The two-star Amir Kabir Hotel on Naser Khosrow Street in Tehran is a convenient place for affordable accommodation in the center of the capital. My spouse, my son, and I stayed for seven nights in a triple room on the second floor without an elevator. The hotel does not have parking, so we had to park our car overnight until the next afternoon at a cost of around two hundred thousand tomans in the Naser Khosrow covered parking on South Sadi Street. The staff's behavior was very respectful. The overall cleanliness of the rooms was good. The facilities and cleanliness were acceptable for a two-star hotel considering its price. Apparently, a very old building has been converted into this hotel. The lobby with traditional decoration for spending time and having breakfast was very pleasant, overlooking the underground traditional restaurant. The hotel breakfast was the main weakness. In the first few days, an elderly gentleman named Masoumi would prepare warm breakfast items like sausages, lentils, hot beans, and omelets and manage the breakfast table well. However, in his absence on subsequent days, the only warm breakfast was egg and tomato sauce, which, like other items, quickly ran out, and no one refilled them.
