Really nice, cozy place to stay in Puerto Natales. The hosts and staff are very nice and caring. Good location as it's close to the downtown area but also far enough away to be quiet. It's about 1.5 clocks from the water and a good view. Breakfast is also great here.

The lady behind the counter was super helpful and nice. She was able to speak good english. She accurately booked activities for us, that all worked out fine. In addition, she packed lunches for us to take on our outings. The food at the Hostel's restaurant was good, and appropriately priced.

Overall, very very beautiful hotel. Norly was so helpful! Got us everything we needed. They fed us when everything, including the restaurant in the hotel, was closed. They’re also so funny and sweet! amazing people to talk to!

This review is ONLY about the CAFE (not the hotel). You can freely walk into the cafe, even if you are not staying in the hotel, and you find yourself immersed in a very cozy and warm ambience, with lots of natural wood. They serve good coffee and really yummy cakes (we tried the raspberry one, delicious, and the chocolate cake, very rich) at very reasonable prices (not even 10% more expensive than in nearby pastry stores, for the same quality and portion sizes). As a cafe, highly recommended.

Found bed bugs in our bed after feeling bites during the night, they refused to refund us or cancel a second reservation we had with them. Should have known to just leave when we arrived and one corner of the room was soaking wet - when we told staff about this they did nothing, not even an extra towel to dry things up a bit. We had a second night booked with them after completing our backpacking trip, which we obviously wanted to cancel - again, they refused. The restaurant out front looks really cute - the rooms behind feel dated and are obviously not kept clean. For the prices they charge, there are plenty of other options in better shape and more convenient locations.

We stayed here in December 2024, a great time to visit the region. Unfortunately we were given a very small room, had no electricity in the morning, the hot water ran out, and then we mistakenly overpaid and the manager refused to refund. Shame but would recommend other places at this price.

Awful cafe. Milkshake wasn’t cold. Lemon cake made Atacama jealous because of how dry it is. Ice moccacono had like 2 tiny ice cubes. Brownie was an insult to brownies and tasted and had the texture of a brick.

What a nice restaurant with lot of vegetarian food options. Variety of tasty cakes and cookies was a pleasant surprised. We ordered Garbanzo bean Pattie’s and carrot cake and both were excellent! Though the waitress couldn’t speak any English, she tried her best to understand our ask and worked with the chef to customize! Amazing customer service! 👏👏
