A great looking bar. Well presented staff. Comprehensive menu. We just did quick happy hour drink and Fish Tacos. Happy hour starts at 5 ends I think at 7. They could make clearer exactly what drinks are on Happy hour. Not sure why they don’t.

Incredible food and amazing atmosphere, plus, a beautiful view of the church across the street if you choose to dine upstairs. Above all, Carlos was absolutely outstanding! If you’re visiting Old Panama - or live here - I would certainly recommend this place and would hope that you’re lucky enough to be served by Carlos :)

While in Panama City for 8 days, we ate here 5 times. Carlos, the best waiter ever, even told us about the museum and garden connected to the restaurant. Absolutely AMAZING!! The building is so beautiful and rich in history. So thankful to have such an opportunity see and learn. We will return!

We had Carlos as our waiter and Camillo as the maître d. I had the American Burger my wife had the brisket tacos. Both were excellent although I had to get rid of the bun on my burger(it was huge) been in Panama for 3 weeks so far this was the best lunch. We were Walking in Casco Viejo and stumbled on here. Great luck! All around excellent from the service to the food! And great rock n roll music Thanks guys! 10/10.

Thank you for the most wonderful birthday lunch experience! Food was absolutely great, service amazing, thank you especially to Angel and Carlos. Even got a complimentary birthday mini cake from them. Could not have asked for better. 5 stars and above. Recommended!!!

Honestly. Carlos was hands down the best server I’ve ever had in my life. The food was amazing and his service was incredible. If I weren’t just visiting this would definitely our regular, go-to spot. Thank you Carlos for a great experience and I hope your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

I stopped in American Bazaar a couple of times for a drink and dessert during my visit in Panama, and my interaction with Carlos both times were the BEST! He took care of me from start to finish. I also got a mini Spanish lesson in the process. I don’t know how the food tastes because I only had a pecan pie, coffee, and wine, but the customer service was top notch. Thank you Carlos for being part of making my visit to Panama one of my best experiences.

Luis Medina, the best server by far! Professional, attentive, and super knowledgeable on menu and wine. He made this dinner experience unforgettable!
