*Ameron Hotel Neuschwanstein: A Modern Gem with Top Service* I recently stayed at the Ameron Hotel in Neuschwanstein and had a great experience. Here's my review: *Pros:* - *Modern facilities*: The hotel is modern and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. - *Top service*: The staff are super friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. - *Breakfast*: The breakfast is top-notch! There's a great selection and plenty of delicious options. - *Rooms*: The rooms are comfy and clean, with a cozy bed and swiftly warming shower. - *Pool and sauna*: The pool and sauna are great, even if they're not huge. *Minor gripes:* - *Omelette*: The omelette at breakfast took a lot of time to arrive, every day 😅. - *3-course menu*: The menu was good, but it repeated after a few days and I disliked having alternative dishes with a surcharge. Half-board is half-board. Surcharges just take away of the experience. - *Massage*: We couldn't try the massage as it was fully booked well in advance. - *Bar*: incredibly slow service. Food and prices are OK but I wouldn’t come again just because I will starve to death. *Verdict:* The Ameron Hotel Neuschwanstein is a great choice with modern comforts and top service. The rooms are comfy and the location is perfect for exploring the area.👍

The room was a dream, impeccably and spotlessly clean, the staff was fantastic and extremely helpful, and the location was enchanting. The staff at the Ludwig Bar went out of their way to accommodate even my most bizarre requests. The breakfast was plentiful and generous. Their taxi service was also impeccable. I hope to repeat this experience soon, in the same room, of course. Anyone who wants to visit Neuschwanstein Castle should definitely stay at the Ameron!

Our two-night stay at AMERON Neuschwanstein was exceptional. The stunning views of the Alpsee and grazing cattle directly from our room created a serene atmosphere. We loved the sophisticated interior design and thoughtful furniture selection, complemented by an comfy bed. ​The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering impressive quality and variety. Logistics were easy: we unloaded luggage at the entrance before moving the car to a nearby lot. It’s a stylish, cozy retreat in a world-class location.

What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional service from Mr. Hani from the Guest Services Team. From the moment we arrived, he was consistently warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. His recommendations for sightseeing and transportation were thoughtful and accurate, and he always went the extra mile to assist us. What stood out most was the kindness he showed to the children travelling with us. Every single day, Hani thoughtfully prepared a small treat for them, which brought them so much joy and made their stay truly magical. These small but meaningful gestures left a lasting impression on our family. Thank you for such a memorable experience. We look forward to returning.

We stayed one night at the Ameron Hotel in Schwangau and had an amazing experience. The reception and staff were exceptionally friendly, and room service was absolutely worth it. The rooms are spotless, beautifully maintained, and feel authentic. The gym is impressively equipped with brand-new, high-quality machines. The infinity pool is a real highlight, offering stunning lake and castle views. The spa was warm, clean, and very inviting. Breakfast was fancy with great vegetarian options. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Really can't get any better than this for location! The hotel is situated between 2 of Ludwig II's fairytale castles, Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau! Step outside and you are immediately in a story! 2 restaurants and a bar in or associated with the hotel make it easy to eat. The rooms are beautiful. Service is great. Close to Munich making an easy drive from there and it's right in the Alps! It just can't get better!

It was a dream... The hot wine and German sweets served on Christmas Eve. The music in the lobby, the warm welcome and the snow... it felt like a Hollywood movie on Christmas. The staff was nice and helpful. The spa was beautiful and the view on the lake was simply surreal. The walk to the castle was fun and dreamy as well.|It was a dream come true. The xmas menu was really cool to discover different and new flavor. The fondue was amazing on xmas eve. Thank you

Exceptional stay here at Ameron. Sadly only for one night but I’d happily stay much longer. Friendly staff from check in to dinner service. The room is very luxury and very comfortable. The pool area is also very nice. The food I had was spectacular. I can’t recommend staying here enough.
