American Express Adds Time Limit to Its Snazzy Centurion Lounges

"In Miami, the Centurion Lounge offers a breakfast spread curated by James Beard–winning chef Michelle Bernstein, including orange ricotta pancakes with citrus cream, and a lunch of grilled chimichurri chicken. The lounge also features a drinks menu by mixologist Jim Meehan and a wine list curated by sommelier Anthony Giglio."

We visited the American Express Centurion Lounge at MIA during breakfast hours and had a nice experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights was the designated area for children—such a great touch for families traveling with little ones. The breakfast was good, though the selection was a bit limited. The beverage options were excellent: great coffee choices, a variety of teas, lemonade, iced tea, water, sodas, juices, and of course, a full bar. Overall, a relaxing and convenient stop before our flight. Definitely a nice perk of being an Amex cardholder!

We have been to this lounge many times and one person is always standing out: Miguel! He is kind and has a smile on his face whilst asking you how everything was and clearing your tables. The food is average. The bbq sauce chicken is too sweet for what should be a protein meal, not desert. We like the drinks they make at the bar and the service is very quick. Because the space is small it can get overcrowded at times and you end up waiting for 1h+

Good buffets style places. So many servers and hostess. Food were being consumed and replaced rapidly.

Travelling through MIA and visited this lounge. The lounge had waiting time and it was completely packed. First time ever, my backpack was completely ignored and somebody took my seat. It was mainly because of overcrowded place and that poor man didnt see it properly. The food choices were terrible but bartender was very friendly. The lounge is dated and needs some serious upgrade. I didnt expect this from Centurion Lounge.

It's good to have a place in the airport to rest before your flight. Too bad it's also crowded. There was a small queue at the entrance, but the friendly staff let everyone through quickly. The food selection was small, probably because it was morning. But there were lots of berries, which is nice! Both coffee machines near the bar were not working. When I asked the bartender about it, he said they would be fixed soon. When I next approached asking if I could still find coffee somewhere, he again said it would be fixed soon. But when you're at the airport, there's no time to wait. You need a quick rest, a quick coffee, and a quick run onward. But then by accident I found coffee machines in another location, I don't know why the bartender didn't know about it. Good view of the runway, there is a kids playroom, conference room, bar, etc.

Google
First time visiting the Miami Centurion lounge and it was such a disappointment. It was extremely hard to believe where I was. The service was poor; from the front desk staff to the bartenders. Very limited food choices, such a let down especially for breakfast. Very very uncomfortable seating, probably the worst seating i’ve experienced in a lounge; the airport seats near the gates were probably a better option. The atmosphere truly reminded me of a funeral. I wanted to walk out as soon as I walked in. Truly hope for change soon!

Google
Just okay. The food was good and loved the bartender at the wine bar. The lounge itself was smaller and crowded, the staff had a hard time keeping up with the dirty dishes and other things that people were leaving behind. Overall a 4.

Google
I am really not sure how anyone gave this lounge a glowing review. The food choices are terrible; the coffee tastes terrible. The furniture is old, outdated and uncomfortable. There was no where to sit comfortably. Way too crowded. The lounge is also located in a terrible spot; not convenient to get to. This lounge is not luxurious; the sad food choices were not even labeled properly. The only nice thing they did was offer some ice cream but they couldn’t even get that right as it was already melted when they came around with the bowls. We came from concourse H to concourse D to use the lounge and boy did we regret that. Not worth the 40 minutes it took to get to the lounge. I certainly expected more.

Yelp
Recently visited the Miami Centurion Lounge during a layover and as many others have commented this lounge gets very busy, probably the busiest centurion lounge I've been to and there is always a shortage of seats. Food is good and there's a nice variety of hot and cold salads between the two buffet bars. It of course can be busy and while there was no line when I went in around 3pm, by 5pm there was a waiting list. I do wish they set up designated areas to leave used plates and glasses as the tables can get pretty dirty and there aren't enough servers to take away used items.

Yelp
Located deep in Terminal D, they take the rule of no entry more than 3 hours before boarding very seriously. I had to wait, which was fine since there is a hidden spot to the left of the entrance with plenty of seating and even some light refreshments. This hidden spot is before the check-in and does not require you to check in to access it. There are even showers. The food is delicious, the views are great and there is plenty of seating. The service was good about regularly going around to clean up dirty dishes.

Yelp
This lounge was unfortunately not the best experience! I simply don't enjoy the layout of Miami, because our flight was in Concourse H, so we went through security to get to this lounge and then had to go through security again once we went to Concourse H. For starters, the lounge was horribly busy. They should've stopped letting people in! We walked and stood around for at least 10 minutes waiting for any seat to open up, and at least 20 other people were doing the same thing. We also signed up for a shower, and then saw that the showers were out of order? But no one told us that when we entered. The food was also very mid - I actually wish that we got food from somewhere else that would taste better. I just think this lounge is probably over-hyped; I wouldn't recommend!

Yelp
I have had the pleasure of coming to this location several times and each time it has been wonderful! The wait staff is beyond friendly and no matter where you are or your need they will do their best to serve you with a smile. As for the food and drinks, I think it's one of the best spots for sure! For included drinks they are strong and deliciously made. The food is always fresh and constantly changed so it doesn't go bad. They also have a good selection of coffee and teas as well, including a nitro cold brew machine that was a nice touch. For the feel of the atmosphere, overall a very nice higher class lounge. It has a luxe feel while still feeling accessible. Make sure to sign in with the app before you go though because it can get very packed!

Yelp
This lounge is worthwhile if your gate is in terminal D. It's located near D12. Otherwise you will have to check back into your designated gate since the gates at MIA are not connected. It's not a glitzy space and the layout design isn't my favorite but for a pitstop it gets the job done. There's actually two areas for food and they served different items when I visited. I came in the afternoon and there was no wait to enter. There are few family/group seating areas and I feel like the lounge is more set up for the single traveler. I only had about 20 minutes to spare in this lounge so I ended up sitting at a small table that was not yet cleaned. A server soon came by to clean my table so it ended up not being a big deal. I thought the food was much better than at the other centurion lounges I've been to. The empty dishes were quickly refilled. They have the automatic coffee machines and I liked the unsweetened lemonade. Glad I made a pit stop here!

Yelp
As a united and SouthWest airlines flyer, access to The Centurion Lounge is a bit of a haul... but worth the walk and extra security check. Suggest Checkpoint 1 with TSA access for the easiest access. I visited during the lunch hour and the food was fantastic. A nice summer salad and a nice cold soup with a nitro brew . Let me just say that the Carrot Ginger Soup with Chicken and sesame was worth the price of admission.

Yelp
Place was super clean. There were two buffets which was a plus because the place was very busy. We found plenty of fresh choices and the wine bar had a large selection. It was a nice place to relax while we were waiting on our connection.

Yelp
Well, we had a very long day of travel and decided to come in for a while before our flight. The place is busy and it is challenging to find a seat. The only chairs available are a step up from a fast food restaurant. They are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The staff is so rude. I tried to get someone's attention to explain that the coffee makers are not working and the guy snapped at me "what" when I got his attention. So, finally someone else came to repair the coffee machines and the "coffee" was so bad that my father couldn't drink it. The poor bartender was the only person working and the other staff let her do it all. She told me "they are young" but it's no excuse. I would have preferred going to the Chili's downstairs and skipped the elevator ride. The days of good and friendly hospitality are long gone. Sadly. *Also, beware of wearing heels in the bathroom. There is no grout between the tile. Any attorneys in the building?
google avatar

Blake I.

Yelp
Arrived at 6 am and couldn't find a seat. This is place is simply too small for the number of people using the lounge. This place is always so full. I have flown out of MIA a few times over the year and regardless of the day or time, there is a line to get in, a wait for the food and the one bartender that's working. The food is good and flavorful, when you can get to it. This isn't a premium experience whatsoever.

Yelp
Just FYI: super unpleasantly surprised that the spa is permanently closed. I had arrived extra early to be able to get some polish on my nails because I ran out of time before my trip... no dice. Would very much have appreciated some kind of a notice written somewhere on their website or something. It ended up being an ok thing that I got there early as there was a waitlist to get in - had to wait for 20 ish mins. Aside from that - the breakfast is 10x better than lunch/dinner. If you can, try and come in the mornings if good food is a concern.
google avatar

Maylee W.

Yelp
Longest line to get into the club. Food - Cuban food today - chimichurri chicken, roasted butternut squash, vegetarian chili, rice, tomato soup. The chocolate chip cookies were really good. Bartenders were good. They also had a gelato cart - coconut mango sorbet or pins colada gelato - yum
google avatar

Samantha M.

Yelp
We were there super early (6:30am) the lounge wasn't too busy and getting a seat was easy. Pros - clean bathrooms (this fact alone is worth a visit) airport bathrooms can be so disgusting. - the place is clean - staff is for the most part hospitable Cons - food is not good. Breakfast was dismal at best. A load of white bread (no way of toasting). Powder eggs, undercooked French toast and potatoes. Will I be back.... Yes because it beats the alternative of sitting at the gate but I really wish they would fix the food options.
google avatar

Leodalys L.

Yelp
Pretty long to wait in, different areas to sit but more busier than the other lounge. Service was awesome, people smiling and helpful working and the food was good, I get I love the cornbread I have this opportunity. Full bar and a big open area to relax. The nice part of this Lounge they don't charge extra for kids or spouses. The line at the entrance goes fast

Yelp
Horrible experience twice now here. Turned away when landed because "only for departure". I'm hungry from flight, paid for my card to get turned away. Then departure they have at least 20 minute wait to enter. Again why are we paying fees if we can't even use their signature lounge?!? Update: got text message 38 minutes later saying there was room.
google avatar

Richa T.

Yelp
Okay so this lounge was super jam packed and also inconvenient to get to because of the gates. But the service here really deserves a 5 stars! Pros: + At least you have trains to connect between the two terminals in D and E + Super clean + In house ice cream! + Great, festive cocktails + Long food lines - but moves quickly + The food has incredible flavor IG: QueenOfAdventureNYC

Yelp
If you ever lost an item in this lounge, there is no contact info listed anywhere! Even American Express doesn't have a way to contact them and their phone lines are internal. I had a horrible experience getting back an item I left there. You must email them at Thecenturionmia@aexp.com
google avatar

Liz G.

Yelp
Obviously overcrowded, but the food is always good and it beats waiting with the general population. Nice views and friendly service.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of visiting the lounge back in August. We were in the middle of a hurricane, more or less... Meaning, my flight was delayed twice that night. and lets just say there's no better place than to be stuck at a high-end lounge with an amazing staff waiting on you. I was taken care of by MariaJose and Evelyn. They did a great job at taking care of my friend and I. My glass was never empty and they were very attentive in making sure I didn't have any dirty dishes in front of me. The food was spectacular.. I served myself twice. I hadn't had polenta in forever, so it definitely satisfied a craving I forgot I even had. The lounge itself was nice. You have the ability to make an appt for a manicure, massage and even a shower, incase you've been flying all day. The coffee stations are great for those who need a boost of energy and the computer area is practical for those who have to work while flying. 10/10 will definitely be showing up to the airport ahead of my flight to enjoy these amazing complimentary amenities as part of my AMEX benefits.

Yelp
Surprisingly was able to enter the Miami centurion lounge without a long wait in my last trip. This is an overly busy location so don't be surprised if you get turned away or don't even get up the elevators. Once in, the staff works well to keep things clean refreshed and on par. The breakfast selection was good with both hot and cold options.

Yelp
I recently visited the Centurion Lounge at Miami International Airport and it was really nice! The people there were super welcoming. I got there early on a Sunday morning around 7:30 am and walked right in without any wait. But by the time I was leaving, there was a big line right outside the elevator. The food selection was good and variety of fruits, pastries and hot breakfast. The staff were awesome - really friendly and they made sure I had everything I needed. The place was super clean too; you could tell they were working hard to keep it that way. I totally think you should check it out if you're at the airport.

Yelp
Great time always. A little packed due to cancellation and flight delays but I had a nice seat at the bar and grabbed some lunch and had a few drinks while I waited for my flight. Best way to spend at the airport. Lounge is very clean, food choices are great and they even have a small spa. I purposely allow time to get to airport just to hit this place up.
google avatar

Ebony M.

Yelp
AMX Platinum here! This lounge is quite amazing! Easy check-in process. Can only visit here 3hours prior to your departure. Lots of hot foot choices - the bar had great drinks - plus snack size items to munch on. This lounge is very big - it had 2 sides to it. Clean restrooms always adds a personal touch ! My service brought my drinks to the table pretty quickly !
google avatar

Donna D.

Yelp
Love this lounge! Food was fantastic! The complimentary chair massages- can't beat that! The servers walking around dripping off food-excellent. My only qualm is the fact that seating is very scarce and it gets really crowded. Some folks are just standing around waiting for people to leave. They need to do something with that arrangement.
google avatar

Francine L.

Yelp
The Centurion Lounge in Miami was my first time here and it was a pretty clean lounge. There were a lot of drinks and food options to pick from. Plenty of seats, chairs plus tables. It felt nice to enjoy a little peace and quiet before our flight. The service here is really on top of its game because if there was a mess in the buffet section area, it would be cleaned up right away. Also, they have televisions that show your boarding schedule for multiple flights so you shouldn't miss your flight!
google avatar

Robert H.

Yelp
It goes without saying that Centurion Lounges are . The crowd size depends on the time of day. When I got there it was super crowded, when I left there were several open tables. This one has a spa so make sure you book yourself a 15 min massage and don't forget to tip. Whether it is breakfast or lunch the food at the buffet is outstanding and the fact that there are two is even better. The bar is too notch. Your drinks come up quickly and the bartenders are very friendly. Timing plays a big part. I was at the bar for a bit, because that's all that was open. Eventually I made my way to a table next to the glass so I could take in the view.
google avatar

Shawn N.

Yelp
Dirty, warm, elevators broken, one employee working the front desk whime others waited in a 100 degree vestibule to get checked in. Over crowded, kids running smock everywhere, no seats, food selection was eggs and potatos. No chance I make the effort to get to this one again. Sad.

Evan D.

Yelp
Best airport lounge. Bartenders are great. Remember to tip them for the great service. And believe it or not a really good Old Fashioned.

Yelp
We had a layover in Miami and had about an hour to kill. We got to the lounge a little after 9 on a Friday. It was super crowded but most Centurion lounges seem to be nowadays. I guess that's why they're getting rid of that card benefit - too many people have the Platinum card nowadays and the lounge isn't really exclusive anymore. Miraculously, we got in within 5 minutes. Finding a table was a different story but we were able to find two seats in the outer room, which I didn't mind because it was away from the dining area, so it was much quieter. Despite the crowds, staff was still able to keep the buffet tables stocked and clean. We had some potatoes, pancakes, scrambled eggs (typical continental breakfast powdered eggs) and some fresh fruit, which there was a good variety of. I probably won't be back since 1. I don't know when I'll be in Miami next 2. They're getting rid of the benefit in March 2023. But it sure beats waiting at the gate!

Yelp
During a layover in Miami, hubby & I decided to grab a bite at the Centurion Lounge before our next flight. After the elevator ride to the floor of the lounge, it was surprising to see such a long line to the Check-in desk. Yet, that was nothing compared to the overcrowding in the lounge. All the tables were occupied and people were circling and standing around waiting until someone stood up preparing to leave. Can we say, AWKWARD... Perhaps that more people are traveling again after a few years of remaining stationary, the flood gates have opened at airports. However, I would think the lounges would have a better monitoring system to not overbook or overcrowd an area that is supposed to be relaxing. I guess the proof will be in February 2023, when the new guidelines go into effect with the $50 per guest of the card holder who do not have spending on the credit card greater than $75K. Seems to be a steep repercussion but perhaps it may bring a smaller number of individuals to enhance the relaxed, calm in the space. Guess we have to wait and see.

M M.

Yelp
Amex should be ashamed of this lounge. I've been a few times and it's constantly too crowded and understaffed. It's a terrible layout and always running low on food. Today I walked in and immediately left, there wasn't even a waitlist. Raise the entry spend requirements or get a bigger location.

michelle s.

Yelp
Those three staffs are very rude, American Express should fired them. They should not working for customers service with their attitude. they are hard to talk to, disrespectful. Specially her very rude. the manager disappeared in the middle of conversation, and never came back.

Yelp
Small but lovely. Located in by gate D12 at MIA. Had a 3 hr lay over starting at 730am. We arrived at gate D38 and it seemed close enough but no. Give yourself 15-20min to walk there. Today MIA sky train was out of order so we got our steps in! The lounge was not very busy when we arrived but def picked up as the morning continued. I read that the kitchen was run by Celebrity Chef, James Beard award winning, Michele Bernstein. So we were excited. The spread was small but delicious and substantial. Breakfast consisted of delicious flavorful shakshuka, chilaquiles, roasted sausage potato Parmesan, lemon ricotta whipped pancakes, lots of fruits and fresh OJ! The coffee/cap machine also made a yummy cap. Seating was not as plentiful and the tables were not turned regularly. Other than that we loved our morning here!

Marietsy P.

Yelp
The lounge has been busy the last few times I have gone. The food is replenished quickly but the quality and menu options need improvement. There used to be sandwich options available and did not see this time. The bars wine selection was lacing on the whites and sweet options. The options of bringing guests to enjoy the lounge for $50 is not worth it. The cost for what is being offered is too high and is sad you cannot bring a guest for free anymore. It was very active and noise level high. There were still the areas around the circle that were quiet and get overlooked.

Yelp
Crowded space with lots of kids. Access is only by elevator and no stairs. Expect to wait to get in. Facilities are disappointing. Unable to use the shower facility. Per front desk, they're full. Toilet stalls limited to two for the men's restroom; the other stall is out of service. One of the stalls has a faulty lock and needs to be fixed. This had to be the most disappointing AMEX lounge I've been to.

Luis L.

Yelp
It is with great disappointment that I write this message regarding my experience with American Express, a company I have trusted and supported for over 10 years as both a loyal customer and a shareholder for the past 5 years. Recently, I sought to upgrade to a Platinum Card to enjoy its perks and benefits, only to be met with an unsatisfactory experience. I was offered a lower points incentive to upgrade compared to two individuals I had personally referred to the company. I was also offered 100000 points but when i complained, was punishmed and offered only 75000. When I voiced my concerns and requested that my points offer be matched, I was informed that the only way to receive the same offer was to leave the company and reapply. Furthermore, I was told that I could leave if I wished, as American Express has "hundreds of new members joining every day," and that my loyalty as a long-term customer was of little significance. It saddens me to see such a reputable company take this approach toward its loyal customers, placing greater emphasis on acquiring new members than retaining those who have supported them for years. As a result, I have made the difficult decision to sell my stock and close my account. I share this experience to inform fellow members of the potential treatment they may face in the future, as it appears the company's priorities have shifted.

Yelp
Love these airport lounges to get away from the Frey. As I settled into my cozy corner, I couldn't help but appreciate the serene atmosphere that enveloped the lounge. The hustle and bustle of the busy airport seemed miles away, replaced by a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The hosts, attentive and friendly, made sure every guest felt welcomed and comfortable. Despite the long line, they managed to find a spot for me, ensuring that my wait was worth it. Their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every detail, from the immaculate cleanliness to the prompt assistance they offered. With a steaming cup of freshly brewed coffee in hand, I perused the extensive breakfast spread laid out before me. The aroma of freshly baked pastries mingled with the sizzling sound of bacon, creating an irresistible temptation. From fluffy scrambled eggs to a variety of cereals and fruits, the breakfast selection catered to every palate. As I savored each bite, I couldn't help but admire the well-stocked bar nearby. Rows of top-shelf spirits and an array of colorful cocktails beckoned, promising a delightful indulgence. It was a haven for those seeking a pre-flight libation or a refreshing beverage to unwind after a long journey. Despite the lounge being packed to capacity, I marveled at how well-designed it was. The clever layout ensured that even in a bustling crowd, there were secluded corners like the one I had found. It was my own little oasis, where I could escape the chaos and immerse myself in a moment of solitude. As I gazed out of the floor-to-ceiling windows, the view of the runway fascinated me. The planes glided gracefully across the sky, their engines humming softly in the distance. It was a reminder of the adventure that awaited me, a gateway to new destinations and experiences. In the midst of the airport's constant motion, the airport lounge provided a sanctuary, a respite from the demands of travel. It was a place where time seemed to slow down, allowing me to recharge and gather my thoughts before embarking on my next journey. With a contented sigh, I realized that these airport lounges were more than just a convenience. They were a haven, a haven that offered comfort, hospitality, and a momentary escape from the frenetic pace of the world outside. And as I prepared to leave, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the respite they provided, making my travel experience all the more enjoyable.

Yelp
Decent lounge. The main issue is that it's overpacked. There's not enough seats for the amount of people here. But other than that, it's a beautiful lounge with pretty good food and drinks. They're one of the few lounges with hot food. The bbq chicken is quite dry though which is disappointing. The cheesecake is top tier! I love their full glass window wall that gives an awesome view of the runway! Note that you can only come here no more than 3 hours before your flight!!

Yelp
Dissatisfied with everything. Food and service were terrible yesterday. It's a shame they had no meat option to go w breakfast and employees were inattentive. I asked for orange juice and she laughed in my face. Then went on to make a joke about it with her other coworkers. It wasn't as busy as usual and overall it was easy to get the buffet food.
google avatar

Nadia G.

Yelp
They have oversold Centurion through American Express. I waited in a long line I need to be refused access. I had a long wait at the airport so I came back an hour later and finally got in. There was no place to sit. The food was very sparse, not replenished quickly and very average.
google avatar

Rajiv K.

Yelp
Checked in around 4:30. They had a variety of food options. Tuna wraps, roasted chicken, veggie options. I like how they've improved with the labeling of allergies on their menu cards. They have juice stations, two bars where you can order alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages, cookie stations as well as high quality tea and coffee options. This trip it was crowded in the main area, but space available in the newer extension. I honestly believe these are some of the nicer airport lounges I've visited (which aren't many). Still, I prefer Amex lounges over the direct airlines.

Yelp
this place makes exceptions for certain people, but not for others. Discrimination. The lady before us brought six guests with her and they allowed it against policy. Our flight landed at 5:30am and therefore we have no where to go and can't check in to our hotel. Because we don't have a boarding pass, leaving Miami we were not allowed in the lounge.
google avatar

Tyler P.

Yelp
This is WILD!! The lounge is supposed to be a place to relax, have a drink, eat some food, and enjoy the elevated AMEX experience. The lounge at the Miami airport was appalling and unacceptable. I took this picture of the men's bathroom in the middle of the day. Allow me to describe what you're seeing; there is toilet paper stacked on the toilet scrubber, a lime on the floor, a glass cup on the back of the toilet, and I don't need to mention the contents of the toilet itself. Not to mention, there was little to no food and they were not serving drinks. Therefore, the service was nonexistent.

Yelp
First time in a Centurion lounge and I wasn't really impressed (i.e., it didn't really feel like much of a privilege). Mostly, it was way too crowded, but it also didn't seem particularly clean (possibly due to the crowd). Also, I overheard a greater number of pretentious-sounding conversations between important-seeming people in the span of an hour than I'd heard all year prior. Food was decent, but I don't like eating much or drinking alcohol before a long flight, so perhaps this just isn't for me.

Werner A.

Yelp
DISGUSTING FOOD. So tasteless and poor quality. If you only come for the alcohol this may be your place. Hard to screw alcohol. Service was poor average. Long lines when you come, overhead reminders that almost invite you to leave. Place is packed with long lines for food Ambiance average. Nothing impressive. I will cancel my Amex card as soon as yearly membership expires. ONE OF THE WORST LOUNGES I HAVE BEEN.
google avatar

Wendy A.

Yelp
Oh la la talk about fancy! I was able to go to this lounge for the first time in my life and I really enjoyed it. The food was spectacular and it was during the morning so I got to taste many things for breakfast from omelette all the way to yogurt parfait with fresh cut fruit. They also had mimosas but I decided to go with coffee, which was very much and point. Eating delicious food, and enjoying the airport view was definitely priceless. I wish I can go there each time I traveled.

Yelp
PROS: - decent size - self-serve buffet eating style - good tasting wine options CONS: - long wait times (depending on time of day) - have to pay for guests' if you do not reach min spending on card - bartenders can be off-putting unless you tip them - tables are left with dirty plates and not cleared often enough - space has a lot of wear and tear - not enough tech charging seats/spaces - lines for bathroom It's fine for what it is, but I've been to better Amex lounges. We waited 40 mins to get into the elevator as they were doing a two out/one in rotation. Once upstairs, there is another line with about a 7-10 min wait before you could check in. The bartenders can be off-putting and a little slow unless you are tipping them. Food is decent with good options. There is often only one protein, but they gave decent veggie and soup options. I would only go to this lounge if there wasn't a long wait and I wanted somewhere to sit with a few drinks on a long layover.

Yelp
Great coffee when efficient service. Venue is clean and appealing. And the food (breakfast) for us was excellent.

Yelp
It's a nice lounge and the bar tender is the best, but there's not enough room for everyone they let in. We waited in line for everything from the elevator to get up to the lounge, food at the buffet and had to circle the place a few times to find a table for 2. The food was good, drinks were great, but I'm not sure I'd use this lounge again in the future if I had access to another one. It was crowded, too warm and there was no space to sit let alone park carry-on bags.

Yelp
Long line wait, prepare for an old bouncer dude at the elevator door, over crowded, jam packed like can of sardines. Good luck in finding place to sit and relax, kids running all over the place, kicking and screaming. I think my partner and I contracted Norovirus there because we ate the buffet food and became ill, probably the serving ware got touched with fecal matter as the only bathrooms are constantly being used and I've seen people not wash their hands. So disgusting. I wish I should've found a quiet area in the airport and didn't have to waste my time waiting to get in and then get food poisoning. Just my luck.
