A quiet Sunday evening had us sitting outside—a solid choice for our party of four. Most others had the same idea. Our waiter was efficient, quick with the menus and drinks, and gave us the right amount of time to decide. We went for a spread of appetisers and mains to share. The food came fast. The dishes leaned sweet, but it worked (at least for my palette). I’ve got to mention the fake candle—an electronic flicker that pulled off the same warm vibe as a real one. #### Highlight The "Steamed Dumplings with Pork in Chilli Oil Sauce." Peanut sauce and chilli oil—unexpectedly good, a real standout. #### Expected More The Dan Dan Noodles portion—too small. Maybe I’m greedy, but a bit more wouldn't hurt. Minor issues aside, it was a satisfying meal. So, until next time, keep exploring and keep tasting. Yours in food, H. Griboi

Excellent food. Slow cooking. Good quality. Waiter speaks English. Very nice and friendly. Simple design inside but clean. Good choice of vegetarian food. Tried vegetarian Dim sums and spicy Eggplant. Delicious. Just visited it today after a year. Same feedback. Awesome place. Delicious. Recommended.

I ordered wide rice rolls with shrimp and soy sauce (虾肠粉)a very common Chinese dim sum dish but unfortunately it was nothing like the traditional one you usually get. They were half the size of a normal portion, had other ingredients than prawn, and the consistency of the skin was a lot thinner too, so not worth the price (€6.50) at all :(

My first time here was 3 years ago and had amazing meal, remembered it as a good experience and something i was looking forward to go again in future. Then i tried it this week again, ordered similar and what a dissapointed. Food was so poor in taste : dumplings were falling apart , not fresh. Pork was dry and also tasted like it was made long before. All in all very expensive for what you get, dissapointing.

Food is great! It reminds me of a restaurant when we were in Hongkong 🇭🇰 its delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine. Highly recommend!

Authentic, quick and good value for money. I want to try other dishes❤️ was my last comment about a year ago....but when I came back recently, it was quite disappointing 😨

I am always impressed when everything that reaches the table is perfect! Once you enter the place you know that you will have a nice meal because the smell already gives it away! We had the mushroom dim sum, seaweed salad and 1000 year old eggs as starters. And all 3 were delicious, the seaweed had the perfect amount of spiciness and was very balanced.. the dim sum was fresh and delicious. For the main, I had the Dandan noodles, and it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be visiting again and trying more things from their big menu

Yelp
Very good Chinese restaurant for Dim Sum and noodles. I shared some Dim Sum with a friend and they were all tasty and properly filled. Then, I ate a very tasty and fulfilling bowl of (handmade) noodles. Service is rather quick, food is cheap and portions are generous: you cannot go wrong.

Yelp
Location is quite good. U4 is across from the restaurant. The space is tiny, so make a reservation in advance is suggested. Starter and cool appetizer dim sum went straight A. I would have given them a 5 star if only the dessert could have been much better. There's no topical dessert i.e. neither famous ice milk tea nor ice tea in this HK tea restaurant. Overall, bon appetite!

Yelp
Alas, I must give this place only three stars. We had an absolutely terrific experience with a large group of people a couple months ago. We were amazed, enchanted, and delighted at the quality of food for the price. I fell in love, I was so excited to have finally found my dim sum dream in Vienna. But... The second time was catastrophic. All of the dumplings were bland and falling apart. I noticed that an older gentleman wasn't in the kitchen this time but letting his hair dye set in with a big plastic cape on, reading the newspaper. This I found charming. Along with the no frills but warm ambiance, friendly service, and tons of fresh produce in plain sight, I was excited for my second meal. It flopped. I was sad. I went home and made my own damn dumplings out of rage. I've never come back since. I wonder now if the mysterious caped man was the master chef from our beautiful feast last time and we were now eating dumplings made by the line cook... Perhaps, but we will never know. Consistency is key so please, please bring back the magic chef and ask him to deliver every dish the way he did on that magical day in September. I'll be your biggest fan

Yelp
I go there so often. . When I am not eating there I order for a takeaway. Very reasonable priced and delicious dim sum, Choisum, beef noodles or grilled duck Peking style or honey dipped. They have flat tape noodles with beef and vegetables. Various styles of cold starters in cold meats and tofu. ..is a must.!! Cleanliness needs improvement so does the air circulation. Sometime your clothes reek of food smell..being cooked while you eat. But if you only care for one of the best Chinese food at the most reasonable price.... this is the place to be. 40€ including drinks for three and some unfinished to take home ....?

Yelp
This restaurant is very small and isn't looking very welcoming at first... But the warm smiles of our waitress convinced us to enter. And the food was definitely worth the try! Their specialty (the Dim Sum of course!) are indeed very good, the dough was perfect, the filling too with fresh veggies and whole shrimps inside! The rest of the long and quite untypical menu took us a while to read and then to choose, but our meals were very good too! Too fat for me I'm afraid, but the spices were perfectly dosed. I enjoyed my meal, even if I didn't expect to get a fish soup when I ordered fish and vegetables ;) As for the drinks, they have a lot of imported beverages from Asia. Beware though: if you arrive past 8pm, it might be full already!... It is quite successful apparently :)

Yelp
Went there once and my impression from that small restaurant near Naschmarkt isn't really outstanding. They have some really cheap dishes (tagesmenü), the food itself is ok. I think it was more oily than tasty though. The food itself wasn't the biggest deal for me, but rather the air inside the restaurant. The ventilation system doesn't seem to work very well there, which is why I could still smell all the Chinese food and the frying oil on all of my clothes after hours. 4 stars if you guys can fix this. Overall a good restaurant for cheap food, big portions and if you want to pay a little more, you can try some exotic stuff too (which I didn't try this time).

Yelp
What a disappointment this place was! The search is still on for a top-notch Chinese restaurant in Vienna. Okay - let's get to the food. The appetizer from the dim sum section of the menu was by far the best thing of the evening. It was a sprout and peanut filled (very small) dumpling. It came with no sauce however and there was nothing on the table. I asked for and received some soy sauce and chili sauce. My main dish is a Szechuan specialty - twice-cooked pork. It was so bland and lacking in spice and sharpness, it could have been made by a Russian babushka in Siberia. It is a rice dish in China but here you are charged extra for the rice. The pork was like leather ... seriously twice-cooked pork is not supposed to come out with a consistency approaching a beef jerky. The vegetables in it (well vegetable as it was only okra) seemed way past their fresh point. My friend got one of their noodle soups. I tasted it. Bland would be the adjective that I would use for that dish as well. There was barely any seasoning. I should say here that my friend is from Vienna and thought the noodle soup was excellent. I just smiled and said to myself "Whatever!" Service was scattered. Perhaps that was because the restaurant was busy. I won't be heading back to this restaurant. Can anyone on the European continent do an authentic Chinese restaurant with all their wonderful diversity of ingredients, spices and flavors?

Yelp
Sicher einer der besten Chinesen in Wien, dazu noch extrem günstig. Hat leider nur bis 21h offen.

Yelp
Very limited options for dim sum, but food was pretty good. Not nearly as good as I had hoped from the reviews here though.
