"In Miami, the Centurion Lounge offers a breakfast spread curated by James Beard–winning chef Michelle Bernstein, including orange ricotta pancakes with citrus cream, and a lunch of grilled chimichurri chicken. The lounge also features a drinks menu by mixologist Jim Meehan and a wine list curated by sommelier Anthony Giglio."

It's good to have a place in the airport to rest before your flight. Too bad it's also crowded. There was a small queue at the entrance, but the friendly staff let everyone through quickly. The food selection was small, probably because it was morning. But there were lots of berries, which is nice! Both coffee machines near the bar were not working. When I asked the bartender about it, he said they would be fixed soon. When I next approached asking if I could still find coffee somewhere, he again said it would be fixed soon. But when you're at the airport, there's no time to wait. You need a quick rest, a quick coffee, and a quick run onward. But then by accident I found coffee machines in another location, I don't know why the bartender didn't know about it. Good view of the runway, there is a kids playroom, conference room, bar, etc.

I am really not sure how anyone gave this lounge a glowing review. The food choices are terrible; the coffee tastes terrible. The furniture is old, outdated and uncomfortable. There was no where to sit comfortably. Way too crowded. The lounge is also located in a terrible spot; not convenient to get to. This lounge is not luxurious; the sad food choices were not even labeled properly. The only nice thing they did was offer some ice cream but they couldn’t even get that right as it was already melted when they came around with the bowls. We came from concourse H to concourse D to use the lounge and boy did we regret that. Not worth the 40 minutes it took to get to the lounge. I certainly expected more.

Great lounge! the agents were helpful in navigating my flight delay. There was plenty of sitting with charging hookups near each spot. everything felt fresh and clean, from the food areas to the bathrooms. Overall, a fantastic lounge experience.

Thanks God this place is available after an international flight. Nubia was great. She offered me a glass of wine and brought me coffee so I didn’t have to move from my little table. Even if it was crowded when I came in the staff is very efficient and I was able to secure a small table. Food was good, healthy alternative, salad, couscous etc.

I visited the American Express Lounge in today, and it was a disappointment. There was a long queue of 30 people just to enter, and to my surprise, they charged an entrance fee for my children. Once inside, we faced another 40-minute wait for food. The food itself was mediocre, and there were no free tables—we had to search for a long time to find a spot. Considering the entrance fee and the overall experience, it was not worth the time, money, or frustration.

Wow these lounges are bad. I had not been in one for a while, i had seen the queues, so had switched to Admirals Club. Admirals is not greatest, but compared to the Amex Lounge it feels like the Four Seasons. The fruit was nice, the French toast, was clearly cooked in stale oil. Why people queue to get in here beggars belief. Place was quite busy, although resembled more like a kennel literally and figuratively. Amex has clearly gone down market.

Lounge was somewhat decent. Friendly bar staff, front desk didn't seem to be very friendly, but they were very busy. It can get busy, I did enter the lounge around 7:30am and there wasn't a wait. I did notice that there were solid in and out flows at times. Only one shower suite was operational, and being 3rd in the que it took almost an hour and a half of waiting until my turn was called. Staff did turn the lights off at 15 minutes momentarily as a reminder to be aware of other people waiting, which I did appreciate. However entitled guests regularly take more than they should and that is the reason why the wait times were ridiculous. Not the lounges fault. There was no deadbolt on the inside of the suite, which I found to be somewhat uncomfortable. I did notice things were kind of dirty in the shower suite. See photos
