Aminess Younique Lume Hotel

Tricky review. Would I go back to this hotel? Yes for sure. Views are stunning. Atmosphere is calm and dreamy. Nature is wild. Beach access is so easy. Staff is very sweet and do their best. However looks to me like it needs renovation, improvement of rooms, breakfast options and so on. Mostly I didn't sleep well at all because of the fridge noise (asked staff to deactivate and they did so this was great), AC noise and pillows. However I took it positively since I would wake up early and benefit from the surroundings. I also enjoyed the company of Blondy, the ever so cute ginger cat. All in all, experience was great but hope for definitive improvements.

Me and my family recently stayed at Aminess Lume hotel in Brna, and I have to say, I wasn’t expecting such an exceptional experience! Every member of the team was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and always being ready to help with a smile. The food at the hotel was another pleasant surprise. Each meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. I found myself looking forward to the next bite. The variety was fantastic, and the quality was top-notch definitely one of the highlights of my stay. And let’s not forget about the location! It was very calm and quiet a perfect place for people who want peace. The convenience of being close to the sea is everything it made our stay with kids even more enjoyable. Only one downside is that its not easily accessible with baby strollers, but we made it work. Overall, I wasn’t expecting this level of service and quality, but I’m so glad I found this gem. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family!

I came here with my partner and spent 9 glorious days. Shout out to the staff who made our holidays one of the best we've had so far. The location is magnificent: enclosed on the edge of a bay, the infinite view of the sea on one hand, and the lush green of the trees on the mountains on the other. Waking up everyday to have my morning cup of coffee sat on the balcony and admire the different shades of blue of the sea was bliss. The common areas of the hotel were always clean, and we had housekeeping every day to make the beds and replace the towels. Everyone at the restaurant was always helpful and polite. The solarium is ample, and there are always enough sun loungers to soak the sunshine. A plus for us was the fact that there wasn't sand on the "beach" (it's more like a platform), so there is less mess in the shower. The food at the hotel was actually quite good, we had half-board, which actually turned out to be really good price/quality. Although the town is not very big, it is close to Smokvica where it is possible to do wine tasting and wine tours if that is something you like. We are so happy we chose this place for our holidays, and I sincerely hope I come back in the future. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special.

My experience at Amienss Hotel Lume was absolutely great! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Marina and her male colleague were so helpful and kind! Thank you!!||The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable.||The location was perfect for exploring the area we visited Knight folklore in Smokvica, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and relaxing. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the effort the team makes to ensure every guest feels at home.||Food was also great, they made sure everyone has an option. It wasn't repetitive and it was fresh!||I’ll definitely be coming back and I hope they continue with this level of service — it really makes a difference. Highly recommended!

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed it. The proximity to the sea is wonderful. Room etc was all as it should be, self service dining room was good with range of good quality food. We would return.

Friendly staff, beautiful location, good rooms. Incredible views from the balcony and lovely clear waters. The village is right by the side of the hotel and there are a few nice restaurants and bars with 5 min distance. Also close to some bike trails

I recently visited the bar at Aminess Hotel, even though I wasn’t a guest of the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The service was incredibly slow, and I had to wait much longer than expected to receive my food. Even though the place wasn’t overly crowded, the wait time was excessive and frustrating. What made the experience worse was the unprofessional attitude of the waitress, Jovana. Not only was she indifferent to our presence, but she was also quite rude when we asked about the delay. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service in what is supposed to be a relaxing environment. The overall atmosphere was nice, but the lack of attention to detail and the long wait for food left me with a bad impression. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving both the service and the efficiency of the bar.

This Hotel is definitely not a 4* Hotel. The mattress and pillows are not comfy at all. The bathroom is extremely old. The AC and room fridge are extremely noisy; and it was really very difficult to sleep. On the bright side, the view was stunning from my room; and the hotel staff ate very nice and polite.
