I was a little hesitant to call and inquire about this program because I thought it was going to be spam and unhelpful. However, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mellisa, who was very sweet, kind, and non-judgmental. She was very informative, and I really appreciate the time she took with me. She spent an hour going over every question, concern, and anything I had about the program, which I now feel helpful for the future because of her.

Tina was great. Her understanding and compassion for my situation and her ability to help resolve my issues was really wonderful. She was clear and concise and she made sure I fully understood the process and how things would go from here. It put my mind at ease. I highly recommend
