Worst Hotel Experience – Terrible Service and No Help
We were in transit waiting for another flight and booked a room at this hotel for just a few hours. Using Booking we booked Delux Room with the option of 2 adults. Unfortunately, Booking made a mistake and showed the reservation as being for 1 adult, which was clearly an issue with Booking website, as we had chosen a room for 2 adults.
Despite this, the hotel insisted on charging us extra for an additional person, claiming they charge per person, even though the room was already priced for two. They were unhelpful and refused to make any adjustments, even though the room had a capacity of 3 people (2 adults and 1 child).
To make matters worse, when we got to the room, there were no towels, no amenities, and only one bathrobe for two people. When we asked about towels, they said they were being washed and would be ready in 2 hours—completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that’s charging extra fees.
Considering we were only staying for a few hours and had no intention of having breakfast or using any other services, it wouldn’t have been an issue if another person stayed in the room. They took our money for two people but did not provide the basic amenities.
This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic services makes me strongly advise others to avoid this place. Terrible, just terrible.
