I just had an incredible experience Folks over at American consumer credit Counseling. Brandon was the first person I spoke to and he was friendly and helpful and very thorough and explaining everything that he was doing and what the next steps were. Then he got me over to Tavia who was hands-down one of the best customer service rep experiences I’ve ever had. She helped me go through my budget and come up with some game plans for saving and she also helped me get set up with my debt management plan. She was friendly and kind and very efficient.. She explained everything in detail and assured that I understood what the next steps were and what to expect. The sense of relief I have from knowing that they have my back and then I am going to be able to get out of this all consuming Is amazing. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted.

Star A. (An ACCC counselor) is truly an asset. When I called initially , anxious, frantic & distraught to discuss my financial unmanageability; she listened attentively. When Starr spoke about the many tools, resources, and solutions available she spoke in a way that helped me understand my options and educate me on how to participate in this process. Starr helped me to clearly identify ways to have a better relationship with my beliefs about finances and work toward a lasting solution on the current situation. A true gem! Hopefully upper management will find a way to publicly recognize her among her peers for her stellar customer service and skills.
