unpleasant service. A book was booked for a family with one child aged 5. when we arrived in the room there was only a space to sleep for a couple, not for our child. After requesting a change, a hotel personnel brought additional bed in a horrific state, dirt black matress. He also left a set of bedsheets on this dirty matress and left room. On a positive note, good breakfast. Our one night stay in a hotel was stressful and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was disgustingly dirty. The blanket on the bed had clearly not been washed before my stay; there appeared to be bodily fluids on it. I called for a new blanket and it also did not look like it had been washed in a while, but at least it didn't have any obvious stains. The shower was moldy. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. ||||The decor is faded and cheap (think Ikea stuff that's been around since the 90s). The bed was uncomfortable. The lamp was broken. But the worst part really is the uncleanliness.

The hotel was booked by the airline due to a flight cancellation. The facilities are simple but well kept. The building is located one block from a major mall. We do not know about the breakfast because we need to leave very early from the hotel towards the airport. During the night there was a very loud sound of music coming from a nearby building.

Internet is terrible it's like on and off! Sometimes you can't connect to the plan but you type the right password and username and it still says invalid username or password. But other than that everything is good and very clean place.

This hotel serves only to those who are working in Salvador, it is too basic. The cleanliness is not very good. The mattress and the pillows were not good.

America Towers is a (very) basic business hotel in the business district of Salvador. Rooms are adequate, but the Novotel at the airport is clearly better. In our room (1408) the airco was noisy and the shower not warm enough. An internet room with two PCs (but no printer), adequate breakfast, but no bar or lounge. No good restaurants or bars in the vicinity. However, we stayed here on the day the Dutch team beat the Spanish with 5-1 and we were there to witness it! I would go back instantly to relive that experience again....

Excellent location, great prices but there are some things that could be improved, the sheets had some roles, the breakfast is poor and the internet connection isn't really good.

Breakfast could be better and once you take a shower becareful, i was hit by a shockwave one time, use sandals
