This is an old building in a convenient location near the river. However, there were a few issues:||After parking in the garage, one has to take a dirty stairwell and go outdoors before entering the hotel building. This is not ideal when it’s raining. I was required to register the parking ticket at the reception, but the staff said the machine had retained the ticket and couldn’t return it or issue a new one for another 15 minutes.||We had booked four rooms, but the staff made a mistake setting up the key cards.||When we checked out, I found multiple errors upon requesting to review the bill. I had reserved several breakfasts when I booked the rooms online, but this was ignored. The staff/system automatically charged the maximum number of adult breakfasts to my bill without confirming. We stayed two nights but were charged for three nights of parking. It took at least three rounds of discussion before all the errors were finally corrected.||Despite all the mistakes, the staff never apologized.||For tourists who prefer a double bed, please note that this hotel does not have real double beds. In a double room, there are two single beds with separate mattresses, individual sheets, and two small duvets.
