Such a nice place and delicious food. Staff so polite and friendly and price wise also good. We had a great Valentine’s lunch and we will definitely come back!

We have visited Amici a few times now and always have an amazing eating experience. The food is amazing as is the selection of wines, service is second to none and always with a warm hearted smile. The setting and decor at Amici create an authentic ‘little bit of Italy’ right there in Ashford.. would highly recommend.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, and the overall experience exceeded every expectation. What truly set this place apart, though, was the staff. Every team member was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our visit special. They were knowledgeable about the menu, happy to offer recommendations, and made us feel valued from start to finish. Service was perfectly timed—never rushed, never delayed. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers both outstanding food and such incredible hospitality, but this place does it effortlessly. I can’t recommend it enough and will absolutely be returning. A true gem!

The atmosphere is so warm, cosy, and welcoming. The servers are amazing too: friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home. The food is absolutely fantastic, especially the meatballs, which are full of flavour and cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Italian food and a relaxing environment to enjoy it in.

Our dinner at Amici was the perfect way to end our time in the UK. The food was delicious (the pasta and arancini were amazing!), and the ladies who took care of us were absolutely lovely. Such a warm and memorable experience, we can’t wait to come back one day! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Had a fantastic experience at Amici! The restaurant was absolutely buzzing for a Thursday evening, which was honestly great to see — such a sure sign of how good it is. Despite how busy it was, the service never missed a beat. Huge shout-out to Massimo, Elliot, and Kelsey for the amazing service. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly even with a full house. You’d never know how busy it was based on how well we were looked after. The food was absolutely amazing — full of flavour, beautifully cooked, and clearly made with care. Great atmosphere, incredible food, and standout service. Loved seeing a restaurant this busy on a Thursday night. Will definitely be back!

One of my favourite Italian restaurants around. The staff are so friendly and the food is authentic and delicious. The have a brilliant lunch menu and the prawn linguine is amazing. If you don't mine going into Ashford for it I would definitely recommend going here for a meal.

From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel genuinely welcome by the incredible front of house team. Justyna and Elliot are outstanding — warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Their friendliness and attention to detail really elevate the whole experience and make you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table. The food is nothing short of phenomenal, and huge credit goes to the kitchen team — Anetta and Fiona — who clearly put passion, skill, and care into every dish. Everything was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection. A special shout-out also has to go to Oscar, who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. His hard work and dedication don’t go unnoticed and are such an important part of what makes Amici operate at such a high standard. Amici has the perfect balance of a welcoming atmosphere, exceptional service, and outstanding food. It’s a place that truly values its team, and it shows in every part of the experience.
