Amid Summer's Inn Bed and Breakfast

This was one of the most fun 2 day stays ever. We stayed in the sir Francis drake room for our anniversary trip to cedar city. We were close to the Shakespeare globe -walking distance. And we were driving distance from many restaurants open late. Parking was spacious in the back of the building. Also a nice smoking area in the back. The room was clean tidy and beautiful. The bathroom was well stocked on toilet paper and other necessities. The owner was lovely and breakfast was yummy. We even bought a souvenir cup from the inn. It was a lovely trip. Only thing that was a bit weird we thought we had paid online when we made reservations but had to pay again at the inn at the end of our trip.

Our stay at this bed and breakfast was truly amazing! We have stayed at several bed and breakfast and this was by far the best! We had a "cousins" reunion and the outdoor covered deck was perfect for gathering and visiting. Everyone loved the breakfasts and all the special treats offered during the day. Our room was so beautiful and comfortable! These folks work so hard to meet all your needs! Great folks. Would love to have a cookbook with Starla's amazing dishes (hint, hint)! Thanks for a great time!

My husband and I stayed here for our 9 year anniversary and it was wonderful! The owners Gary and Charlene were incredibly accommodating and kind. We loved that we were within walking distance to the Shakespearean Festival and restaurants as well. Breakfast at Amid Summer's Inn was fabulous. The best B&B breakfast I've ever had! We were able to stay in the room Windsor Castle, it was beautiful and romantic. We will definitely stay again and would recommend this to our friends and family.

We stayed at the Amid Summer's Inn for a weekend getaway for my husband's birthday. We picked this B&B because it was walking distance to the theatre and, after reading reviews online - the breakfast! Well, actually my husband picked it and I approved after reading online reviews - but most of all, I read somewhere that if you wanted to bring children to call first. I really appreciated that there were no children the weekend we stayed - we were there the last weekend in September. Everything exceeded my expectations - our room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious! I liked the variety - I especially liked having breakfast with the other guests who were very interesting and friendly. The back porch was a wonderful place to chat and relax - the owners were welcoming but not intrusive. I also liked that there was a fridge in our room - we stayed in the Windsor Castle room which I would highly recommend. It was a perfect weekend and the inn - more than the festival - is the reason we will make this B&B a new tradition for my husband's birthday weekend.

We had a great experience here!! The owners are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was very clean and the ambiance was very nice. The breakfast was amazing! Starla cooks an amazing breakfast, and had lots of fresh fruit for us. Breakfast was ready exactly when we asked for it. They also had lots of yummy homemade treats out for us, and sent some home with us when we left. Can't say enough about our stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. When we checked in, they offered us a bigger room for our anniversary free of charge! It was so sweet and thoughtful and the room was great. Big jetted tub and king size bed. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the stuffed French toast with homemade coconut syrup and plum syrup was to die for. My favorite part of the stay was how the owners tell you to make yourselfs at home. They really care about your stay and make it very apparent! It was truly a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone!

This Bed and Breakfast is wonderful. Just last year, a lovely couple actually took over this bed and Breakfast, and the experience my husband and I had here was unbeatable. The rooms are beautiful, the couple is so inviting, and the food was spectacular. We spent 3 nights and each breakfast following was a fabulous spread of fruit, something sweet, something baked, and some protein. The main area was always open and inviting, where you could always get a cup of coffee, tea, or homemade hot chocolate. There was also always a homemade baked good of the day. I could seriously go on and on. I will never stay anywhere else when I’m in southern Utah. You couldn’t find a better place.

We just spent 3 nights here and it was soooooo great! The location couldn't be better - close to food, festival, and Main Street all in walking distance. Starla and Dennis just took over this B&B a few months ago and they have really done an excellent job! Our room was so cleverly decorated and organized. I don't know if all rooms have everything ours had, but there wasn't a single thing missing. The breakfasts were awesome! She had treats out midday, videos to use anytime, games, outside seating, and I could go on and on. Really, if you have the chance, stay here. You won't be sorry.
