Went in there with my family, and the sitting arrangement is a little on the awkward on how tables are set up. At first, our waiter was very attentive, but then later on he kind of disappeared . We had ordered a large margarita pizza and barbecue wings. We asked for well done and they weren’t. That’s why they got a four star.

Google
We ordered delivery and had a solid experience. The pricing is a little higher than warranted, but the pizza was good! The wings were really delicious. The meatballs were ok, but not exceptional.

Google
This is some awesome pizza! We got a margherita, sausage, and pepperoni. All 3 pizzas were top tier. The crust had the perfect amount of char. Very good stuff. Our server was on it too, she was regularly checking in and refilling drinks. Overall great experience. We'll totally come back

Like seriously where do I begin. This place is by far my favorite pizza place!! I wish I lived closer. My family and I ordered a couple of different things and shared so we can try it all out and they didn't miss. We ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and that was scrumptious! My littles got their spaghetti and meatball kids plate and substituted the noodle for penne. My other kid got the cheese kids pizza and they both loved it! We also ordered their garlic parm bread for starters and it was soooo good! Their ranch is killer too! The service was on point and we were well taken care of. The cleanliness was to my liking. They allowed my pet inside and didn't hassle me about it. They welcomed us happily. The waitress was amazing and super friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. We were super pleased with this location and their food. We also tried the location they have in SF and it passed just as this place. I have to say this is a must stop if you find yourself near an Amici's because I've gone to two locations and they didn't miss. We ordered a chicken pesto sandwich to go and that thing was out of this world good! So I assume everything on the menu is good. We ordered 6 different items on the menu and it all passed our standards of presentation, flavor, and taste check. 😋 Amici's definitely doesn't disappoint. I can't stress this enough you have to try this spot at least once for yourself. I understand we all have different taste buds but this place is worth giving it a shot.

Went here for a team lunch. All my good memories of take away pizza were sloshed. We ordered the Minestrone soup, which was bland & luke warm. We then ordered the 50 pieces Flame Roasted Lemon Chicken Wings. I don't know what was wrong that day, but some of the chicken was undercooked. We get better and fresher Caesar Salad at Safeway. Margherita was just okay. Our old favorite - New Haven White Clam was awesome & hence the 3 stars. Spicy Pepper Chicken was just okay. Don't think we will go back again.

Google
It’s nice pizza place with a lot of vegetarian options. The place in itself is very spacious and yet cozy and warm overlooking the tiny waterbody. The food isn’t so great just about average. The service was really nice though.

Google
We ordered pizza for delivery. 2 hours later the pizza is still en route. Called Amici's and they deflected responsibility and didn't care about the experience we had. We've been customers for years and that's now over. Plenty of other pizza places to order from.

Coreection: I went 2nd time and they said ravioli has egg :/.. [Older review] Finally a restaurant which serves eggless ravioli!! We ordered pesto cheese ravioli pasta and a pizza. Pesto was extremely oily - they should reduce oil to make it healthier.

Yelp
I recently visited Redwood Shores for a corporate training event, and found Amici's on my first evening in town, as I was looking for vegetarian-friendly options within walking distance of my hotel. This place is seriously so good, that my colleague and I ended up returning four nights in a row. I wish they delivered to Omaha. I have never before had a minestrone soup that made me close my eyes and savor the moment. My goodness. Definitely opt for the rolls to go with it too. The pizza is fantastic, and they have lost of veggie options, including house-made beyond sausage! Service was always friendly and attentive, and we never had to wait for a table. Granted, we visited on weeknights, but still. I will absolutely be back the next time I find myself in the neighborhood.

Yelp
They could do better especially with communication with their customers. Ordered to go, waited 30" and they had it sitting on top of their oven for 10" and didn't let us know. Geez, we were waiting on the premises. Service is blah. They don't seem to care. I'll go to nob hill and drop a frozen pizza instead.

Yelp
I have frequented the Amici's restaurant in Redwood Shores many times.  When I want something light, I'll usually order the Antipasto Salad (no onions) with the mustard Italian dressing, and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.  The full salad size is a full meal.  When I'm hungry for something more substantial, I'll order the Four Cheese Lasagna with Meat Sauce and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. I know a lighter wine may not pair as well as a heartier red, but I just prefer to stick with a white wine.  The small lasagna serving is plenty for a healthy appetite.    On this occasion, I thought I might try something from the menu's pasta selections.  The food is always good, but I thought the wait staff was playing musical chairs with me.  I don't like to sit close to the front door, the kitchen door or the restroom door.  I was moved twice before I sat down to order.  I'm thinking... well, this review will probably top out at four stars even with a delicious entree.  A dining experience is about more than just food.  I stared down at the regular menu, the wine list, the sandwich menu... sandwiches stopped being served four hours earlier... and the special "winter" Calzone menu.  We were two days into spring 2025, but it looked like Amici's was still serving items from their special Calzone menu.  OK... I'll bite.  I asked if something from the Calzone menu was still available, and the answer was, "Yes."  So, I ordered the MeatLover's Calzone and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.  Once again, the smaller sized entree was plenty for one person.  Tender and flavorful sausage and ham prepared with marinara and ricotta cheese.  Yum.  Amici's uses its regular pizza dough for its Calzoni, and it felt and tasted like fresh baked bread.  It was delicious.  I thought I would box up a piece to take home, but I finished the whole Calzone in one sitting.  Now, I know why George Steinbrenner, almost 30 years ago, ordered George Costanza to pick up Calzone for lunch.  George was right... Calzone is scrumptiously flavorful and satisfying.  Amici's earned all five stars.  I highly recommend Italian food lovers check out Amici's Calzone before this seasonal delight is shelved until next fall.

Yelp
Ordered for delivery. Rate wasn't horrible on that end, however, the price on the pizza alone is outrageous! We got a large Hawaiian pizza $37.75 & small linguine with Mariana ($14.75). The pasta was pretty bland, it could've used more flavor but the pizza was pretty good. Overall good, just super pricey.

Yelp
Traffic on 101 was backed up for miles as I passed my old neighborhood thinking "should I?" That was all it took to exit and head straight to Amici's for my favorite comforting fried eggplant pizza "Boston". My server Gabriella was a ray of sunshine to my evening alone that every mom needs now and then. The Josh cellars Merlot was smooth like velvet with hints of cherries. One cannot skip the Cesar's salad as I love to eat the dressing bits with my pizza. We all have our quirks and that's one of mine. The salad was crisp with plenty of cheese, toasts and dressing on the side! The Boston pizza was fresh and delicious. It was every bit as good as the photo looks. I can handle two pieces and brought the rest home for my son to enjoy. Gabriella was that perfect server who gave me everything before I even thought about it. She was the best. It was so cold out I sat at the counter taking in the chefs expertly working the dough to perfection. The pizza oven kept me entertained and warm since I just wanted to relax and not browse my phone. Eating alone is something I like to do every now and then for I find myself able to clear my mind and eat at my own pace. The restaurant was perfectly busy with many Christmas gathering and such joyful laughs filled the room. I felt with a cozy warm feeling that I forgot to purchase pizza dough to take home for our busy weekend ahead. Thank you Amici's for the treat! I wish your whole staff a very merry holiday!

Yelp
This upgraded rating is long overdue. Many years ago, we had some disappointments and I downgraded my rating. In the past few years, their food and service have been excellent. Our regulars are the Manhattan clam pizza with pesto, chilled broccoli with lemon, and family size Caesar salad with chicken. The tuxedo cake and New York cheesecake are really good, too.

Yelp
NEVER AGAIN! Not because of the pizza and salad that were bad (defiantly not as good as Rainbow pizza) but because the RUDE woman that is at the pick up table. Hostess was nice but the bitch at the table actually shew me away like a cockroach. Let's put this in perspective. I look at a bag that was closed and a pizza in a box that was also closed with my name on it, oh and I paid for is a big deal. Maybe communicate with me don't shew me away and look past me to talk to the hostess. You need to work on your people skills or find a different job and if you are the owner take some pointers from your hostess. I will never try this restaurant again. I will not recommend you to anyone. You are a fucking c*nt!

David G.

Yelp
Pizza is average. Horribly overpriced. One cheese pizza and one bar b q chicken large size was $69.77 carry out. Before tip I recall.

Yelp
I've been a fan of amici's for decades . Smack dab in the middle of this shopping center and I am glad they're still around. There's a lot on the menu for more than just pizza . They have a great dining area and happy hr also.

Yelp
Let me start off by saying Wow! Now I have to write another review. Coming from the manager this is how you respond, Very unprofessional We're not asking for anything in return, all we wanted to do is give our honest feedback, That's what yelp is for. Now we feel as if the manager and assistant manager is close friends to this server backing her up to the fullest! My question is why are you comparing our experience to other family's who dined in? for her to put it in Parentheses. I'm speechless! We LOVE AMICI'S!! I've been going for the past 15 years and this is the service towards my family. We have wonderful experiences at all the other locations and really great service, and so friendly with our children! This is the only time we have experience this.. it really could have just been a simple message apologizing for the bad experience and say we will talk with the service and that would of been okay with us. I hope this does not have to any other family!!!

Yelp
Great food as expected. Disrespectful manager. My annoyance is the customer service, which could use some work. As I walked in, the store was quite empty. I stood at the front with another DoorDasher, as to pick up my online order. I stood at the front counter, with the manager walking by me multiple times not acknowledging me for 10 minutes +. Eventually I approached her and kindly stated that I was here to pick up an online order. She proceeded to snap at me, rudely saying that she'll help me after the DoorDasher. (Nothing she said was very rude, but the way she said it was disgusting). I would expect slightly better from Amici's. The manager obviously hates what she does, and I will think twice about coming back here.

Yelp
Here on a work trip and took a chance based on other reviews. Staff is friendly, service is great and the pizza is great. I had the New Haven clam pizza and it was delicious. Bits of clam and bacon. Who can complain ?
google avatar

Kathryn L.

Yelp
With great customer service and nice ambiance, this is one of my favorite spots for a perfect pie. The crust is thin and they use just the right amount of cheese and meat combination, bringing it almost all the way out to the edges so there's not too much left uncovered. I feel like I get more for my money that way, like the space is not wasted!

Ken R.

Yelp
Spaghetti and meatballs were decent. Meatballs were the highlight. Pizza was too dry. Needed more sauce for sure. Garden Salad was fresh. Dressing was zesty.

Yelp
I really really want to love Amici's but paying $35 for a very average medium pizza definitely makes this frugal diva very unhappy. We took advantage of the BOGO offer for Pie Day and ordered two pizzas for the price of one. My husband and son love Amici's for some reason - I don't find their menu very exciting ( with just Pizza and pasta Our wait though the app said was 15 minute was about an hour - so unreliable pick up service. We ordered the Spicy Chicken and the Trentino ( pancetta yum!) and we have leftover for lunch the next day.

Eric L.

Yelp
Before I get to the food, I have to say the service was outstanding. The host seated me and changed the TV channel so I could watch the NBA playoffs. The waitress was also extremely friendly and nice. I started with the spinach salad, which the waitress recommended, and it was very good. The dressing was some kind of basil vinaigrette and it was different, but good. They gave me a large portion on the side which was appreciated. I got a thin crust pizza for dinner. It was good and they weren't stingy with the toppings, which was nice to see. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would recommend Amici's to anyone looking for pizza and a friendly staff.

Yelp
My family of 10 people and I eat at Amicis (Redwood Shores ) on Saturday. Kevin our waiter fantastic to handle 10 hungry people. Great food and Cosmos of course warm up our bread for 10 people while we wait for our meals. I have been going to Amichi for the past 10 years and never had any problems with the food. I usually go at least once a week with my tennis friends and my grandkids. This was the first time we got together 10 people and everyone was happy what a family gathering full of joy and great service. Kevin, thank you so much for being patient with us 4 hungry kids and 6 adults, you handled very well. I really appreciated your smiles and wonderful service! I give you 10 + review. You must try Amichis in Redwood Shores. Everyone there is very happy to take care of you. Rosario San Carlos, Ca

Yelp
Was tasty and hot a little bit expensive but overall worth it. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Yelp
Great place. We ordered the meatballs, garlic bread, house garden salads, lasagna with meat sauce, and the chicken fettuccine alfredo. The salads were super fresh and delicious, the garlic bread and meatballs were out of this world. The pastas were fresh, hot and delicious. We will be back to try the pizzas that also looked wonderful.

Yelp
Very good food and portions. The "small" entree was plenty for me and I'm a good eater. Chicken Caesar salad (small) was also a great portion. Very good friendly service reasonably priced.

Yelp
Manager definitely not focused on serving customers - despite having been a customer for the past two years.

Yelp
Let's start off with I have never had a bad meal from Amici's. The produce and products they use are always top tier. Their antipasto salad is my absolute favorite. I usually get the mustard Italian, lemon basil vinaigrette, and ranch dressings to eat with it. And then dip my bread in the extra dressing on the plate. Today we tried a new pizza. We ordered the bbq chicken pizza with no onions and no cilantro. It was very good. The crust has a nice chew to it and it's really thin but still holds everything well without falling apart. The fettuccini Alfredo was good as well. I was adding some of our pan roasted broccoli to it and eating it together. Those pieces of garlic in the broccoli are perfectly cooked where the garlic just melts in your mouth. Our server today was Francisco, and he was very kind and welcoming. We actually made a mistake and ordered a full size salad instead of a family size, but he fixed it for us, even though we technically ordered the wrong size. The pictures never do it justice. I think everyone is sleeping on amici's lol. I feel like it's never busy enough. It's probably the location. Once again, I've never had something bad here, but these are my recommendations: Pan roasted broccoli Siciliano pizza Flame roasted lemon chicken wings Antipasto salad - you need to try all of their dressings but the lemon basil vinaigrette is my favorite!

Yelp
Very disappointed, I have been ordering from Amici's since they first opened in San Mateo. For the last couple of years we have been ordering from Amici's in Redwood Shores, the last three times we have ordered there have been problems. First time, cold pizza, second time food order not correct and tonight the delivery person came to the Marina to the Harbor House not to our gate then could not speak English so we could not explain to her how to get to our gate. When we called Amici's for help they could not help because they had no way of communicating with the driver. We order from Amici's once or twice weekly. We will be looking for alternatives.

Cali L.

Yelp
Hungry people beware. Don't share the large lasagne with anyone. I love supporting my local restaurants but this portion size for $27 is out of my league. The box it came in was slightly larger than my iPhone Plus. So I gave this meal to my husband and I'm going to raid my fridge in hopes I can make a sandwich for dinner tonight. :(

Yelp
Amici's Redwood Shores CA Fri 02/11/22 © East Coast Pizzeria is in its title, so you know it's New York style! I came here to meet up with my guys, formerly locals who moved out during the pandemic. They were in town and this strip mall has easy access off 101 Holly Street exit. We ordered couple of pizzas, a salad, a minestrone soup, everything came out great. Spicy Southwestern Salad with crisp romaine, tomato, red onion, green pepper, Parmesan, cilantro, chicken, bacon, housemade croutons, Served with spicy Buffalo ranch dressing. (Full 15.75) Minestrone Soup, available with housemade rolls served upon request (7.75 a bowl), I skipped on the rolls! Minestrone of course brings comfort to my soul, a succulent bowl of goodness! Pizzas were plain cheese one and Amici's Combo pepperoni, with meatballs and bacon, sautéed mushrooms, sans black olives - I don't like these basic black olives, they usually have that canned aftertaste. I don't know what kind is used here at Amici's but in any case didn't want to risk to find out if they would turn out to be a gourmet type LOL. Wood fired ovens that you can see cook them to perfection! Absolutely no complaints! We were a bit busy, preoccupied with conversation and talking about business. Everything worked out for the best! *Yup. Bad, moon-walking, this here is our party, my posse's been on Broadway, And we did it our way! Favoloso! Yelp
Food is great but service has slipped. If you get Ingrid as your server, make sure you request a different one. She is very rude!! Luckily the manager interjected and made amends for the bad service.
google avatar

Arun N.

Yelp
You know what the good customer service is? When the business recognizes you and knows your name. I walked in to pickup food and Ingrid promptly said "Hi Arun, your food is ready"! I was wow'ed! Yes, I like this neighborhood eatery but this is just an icing on the cake! They just made a happy customer happier.. Someone give her a raise...! I am a business owner and employee such as her is haaaard to find...

My favorite pizza and pasta! Price is reasonable, and staff's friendly! My go to pasta- lasagna! The best!

Yelp
Amici's has always made great pizzas. I've been going since I was a kid, but didn't have much context about it back then. Now that I've had pizza around the world, I have better appreciation for how good this chain is. Pick up order review: Large Pizza with Pep and Sausage: Pretty good, though I think we ordered a little too in advance as it was a little bit dry on top by the time I ate it. Amici's pizza is all about the crust. It's just baked perfectly to get this nice mix of crunchy bready chew. Hard to explain, but they really get it uniquely right. BBQ Chicken Wings: Super tasty and moist wings. Garlic Bread: Perfect. Bread was soft rather than overly crispy and great flavor. Bread Rolls: Delicious as always. Overall I liked the order. I called an hour ahead and they said ready in 20 mins but I didn't get there till an hour later, so next time I'll just order 20 mins ahead. The main downside of Amici's is the prices, it's pretty high (this order came out to $80 or so, $40 of that being the pizza).

Carol C.

Yelp
We hadn't been to Amici's in Redwood Shores for several years. The place was almost empty on a week-night. The food is still okay, but definitely not worth the prices they charge. Our family of five had mini pizzas (which are small and just okay), one pasta, a family sized house salad (which was 99% lettuce and red onions) no drinks and our bill came close to $200. It's not a fun pizza place to take your family or soccer team--and it's definitely not a good Italian restaurant either. There aren't many choices in Redwood Shores and we won't be back to Amici's anytime soon-- especially when we can order better pizza for half the cost. We did have an attentive waiter, and appreciated that.

Yelp
Love their thin crust pizza and antipasto . Wish that they have one closer to home. Got their mushroom and pepperoni pizza with side spinach salad. Got to love their dressing, and with the basil over the salad is so divine!

T. W.

Yelp
Tasty food, friendly service. Dining room not cozy or too comfortable, a bit pricey, but a good solid meal. Portions aren't huge, very thin crust pizza, salad & pasta tasted like fresh, quality ingredients. We liked it and would return.

Yelp
Really love Amici's from the great Salas, appetizers and amazing pizza. Amici tried SoCal (La Jolla), but they closed which was a shame. Amici's has various locations in North California offering all types of Italian dishes, but the best item is the pizza. The pizza here is just right. They are on the thin side, and the pizza is just perfect. Friendly staff, fresh ingredients and prices than range from $$-$$$ depending on what you order. When I visit NorCal, I always drop in at Amici's.

Yelp
Amici's East Coast Pizzeria What makes a pizza an EAST COAST pizza, To find this out we came to Amici' East Coast pizzeria. This is where we learned that the East Coast pizza is a simplistic mix of traditional flavors, Classic Marinara normally as a base, but most importantly the crust. The crust, thin and crispy serves as handles for the GIANT slices the east coast is known for. You can find all this and more here at Amici's, with the open kitchen you can even watch your chef preparing your meal and smell as it slides out of one of their huge pizza ovens. Here's what we recommend. New Haven White Clam - Something you're not going to find in your local pizza chain, this beautiful pizza boasts Clams, Garlic, seasonings, olive oil, bacon, and eschews the traditional tomato sauce. Siciliano - A cheesy covered with Mozzarella, provolone, broccoli, house made Mild Italian Sausage, Slow-roasted garlic, hot red pepper flakes again eschew the traditional tomato sauce. Create your own - With dozens of options you can create hundreds of different combinations. The perfect pair to the pizzas is one of their many salads options The chicken Caesar is just as you'd expect, crisp romaine, slicked chicken breaks , house made croutons headlines this side. Antipasto Salad - Italian Salami, pepperoncini, whole kalamata olives, and mozzeralla added to their garden salad. To wrap up, you can't go wrong with a monster slice of either the JM Rosen New York Cheesecake, or the Tuxedo Cake. Now that we know what an EAST coast pizza is lets go down the list. Thin Crispy Crust? Check Hot out of the oven? Check Fresh Ingredients? Check. All this made for an incredible East Coast food Journey that was fun for the entire family. Bonus tip - Stop buy the redwood shores location if you can. The staff here are amazing. Carolina, the manager, with her staff (both human and robotic!) went above and beyond, not just for us, but for all the customers in the restaurant. - .

Yelp
All the food here is really good. I've eaten out and done take out for the service is great for both situations. Nice large clean store.. family style or walk up bar. I'll be doing takeout again tonight.

Yelp
The service is top notch! Gustavo helped me after Door Dash messed up and didn't check my order. I had to go into the Restaurant to get the food corrected. Gustavo was very polite and also gave me a free Tuxedo cake for the inconvenience. I will definitely keep coming back. The food is also reasonably priced, and very good.

Yelp
So we go there the day that it opens for indoor dining. The girl that is waiting on our table is nice and attentive. The food was ok. I have gone to the one in Mountain View and San Mateo and it was just a better experience. I ordered the Southwestern Salad. OK so it is supposed to have on it crisp romaine, tomato, red onion, green pepper, parmesan, cilantro, chicken, bacon, housemade croutons. served with spicy ranch dressing. SO I took a picture of it when it came out. Now you tell me? I mean honestly this was the full size, did not look much different in size than a small. And it was rather small to me. If I am going to pay 15.00 for a salad, I do not want to feel like I am being cheated. Take one of those bags at the store of pre made Southwestern Salad. IT was half that size and you can get that for like 4.00 and it had some additional cherry tomatoes. Would I go back and order the same, probably not. Was it bad, no not at all but not enough. Their complimentary dinners rolls which she brought out 3 were like hard. It tasted like day old. Good thing I was not wearing false teeth, they would of gone out flying, now that bread was not good. Other than that, the server was nice and the tables and inside were very clean. The food was good, but not enough and something seemed like it was missing. There was not very much chicken, more croutons than chicken. Next time, I will order something else. Below is a close up of the salad. I had to crop it so it looks bigger than it was.

Yelp
Have you heard that during these Covid-19 times that there's a shortage of pepperoni? Omg, say it isn't so! Well, thank goodness for Amicis and their awesome pizzas. I like their crust, I like their toppings, and they have great salads and great dressings too. Got the Amicis combo but without the bacon and substituted sausage. It was awesome. The spinach salad is loaded with toppings and their cheesecake is honestly simple yet 4 stars. Yes, you pay a little more than Round Table and those kind of chain pizza stores, but in the end it's worth it!

Love this place really authentic pizzeria and love their salads!!! Really fresh and the service is fast!

Yelp
penne with chicken and lack of meat sauce. I ordered delivery and got a meatball sub and penne pasta and paid extra $4 for meat sauce. They not only forgot my meat sauce that I paid extra for, it also tastes fishy and weird. I think they managed to sneak in some clam juice or something because it doesn't taste like normal. There's like 2 pieces of chicken in here that I also paid extra for. How do you forget the meat sauce??? I am so upset. The portion size is also so small for $22 dollars (not even counting the extra chicken and meat sauce I paid for). However they did refund me so that is good service on their part. This is very upsetting but please tell the kitchen to have some better communication.

Yelp
Amicis pizza never fails, always spot on with the small pepperonis and delicious dough! I asked them to warm the bread up tonight for us (free bread btw) and it was so yummy!

Yelp
We ordered the New Haven Clam pizza ( medium $35). Good for 2-3 people. Good flavor, nice thin crust. One of our go to favorites. Service 5:5 Ambience- casual atmosphere, plenty of tables at lunch, no waiting. Outdoor seating available. Plenty of parking.

Yelp
Think the food itself is decent, the pasta and pizza doesn't stand out, but is always good enough when you need it. Broccoli could have less lemon juice, but I think I got used to it. The cheesecake lore- apparently my old teacher and his friend went all around the Bay Area to find the best cheesecake, and they decided Amici's had the best cheesecake out of everywhere in the Bay. Shocked me because I had never tried the cheesecake at Amici's, but after I heard this, I had to try it. Very creamy and delicious, can understand why they rated it so highly. Only drawback is it could be too rich and sweet on a day where you want to eat light food. Would always order the cheesecake before and throughout the pandemic, though I haven't been here in a year or two.

Yelp
Absolutely terrible. Not sure why we continue to try this place out. Used to be a favorite years ago. I'm talking like 10 or 15 years ago, not sure what happened. First bad experience I ordered a pizza that came completely vegan, no adjustments needed. I drive all the way across the bridge (I got off work so this location happened to be closest to my route) and I open it to find they've given me a pizza with meat and dairy. What's the point of having vegan options if you cannot provide them when ordered? Last night my dad ordered a salad. Again, closest location to his route so he gets across the bridge. He's gotten the wrong order again. He calls, the employee says the manager was not in to correct the experience, he can expect a call within 30 minutes. Over an hour rolls by, never received a call. Nice "customer service." This place is way too expensive for the "service" they provide. The food is good when you actually get what you ordered, but how often is that?

Yelp
The pizzas are good especially the pesto pizza. The staff is always nice and friendly. It's convenient because I work close by.

Yelp
A little inconvenient location for me but I had to give it a try and when I ate the pan pizza it was delicious. Haven't had their pan pizza in a long time also the staff was great too when receiving my order. (Pic was pepperoni pan pizza)

Yelp
Great food but they once again forgot to include their famous salad dressing (and we ordered the large family size) no cheeses or peppers for the pizza and no blue cheese for the wings. Disappointed

Yelp
Wow! Really impressed with my first time delivery from Amici's! I never ate there before and noticed them on Yelp as a delivery service so I splurged and ordered quite a bit of food, mostly a lot of bread items, hahaha!! I ordered the Amici's combo pizza in size small, garlic breadsticks, artichoke salad and the lemony grilled wings! Everything delivered arrived in excellent condition and packaged nicely with all the dressings and condiments. I really loved the wings they were tasty! The garlic breadsticks are super buttery and addictive- beware you've been warned. The salad was great with all the ingredients very fresh and chilled, little chunks of bread included in this salad. I was really surprised to find loads of capers in this salad too! Yum! Pizza was great too, with smoky oven taste! Only item I didn't care for is their pepperoni, didn't like it. It all took about 40 minutes to receive after placing the order through Grub Hub on Yelp, so easy! The delivery guy was so nice, too. I will definitely order again! Give Amici's a try!

Yelp
Legit pizza experience! We came there Sunday night and had no problems with the place to seat. Servers were very friendly (big part of their stuff is Brazilian:) and our order came fast. I had kale and sausage small one and my husband One step beyond. We both were more than satisfied by the crust and the fillings of our pies. My pizza was perfect spice and pine nuts were an interesting detail about it. Probably I'd add there olives and cherry tomatoes to make it even more exciting(: Overall can tell that Amichi is one of the places where I'd like to come back
