American Legion Hall

I am an Air Force widow travelling in my RV around the country doing missions for veterans when I can. I came to this Post and asked just to boondock in the parking lot overnight, no hook ups or anything. Most members were very welcoming but a couple of them were not. One for my political views and the other was a woman who just said it would be better if I would just leave. I have stayed at many military facilities, VFW posts, and American Legion posts and I have never had anyone treat me like that before. To those who welcomed me I thank you. And to those who did not, I have no words. Thank you to Hope for giving me the green light that it was OK to stay because I did not know where else to go being from New Mexico and unfamiliar to the area. I appreciate you very much, young lady, thank you again.

Great veterans organization and location for events. Huge space and outside deck. Always holding community events and supporting veterans, members and the community at large.

Very nice building. Went to a memorial service and everything was well done.

Had a family celebration of life Spacious, clean and nice people

Great people and they try to have something going on all the time.

Great place to have a private party or to meet with friends for a drink.
