AMLI Wynwood

My boyfriend and I have lived at AMLI Wynwood for about a year, and it has truly exceeded our expectations. The building is not only beautiful, but the customer service has been outstanding. Any service request we’ve submitted has been handled quickly and with real care. We’ve consistently felt heard, cared for, and prioritized as residents — which is rare in Miami. As our lease approaches its end, we’re only moving to experience a different part of the city. We genuinely don’t want to downgrade on quality, which says a lot about AMLI. From the smart appliances to the modern, luxury finishes, this building really stands out. It’s actually been surprisingly difficult to find other apartments that match the same level of design, amenities, and reasonable pricing. We loved it here so much that we’re applying to AMLI Midtown next, just to keep the same quality of living in a new location. AMLI Wynwood has been an amazing place to call home, and we’re extremely grateful for the experience :)

Just wow! Alyssa and Leo must have gone to the Ritz Carlton school of hospitality! Their attention to detail is extraordinary. From the first tour to move-in day, every interaction was polished, thoughtful, and seamless. They anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, making the entire process effortless. Living at AMLI Wynwood is already a luxury experience, with amazing food just steps away. Great pizza, incredible Indian cuisine, and so much more all within a block.

From the moment I toured the property, I knew this was where I wanted to live. The entire AMLI team is exceptional—from the leasing staff to the concierge, everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. A special shoutout to Alex and Roman, who made my move-in experience seamless. They were quick to respond, super informative, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. One detail that really stood out? The welcome gift waiting for me in the fridge—ice-cold beer! It was the perfect touch after a long moving day and just another example of how thoughtful the team is. (Photo attached!) The rooftop amenities feel like a resort—you’re surrounded by amazing views and relaxing spaces that make it easy to forget you’re in the middle of the city. The property is always spotless and clearly well cared for. The apartment itself is beautiful. Modern appliances, a kitchen that’s truly a chef’s dream, and spacious bathrooms that feel luxurious. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—tons of restaurants, shops, and things to do all within walking distance. If you're searching for a new place to call home, this is it. Don’t hesitate to check out this property—you’ll be glad you did!

This building has amazing amenities, rooftop pool, 24/7 fitness center, multiple co-working spaces and private offices. The finishes in the apartment are stunning, most apartments feature an oversized kitchen island and top of the line Samsung appliances. The staff is amazing and extremely welcoming every time I bring clients. Leo, Alyssa, Roman and Alex are always very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire application and approval process. I’ll continue to bring many more clients in the future!

I recently visited my cousin in Miami and she just moved into AMLI Wynwood & WOW! The property is so beautiful. Her apartment was beautiful with luxurious finishes. The best part was all her neighbors were so sweet and the office team was so helpful! They even had so many events happening for the residents. They gave away breakfast, dinners, etc. you can tell they really care about their residents. The concierge and the managers Leo & Alyssa were so amazing. I’m so happy for my cousin and feel like she picked the perfect place. I can’t wait to be back to visit!

We recently moved to Miami from out of state, and working with Leo made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect — walkable, vibrant, and in the heart of everything Wynwood has to offer. We couldn’t be happier with our new home, and we seriously could not have done it without Leo.
