6 stunning destinations in Southeast Asia for weddings and honeymoons - SilverKris

"Tucked away from the town’s bustle and ringed by a rugged coastline and rolling hills, this resort is well suited for intimate events that value tranquil seaside scenery; adventurous guests can take part in water sports while those seeking culture can visit nearby spiritual sites such as the ancient Po Nagar Cham Towers." - SilverKris

Our family had a wonderful 3-night stay at Amiana. We loved how spacious the villa was, especially the outdoor shower and bathtub. We were impressed with all the free things that came along with the room. We were blown away by the size, variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. We had so much fun playing at the beach, swimming in the sea and in all the pools. And most importantly, we really appreciated how friendly all the staff members were. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay a very blissful escape. We can't wait to return for a longer stay.

Amiana Nha Trang is definitely a very family-friendly hotel – which means it’s also very noisy. There were children everywhere, and at times it felt quite chaotic rather than relaxing. The rooms were okay, clean and comfortable enough, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.||It was quite difficult to get a sunbed by the beach unless you woke up early to reserve one, which isn’t exactly what you want to do on holiday. The breakfast had a huge selection, but again, it was crowded and noisy most of the time.||If you’re traveling with children, this hotel is a perfect choice. But if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, this might not be the right place for you.

We had a truly happy and memorable time during our stay. However, there were a few unfortunate experiences that we would like to share.||While staying in Room 504, when the staff were working on the garden in the left courtyard, they continuously smoked cigarettes, and we had to endure the cigarette smoke. In addition, when using the outdoor shower in the inner room, we felt uncomfortable and anxious about the possibility of being exposed, as male staff members were moving around and could be seen through the gaps between the bamboo fence.||Also, the lagoon pool was under construction, so we were unable to enjoy our wish of having cocktails in the water. We believe it would have been better if the construction period had been announced in advance, or if an explanation had been provided at check-in.||Nevertheless, Amiana Resort is still a beautiful and wonderful resort, and the Christmas tree lighting ceremony remains a very happy memory for us. We truly hope that when we visit Amiana Resort again in the future, we will be able to leave with only good memories.

🌟 5-Star Review for Amiana Resort Nha Trang 🌟Our stay at Amiana Resort Nha Trang was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and an atmosphere of pure relaxation. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained, with breathtaking ocean views, a peaceful private beach, and crystal-clear saltwater pools that make you feel like you’re in paradise. What truly made our experience exceptional were the amazing staff, especially Tai and Tuyen. Both went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. • Tai was incredibly attentive and friendly — always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, and his professionalism really stood out. • Tuyen was equally wonderful, with such kindness and attention to detail. Her cheerful attitude and helpful recommendations made our trip even more enjoyable.Every meal we had at the resort was delicious, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the service was consistently top-notch. The combination of luxury, nature, and heartfelt hospitality truly sets Amiana apart from other resorts in Nha Trang. We can’t thank Tai, Tuyen, and the entire Amiana team enough for making our vacation so special. We’ll definitely be returning — and recommending Amiana Resort Nha Trang to all our friends and family!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed with my parents in a pool villa for two nights and three days. The people who transported us were friendly. The mud spa and massage were expensive, but the service was poor and unfriendly. The staff were generally blunt and left a negative impression. However, the staff who transported us to our accommodations by cart were friendly. Check-in took a long time, and the requests I made during my reservation were completely ignored. I also booked a massage, but when it wasn't available, I received a different service, and none of my requests were honored. I've been to Da Nang and other parts of Vietnam many times, but this was the first time I've experienced such poor service at such an expensive resort. The instructions were flawed. After my massage, I was told I could smoke, but another employee told me to go somewhere else. There was also constant construction noise near my accommodation, and the pool was being tampered with, so I couldn't fully enjoy it. It was the worst.

We visited Amiana Nha Trang after seeing a review online by the ‘Flip Flop Traveller’ which came highly recommended. The video is four years old but still very representative of the resort. The resort is a 20 minute trip from Nha Trang city which was a 150,000 dong journey each way in a grab. The resort is secluded with not many amenities close by which was perfect for us. The resort is definitely more family orientated and would be perfect for family holidays. We selected an oceanfront villa but found other guests using these villas to host extra family members - you could hear your neighbours in the adjoining room if they were making noise/early morning alarm. The resort only felt busy at breakfast. Breakfast was of a high standard but was chaotic. A special shout out to Yen & Trung in F&B and Vu on the golf carts who offered great service with a smile at all times.

Disappointed and Underwhelmed – Not Worth the Price I traveled to this resort with my partner, full of high expectations — especially since he had stayed here before and had spoken highly of it. Given the premium price point, I anticipated a luxurious and seamless experience. Unfortunately, things began to go downhill rather quickly. Check-In & First Impressions The check-in process was fine, and the staff were accommodating. However, we weren’t informed during the booking process — or even upon arrival — that one of the main pools was under construction. We only found out later, which was frustrating. We were offered drink vouchers as compensation, which might have been acceptable if the drinks were good — but the beer was warm and the cocktails were average at best. Despite this, we tried to make the most of our stay. The available pool was decent, though it would have been much more enjoyable if there had been an adults-only section. There were far too many children in the pool with the swim-up bar, which made it feel chaotic rather than relaxing. The Highlight – The Beach The beach is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views. Honestly, it’s the only part of the resort I would recommend. Dining – A Complete Letdown The buffet was very disappointing — limited variety, little change from day to day, and poor food hygiene. We noticed flies in the food, and the overall cleanliness and standards from the chefs were questionable. The worst part of our stay was our dinner experience at the restaurant. It started with complimentary bread that was stale and inedible. Upon inspecting it, I found a piece of string inside the bread — thankfully before taking a bite. They brought out a replacement, but I was understandably put off and didn’t touch it. Despite that, we ordered two steaks (priced at over $50 AUD each with sides), hoping they would at least be a highlight. Unfortunately, they were anything but. The steaks were nowhere near 300g, undercooked, chewy, and difficult to cut even with a steak knife. I couldn’t eat mine, and while my partner ate his out of sheer hunger, he agreed it was subpar. The sides were just as disappointing. Though they removed one steak from the bill, we were still overcharged for sides — so double-check your receipts if you eat here. We paid over $100 for a meal that was inedible and left us hungry. Poor Management Response I raised the issue with management the next day, hoping for a sincere response. Unfortunately, I was met with indifference. The managers seemed disengaged, lacked professionalism, and didn’t seem empowered to make decisions without texting an off-site superior. Their communication skills were lacking, and their attitude left a lot to be desired. For $300+ a night, I expected far better service and accountability. Final Thoughts While the beachfront and views are undeniably beautiful, they don’t make up for the resort’s major shortcomings — especially the poor dining experience and lackluster management. Some staff were friendly, but service was inconsistent and lacked attentiveness. If you’re considering a stay here, I’d suggest getting a day pass to enjoy the beach and views — but book your stay elsewhere. If you're looking for a luxury experience where your money feels well spent, I’d recommend the Sheraton or InterContinental instead. We’ve since booked a much nicer hotel 15 minutes away for $100 less per night — and the difference in service and quality is already night and day. Very disappointing overall. What a shame. Also get an e sim or a data roaming pack if your hoping to use the internet for work or even to post socials/watch Netflix it’s terrible and constantly drops out .

First visit with parents and children. There was an issue in the situation of upgrading the room, but they were as considerate as possible so as not to be uncomfortable. I was worried that my parents were waiting, but they calmly reassured me. I would like to thank you for moving the carrier for the children and explaining it hard in Korean. Thank you for your consideration ☺️
