Incredible food and amazing atmosphere, plus, a beautiful view of the church across the street if you choose to dine upstairs. Above all, Carlos was absolutely outstanding! If you’re visiting Old Panama - or live here - I would certainly recommend this place and would hope that you’re lucky enough to be served by Carlos :)

Honestly. Carlos was hands down the best server I’ve ever had in my life. The food was amazing and his service was incredible. If I weren’t just visiting this would definitely our regular, go-to spot. Thank you Carlos for a great experience and I hope your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

I stopped in American Bazaar a couple of times for a drink and dessert during my visit in Panama, and my interaction with Carlos both times were the BEST! He took care of me from start to finish. I also got a mini Spanish lesson in the process. I don’t know how the food tastes because I only had a pecan pie, coffee, and wine, but the customer service was top notch. Thank you Carlos for being part of making my visit to Panama one of my best experiences.

Good food and cocktails Menu is good for lunch or dinner: you can choose burgers, sandwiches, bbq and steaks, grilled fish or one of the Mexican dishes. Portions are good-size, everything is tasty and nutritious. There is rather big drinks menu: different cocktails (really good signature ones), beers and liquors. Very aesthetic interior - it’s a pleasure to sit inside the restaurant. A nice music plays during the day.

The food was amazing. Having an american burger when so far away from home was awesome. Drinks were aldo really good. If you do stop by be sure to have Carlos take care of you. He did a great job with us!

What a fantastic experience at American Bazaar! The burgers were genuinely among the best we’ve had anywhere, and Carlos—our waiter—was phenomenal, attentive to the point of feeling like a mind reader. A wonderful spot all around and a truly great experience. Highly recommended!
