Truly excellent hotel. Perfect quiet location. Off the beaten track slightly but a lovely walk or rapid train ride to either east or West....bellevue station only a 5 minute walk away. Brilliant breakfast. Wonderful biomarkt next door. Excellent Italian restaurants nearby. Secure underground parking accessible from foyer. Can't comment on some negative reviews, our stay (one week) was fantastic. Would definitely rebook another trip here

Fantastic stay in Berlin. We stayed for 4 nights and would really recommend this hotel. In a great location a short walk from Bellevue Station, and one stop from Berlin Hbf (Central Station). Sheets and towels changed daily. Room service fantastic, ordered 2 morning coffees and they arrived within minutes. Room decorated beautifully, lots of space and you’re able to open the window fully - great for fresh air. A shame there is no iron or mini fridge in the room, that would’ve pushed it up to 5 stars for me. Staff welcoming and friendly. Overall a lovely stay and we would return!

Decent hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Had a couple of meals there and everything was really tasty. ||The rooms are a little dated, but perfectly comfortable and spacious. Mine had a lovely view of the river. ||The gym is a bit ropey, but the hotel is in a great spot for running by the river. ||Great for a business trip, but probably not somewhere I’d stay for leisure.

We weren't 100% sold on this place based the lack of recent reviews, and online info speaking poorly about the neighborhood...but everything was great. I got the sense that it was mainly business guests (it's in a business-heavy district), but it was a great quiet base for our week in Berlin as tourists. The Bellevue S-bahn stop is a comfortable 5 minute walk away, will be your best friend as it links you into the main transit artery of the city. The neighborhood (Moabit) has a mixed reputation, but it was so pleasant, clean, and quiet to stay in and walk around. Lots of families, very few other tourists, very green/right on the river, and the food we ate (shout out to Quê Choa, open late) was very good. It may have been a weird glitch, but we didn't receive any confirmation info from the hotel when I booked. I emailed a week later to ask about it and got a brief reply with a confirmation number. Then I got the full confirmation about a week before the stay. Long story short, there's not much info available ahead of time--but that was the only downside to our experience. ||||The room was extremely spacious -- probably 3X the size of the room we paid more for in Paris and comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. It wasn't clear ahead of time, but front desk staff were there at all hours and helpful. Would most definitely go back.

I have never had a more negative customer service experience staying at a hotel. My husband booked the suite for the Berlin marathon through Expedia and we paid Expedia directly, knowing we would just pay taxes upon checkout to the hotel (this was confirmed at check-in and check-out as well). When we came back to the US, the hotel overcharged us again TWO EXTRA times for the exact booking cost. The first was removed, but the second charge was retained. We called the hotel asking for an invoice which the desk representative somehow could not provide unless a manager was available (we spent 20 minutes on hold to be told this and were charged exorbitant int’l calling fees), and did not offer to give us a call back. We emailed the hotel three times afterwards, and on the third try, they finally provided the invoice which showed the overcharging. We ended up calling Amex, which resolved the issue with no help from the hotel. Will never stay here again as a result (even though the room and breakfast were great). A good stay was ruined permanently by bad payments management.

This boutique hotel on the banks of the Spree River, is a true hidden find for those visiting Berlin! The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, the bathrooms are luxurious, featuring a full size bathtub and a separate shower area, and the morning breakfast is a treat. Full size operating windows offer a great view of the River, as well as great ventilation. Transportation into the city center is easy, by foot, bus or train. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Prices are very reasonable for this level of hotel. A great hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend!

My boyfriend and I visited Berlin for his birthday and spent two nights in a suite in a separate building to the main hotel. Check in is in the main hotel and there were a lot of refurbishments going on which I think will look amazing when finished! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming.||We chose the suite because we couldn't believe the price of such a grand room in a city centre, £140 per night! The room was exceptionally big with a lounge, two toilets, a walk in wardrobe, beautiful bathroom with shower and a view down the river. This hotel is situated in a quiet quarter not far to Berlin centre on the S bahn - Bellevue station is a ten minute walk away. ||We sat in the bar in the evenings - the staff were friendly and the drinks were very nice with generous amounts of alcohol in the cocktails.

I booked executive deluxe room with large windows, large bed, etc. Instead when I checked in, they placed me in the underground floor with small window and river on the level of bed behind the window. The receptionist told me that they sold all rooms I booked and I should live in basement even though I paid for premium room.
