaction, I will definitely come back to a game.
google avatar

Judy S.

Yelp
Boy, this stadium has changed names. I came for a jockey game. My team the Florida Panthers lost however I had a good time. FYI if you come to one of the hockey games and you have a lower lever ticket. It gets very cold around that area. I would also advise getting to the stadium early sometimes there are some types of activities or photo opportunities around. The arena is big with plenty of parking. You have to pay for parking. Parking is not cheap here. They do not take cash, credit cards only. It gets crazy crowded here. I was surprised to see how many alcohol vendors they now have. I came with a friend who could not drink alcohol. To my surprise, they carry nonalcoholic beers. They are not available everywhere, but they did have them. I was also happy to see a kosher vendor. The good prices were high. This stadium is well-kept and clean. I liked coming here. The location is great and the staff great.

Rachel Macie H.

Yelp
I've been to alot of arena's and just different stadiums in general all around the country and I must say this one ranks on the lower side of this spectrum for multiple reasons! The location here is really not set up very well to create a good traffic flow coming to the game and exiting as are most arenas but we found this one to be exceptionally bad because nothing moved at all coming and going! So we had Club Level seats and I just say that this is by far one of the worst Club Level experiences I've ever had as nothing here makes it special I mean they didn't even verify that our seats were on Club which is something I've never seen before so anyone can just go in here not really making it a Club Level like at any other arena I've been to! The food options here are exceptionally bad as well as they have nothing unique to the area or to the stadium it's all super expensive generic things which is sooo 15 years ago I can't remember the last time I was at a game with such little and bad options! Of everything here we did find a place making turkey sandwich's that were actually kinda decent but that didn't come without the $25 price tag for the single good sized sandwich, either way it was yummy and definitely the best thing in the building! The staff here was very rude with 4 of the 3 people we encountered being extremely unprofessional and just mean for absolutely no reason whatsoever when we were nothing but nice to them not sure if it was because we were supportive of the opposing team or if they filed out applications for jobs they don't wanna work so shout out to the lady on club level who couldn't direct us in the right direction instead just grumbled something and said where is your wristband also another shout out to the guy at the sandwich stand who was beyond rude when I asked him for more than one pickle as the sandwich we had was big enough for two so the other person in my party could have one he handed me one then before I could thank him we just got yelled at and told to go away, and finally our third place winner our ticket scanner who told me that I need to go home in a serious manner I get it I'm supporting the other team but that's no excuse to be rude to me! The game atmosphere here was horrible as they kept playing really bad music and that's coming from someone who listens to punk rock and EDM mostly as the songs they choose to pay were just horrible and annoying and definitely didn't fit the vibe of the game at all! Overall my team won so that's all that matters but hands down this arena needs a lot of love as it's very dated here and I'm beginning to think that is because they just don't care about it as that was the attitude we received from the staff, with that said I feel bad for the fans who call this their home arena as it really needs alot of love to make it comparable to some of the other ones that I've been to!

Yelp
We have been here once for a panther game (loved it) and once for a concert. We saw Deftones tonight (3/22/25) and our seats were at the corona beach club level. The view was great. The sound was waaaayy off. The instruments could be heard well but the vocals were so muddy. I don't know if it's where our seats were or if it sounded like that throughout the whole arena. I was definitely put off by it. Also, $36 for a water and a beer (plus 20% tip) is outrageous. I'll most likely just skip the venue for concerts and skip the beer altogether.
google avatar

C. K. B.

Yelp
Parking was $40 on this Thursday night at a Panthers game, a bit outrageous. The lines are long for food, drink and you can't buy a fountain soda. Expensive...yeah I ended up passing on both waiting and over spending. We ordered a wheelchair but even tho we passed tons of staffers standing around we had to call 2 more times to get help with it. Other than that, a nice stadium to visit.

Yelp
After the 2 hours that was waited to get in, I really enjoyed my experience in the Amerant Bank Arena. The food was great, I loved the Ambiance and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was nice, I didn't go downstairs to where the popular food was, I just ate from the menu the Arena had. I had Chicken Tenders with fries, wasn't bad at all. Although I was disappointed they only had BBQ and Honey Mustard sauces. After I ate I went to go buy some Merch (I went to go see Drake) expensive, but stylish. After that, I went to my seat, again, the staff was really helpful and friendly in assisting me which I found to make the overall experience of the Arena more pleasant. The seats are really comfortable and positioned in a way that won't cause the person in front of you to block your view which is really nice. The only problem I had was how cold it was especially my seat as I was right over the air conditioning, so I would recommend bringing a jacket. This is place is more comfortable with drinks and security than the Kaseya Center which was both good and bad, in security they didn't check purses or passed them through a metal detector which I found to be extremely dangerous and concerning. But they do not mind drinks with lids (has to be bought inside of the Arena) unlike the Kaseya Center which doesn't. After an hour, 1 hype DJ and a Lil Durk later, Drake finally started playing, and after 5 hours later and 30 minutes left in the concert, I left after all the good songs were played. No traffic at all coming out. Overall, the experience at this arena was spectacular, and I would definitely recommend coming here to see your favorite artists.

Yelp
I came for Jhene Aikos concert 07/07/2024. The logistics were great & smooth upon entry. I liked the designated pickup & drop off points for ride share to make things easier entering & exiting the venue. Overall navigating inside and finding your seat was seamless and the staff were very helpful.

Yelp
Service is friendly from the moment you park to the moment you leave and every minute in between from ushers, to bartenders, to ticket takers. The food is subpar with the exception of our every game go to popcorn topped with peanut M&M's(purchased separately). We love the self service areas where you swipe your CC or phone, pick out your own items and walk out are. Bathroom lines were impossibly long for the playoffs, but I'll stand in line for ages if it gets us another Stanley Cup. What an experience! Traffic on the north west side clears very quickly onto the 869. LETS GO PANTHERS!!!! STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS!!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Attended a Florida Panthers game recently, being first time I visited the Areana. Took a ride share and was dropped off in the ride share section near back of lot. They have a trolley that can take you from there to areana or you can walk. We chose to walk- 7-10 min maybe. I didn't time it but wasn't bad for ages 6-48. The exterior was cool, things to see around the complex and fun for the kids. The entrance was a breeze. No issues and workers were efficient. The interior was decorated with lots of hockey items and music was going, making you feel pumped up! It was a breeze finding seats which were in the 100 level. Nice attendants. After event, headed back to ride share lot and that was something else. It's a great location for it but takes a long time, as is expected. Fun time, great venue!

Yelp
I've been to this arena many times before, but this was my first time under its new name. I attended Y100's Jingle Ball with Nicki Minaj as the headliner. In the past, parking was easy. However, this time it seemed much more complicated and there seemed to be a lot less attendants directing traffic. It was raining, so it was even harder than usual to tell where you needed to go and where you need to park. We eventually found a spot and it was very far from the arena doors. It would've been much easier if there were attendants directing traffic all the way to the closest parking spots like at other venues. Also, we paid for parking in advance and it seemed like it didn't have any influence on where we ended up. The staff inside were great. Everyone serving food to the security were kind, helpful, and attentive. I do wish there was more security moving throughout the floor seats because there was certain points throughout the show that a woman kept standing on her seat in front of me and blocking my view. It took about 15 minutes for a security staff to come over after I waived them down. 15 minutes doesn't seem long but at an event like Jingle Ball, where the performers are only on for that amount of time, it matters. Our seats were great! Floor B, Row F! The view was great and the sound throughout the night was great. The only act who seemed to have a muffled microphone was Nicki Minaj at the end. It sounded like her vocals were only coming out of one speaker at times. The pacing of the show was decent. However, there was an almost hour gap between Flo Rida and Nicki Minaj which was way later than what the event posted on their social media earlier in the day. I know delays happen but waiting until almost 1 AM for Nicki was a bit ridiculous. It was even more so after she left the stage after just a few songs. It would've been much more enjoyable if she'd came out on time and performed all of her setlist. The venue should try to make sure their acts go out on time. There are a lot of bathrooms at the venue and I never had to wait for a stall. This is actually something very important mention because bathroom breaks and wait times can be a huge time consumer at other venues. The drinks and food being served, while limited in terms of the options, was good nonetheless. I really enjoyed the cinnamon sugar pretzels. I never had those at a concert venue before so I snatched some up. My first one was nice and warm, my second one, towards the end of the night started to get a little stiff - I am guessing it was because the show was coming towards an end. The watermelon white claw was yummy but gave me a headache the next day. The pricing for food and drinks is very expensive, but this is common at concert venues like this. Finally, the Seat Geek requirement for tickets was a little challenging because I didn't know you could only buy the tickets on it. I searched for days on Ticketmaster for the event but it never came up. All in all, it is a great venue and a great time if you have good seats. Be prepared to spend a lot of money on food and drinks if you go. If you do go, you'll have fun!

Yelp
Came for a panthers game on Monday afternoon. Me and my son had a great time. And we were able to get alot of picture opportunities. We visited concessions once and the wait was not long at all. I particularly like this venue because it's so close to home. Though I wish parking was more affordable. $40 to park is a bit extreme.

Yelp
40$ for parking is robbery no wonder why people don't go or walk across from the mall shame on you

Yelp
We come to the panthers game all the time. The rink is a great place to bring the family or a date. There are also many concerts hosted here and it is a good venue for the same.

Yelp
Price Gouging and deceptive practices are the real games played here! We went to a low-demand event here where the ticket prices were $111.50 for two....expensive enough! Well they were not finished, they added just shy of 50% ($54.20) in so-called fees for a total of $165.70. Just when you think you are finished bending over, they stick on another $37.50 for parking, heck I can park in Manhattan for less. So the night cost $203.20, not including the overpriced, weak drinks....almost double the ticket price! And by the way, they try to hide the excessive cost on your receipt by showing the "price per ticket" and only at the bottom of the receipt is there any sort of total. This is as bad as the bars on the beach with their ridiculous pricing games. So this arena can go on happliy without my business going forward!

Yelp
Overly priced food, ridiculously long lines. Ordered the chicken tender basket that comes with 4 tenders. The tenders are the size of a thumb, small and short. Not worth the $20. Beer, at its cheapest, is $17+. Parking was $40+ in the farthest lot possible - insane. Not worth going unless you have to.

Yelp
I'm in a wheelchair full time and the staff was so very excellent. However, this food they call burnt brisket ends that is served on the club level was just awful. I guess it's a sausage version of what could be a good meal, but 1 star for the food only because the Cole slaw and beans were freaking delicious. Get real brisket, you're charging like it's the real thing anyway.

Yelp
Panthers won........food was ok, cheeseburger somewhat dry and lacked flavor. Fries and hot dog were great.

Yelp
The Amerant Bank Arena is gorgeous! Parking is a breeze. We went to watch the Florida Panthers Game 5 and Game 7. We had access to the Vault during Game 5 which was nice. The food is plenty and very tasty. Game 7 we ate in the food court area outside our section 103. The food is typical fried chicken fingers and fries nothing special, but satisfying. Seats are comfy. There are plenty of nice clean bathrooms. Beer stations are plentiful. Funky Buddha has a counter but only 3-4 types of beer which are okay. I happen to enjoy their specialty flavored beer. We got to watch the Panthers win the Stanley Cup so that was pretty awesome.

Yelp
Awful, 0 leg room. To walk out of a aile you have to walk sideways and it's super scary about falling. Not disabled friendly. I couldn't enjoy the show because of how much pain i was in, and I'm not over exaggerating. I am sad. But atleast i got merch. Currently i am still in immense pain. I'm very much traumatized by my experience would never go here again and might never be able to go to a concert ever again because i feel traumatized and worried this would happen again, but i might change my mind on that front. If you're disabled physically (need a cane. Idk how they treat wheelchair users) dont go. Trust me. And physically abled people i dont recommend it either. If you want low sound quality, no leg room, and a bunch of stairs come here!

Yelp
Came to Amerant Bank Arena for a career fair on Thursday, 4/25 and as I was leaving Ms. Daisy in her golf cart with the biggest smile was there to help me back to my car. She made the whole experience very enjoyable and I just had to make it known how awesome she is!

Yelp
Went to the Drake, Lil Wayne, and Lil Durk concert and all I can say is a time was had! Strong drinks, solid service and they lets us vibe all night no interference..worth the price of admission

Yelp
I absolutely can't stand going to the arena because of the horrendous parking exiting process. Just plan on being there at least an hour after any event. Thought it would be easier on a tour bus for a recent event and it was even worse. Only one lane in and out and you have to wait for every bus to board and leave. Ridiculous. No one is directing traffic and security parks right on the circle for the busses to turn so it's very tight. Just horrible.

Yelp
I'm not one to post reviews. But $50 to park Food prices are insane. Eat before you go to the arena.

Yelp
AS a parent of a handicapped adult, it's not COOL to have numbers that are no longer in service. Tried for ADA seats to the Panthers vs Knights Hockey game through Ticketmaster and I called Ticketmaster whose rep (John) told me to call the Arena Box Office directly for ADA seating SINCE ADA SEATING WAS NOT LISTED ON THE FILTERS page (only show ticket with fees was). Gee could that be a violation of ADA law that regular seats up the wahzoo were but not a single ADA seat was listed for sale? The telephone number that Ticketmaster gave me to call was 954-835-8000 that when called the auto voice said this number is no longer a working telephone number. Now add the google search number of 800-745-3000 and that too is no longer a working number. Guess ADA people with companions get the major RUN AROUND!

Yelp
Someone was in my seat at the beginning of the show around 7:15. I asked security to help, and they told us to just sit next to these people who are in the wrong seats instead of moving them. Then we got moved again because the seats they gave us were also someone else's. Again, instead of helping security just moved us to the row in front of them. Now we are halfway through the show and those people showed up. Again security is called, they tell us we need to just figure it out and then the people who showed up spilled their drink on me, regardless of whether on purpose or not I got up at this point to find a supervisor, her name was Joy. I go find a supervisor and explain the whole thing and all she recommends is calling security again who up to this point haven't done anything but move us around instead of getting the people out of our seats. She offered no other solution and said there is nothing else she can do, and I shouldn't let people ruin my night. As I tried to explain to her the situation has now escalated so much that I would not feel comfortable sitting around those people and she did tell me the show wasn't sold out so they could of easily moved us somewhere else, they directed another couple to customer service but not my friend and I, but instead she spoke to me like a child saying I shouldn't let them ruin my night, when her and her staff were actually ruining my night and missing the point that I was missing the concert to try and get help to get my seats which was the staffs fault in the first place and this wouldn't be happening if they would of done their job from the get go. I ended up leaving because I felt like I was going in circles and getting no help. So, I missed the main show which was the whole reason I bought the tickets. I shouldn't have to cause a scene or be put back near people who were being hostile to me for just wanting to sit in my seats that I paid for. I would've been uncomfortable the entire show, because I was told to just deal with it and figure it out on my own. Now they directed me to SeatGeek and SeatGeek is directing me back to them, so I am now just out over $400 between two events at this location. It is a joke really, I am rarely one to complain but apparently to get any response or action from people now you need to be mean and act out.

Yelp
This may be one of the hidden gems for concert and show lovers. I was there recently for a concert for B.B. King. This venue rocks! It's a 3,000-seat theater where there legitimately isn't a bad seat, even in the upper wings. There is a deep enough rake that everyone is afforded a great view of the stage. In fact, if you usually like floor seating, and you don't get more than four or five rows back, I would highly recommend looking in sections 101,102, etc. The view is great (really). Across the street from Sawgrass Mills mall, there are a lot of restaurants open before show time, but only a few (Bahama Breeze) open to midnight on weekends. The other stuff with the theater is a bit more of a problem. The only food and souvenirs are up on the hockey rink's floor. They shut down the majority of it, including the cool stir fry counter that they have open for bigger concerts and hockey games. Parking is $20.00, generally outrageous. The other thing that BankAtlantic people could do BETTER is at least turn on the signage around the lots that shows that the acts at Sinatra are playing there. Hell, they could even put up some signs for the Sinatra Theater. I can't tell you how many people who were at the concert who had to ask the parking people if the venue was in the building, and also who had to make sure that B.B. King was actually playing there that night.
