Very nice hotel, excellent location. Hit water is a big issue. We stayed 4 nights and by the time we showered, everytime water wasn’t hit enough. Also, the staff at the breakfast room do not stock the products and when asked to restock they give you a bad attitude. This attitude was very consistent, extremely unfriendly. Too bad, because the rest of the personal in the hotel are very helpful and friendly. Management needs to address the attitude of their staff at the restaurant.

We stayed for 10 nights and had an enjoyable stay. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of food to start each day and the cafe downstairs had a good selection for both room service and to eat in the cafe. Rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Free wifi worked well. We hired a car and the carparking was nearby and the price was very reasonable The only issues that we had was that the mini bar was not restocked fully each day so some items were missing when we returned in the evening and the carparking wasn't accessible 24 hours meaning that we needed to park outside the hotel and get the key before driving to the carpark - sometimes there weren't any spaces available to park which made things difficult.

Stayed one night and we must have got an upgrade as our room included a separate lounge area with sofa and tv, table and chairs. Also a tv in the bedroom. Very clean throughout. Option to order a specific pillow! AC very good as wasn’t noisy. Some road noise as at front of hotel. Breakfast was ok. Not the best but adequate. Cornflakes, bread, pastries, biscuits, juice. Coffee not great. No hot option of eggs. Staff very friendly on reception.

Stayed here for 7 nights. Not a bad hotel. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Rooms ok. No carpeting, just hardwood and tile. The cleanliness is not very good though. They could do a much better job.

I'm in Tucuman for a wedding and the whole bunch of my friends are all staying here. It's a small hotel and the rooms aren't big but they're comfortable enough. ||||The hotel is a simple and basic one but they do have good comfortable sheets and beddings and that's very important for me. The bathroom is clean and functional and it's all good overall but don't expect luxury as it is more of a small basic hotel. ||||The location is quite convenient too as it's just a 10-minute walk to the main shopping street in Tucuman and there're plenty of eateries around.

Excellent hotel,. Excellent rooms in a great location with best connection to the city center without too many sounds of the city. Breakfast room with great view to the city and surrounding mountains. Solely the breakfast might be enhanced towards European standards for foreigners.

Only a 1-night stay, but the hotel was clean, right beside a cafe for meals, and had a small, cold minibar. There were no tea or coffee-making facilities or face-cloths provided. The WIFI was free. We struggled to make ourselves understood as not all the staff on duty spoke English.

Where, where should I start? I stayed 3 nights in a suite in this “business focused hotel”. |The LOBBY: 1/5. You don’t have a lobby. It’s just two “one-person sofa”, or two big cushy chairs.|The BAR/RESTAURANT: There is a bar that communicates with the hotel. Coco’s. It is closed during “siesta”, which is a peculiar thing to do if you are a “business focused hotel” (as one employee told me). It opens at 5 pm. I sat there at 5:05. No one. Came back at 5:20. They took my one black coffee order at 5:35 (yes, there was no one there. The only employee arrived with me at 5:20 and ignored me for 15 minutes. He even set the outside tables before heading to my table). I was served by 5:37. At least the service was fast. Loved the punctuality.|The SUITE: 2/5 I booked a suite. In Tucuman, in spring, you can enjoy temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius (as I was able to enjoy). There were only two towels. I asked for more towels to the reception and they brought them quickly. The thing is, when you are staying in a place as hot as Tucumán, you should at least leave more towels in the room. In the hotel’s pictures of the suite you can see a suit-hanger, we didn’t have one. The bathroom was ok. The suite was one of those rooms where you have to slide and leave your key in a tiny plastic “key holder” (I don’t know how to call this thingies) as soon as you enter the room. But when you are leaving, the power will go off instantly. C’mon, guys. Really? Ask an electrician to install a delay or something, so I can still have the lights on for 30 seconds while leaving the room. It’s okay, I get it, I cannot leave my electronics charging in the room while I’m gone. Very 4-“starish”. The bedroom was fine, the living room was ok. It’s just like in the hotel pictures. My security box was unable for use when I arrived. The hotel should check that kind of things. I called the front desk and they quickly came to the room and fixed this. Probably the worst suite I have ever booked on a 4 star hotel.|The BREAKFAST: 0/5 Why? Why? Oh my god. It was dreadful. The silverware and cups were either filthy or wet, when any was available. There were crackers being served in jars. A couple of old and hard croissants, cheese, a horrible ham, and some pastries which belonged to a fraternity kitchen, not a 4 star hotel. Some fruit salad, that looked old the three days I had breakfast there. And that was it. Coffee, of course, and whole milk (if you wantedskimmed milk you are in the wrong hotel). The breakfast saloon was small and uncomfortable. No eggs, no sausages, no bacon.|The LOCATION: 5/5. Best location you can ask for in Tucumán if you are there for business. Easy and fast access (unlike other hotels which are in the pedestrian and semi-pedestrian areas of downtown). Next to some great restaurants, drugstores, pharmacies and fast food.|The ELEVATORS: 4/5. Two elevators for 49 rooms, that’s a good ratio. But, you should install up and down buttons. It’s a “business focused hotel”. If I’m staying in the second floor and I want to leave the hotel, why do I have to go to the seventh floor after calling the lift (this happened to a gentleman actually while I was at the hotel). Call the same electrician that you used to fix the power in the rooms, maybe you can get a discount.|The LAUNDRY: 5/5. Fast and efficient. And cheap. They should charge more, actually.|The FRONT DESK: 2/5 Here’s the thing. If the attention in the front desk depends solely on the good will and professionalism of the people there, if you don’t have a job manual, minimum standards everyone should follow and acknowledge, you arein trouble. The first night I asked for a car so I could go back to the airport, pick someone up and then return to the hotel. They called a remisse, a private car with chauffeur, which was excellent. I asked for some pillows out of the pillow menu at night and they kindly sent pillows to my room. I asked for recommendations for cabs, neighborhoods, etc. it was excellent. There was one particular gentleman, in the night shift, which was not at the level required for the task. I told him I wanted a late check out (paying for it, of course), he told me to ask for it the next day, because. Yep, just because. I want to know if I will have to make my bag in the morning or if I can sleep a little more. That’s the whole idea about the late check out. He explained that Amerian is a “business focused hotel” so maybe there was no availability for the late check out. I also asked him, the night before that, for some information about medical care in the city and he suggested to me I should google it. And, cherry on top, when living the hotel I asked for a car to go to the airport. They called a cab, which didn’t have seatbelts. Yes, that is correct. No seatbelts. Hooray for the cab company that Amerian works with. And it costed me the same the private car charge me the first night.||TLDR:|Never again. Bad breakfast, mediocre room, a lot of details unattended. A “business focused hotel” that doesn’t understand the first thing of business.
