Worst Hotel Experience – Terrible Service and No Help We were in transit waiting for another flight and booked a room at this hotel for just a few hours. Using Booking we booked Delux Room with the option of 2 adults. Unfortunately, Booking made a mistake and showed the reservation as being for 1 adult, which was clearly an issue with Booking website, as we had chosen a room for 2 adults. Despite this, the hotel insisted on charging us extra for an additional person, claiming they charge per person, even though the room was already priced for two. They were unhelpful and refused to make any adjustments, even though the room had a capacity of 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). To make matters worse, when we got to the room, there were no towels, no amenities, and only one bathrobe for two people. When we asked about towels, they said they were being washed and would be ready in 2 hours—completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that’s charging extra fees. Considering we were only staying for a few hours and had no intention of having breakfast or using any other services, it wouldn’t have been an issue if another person stayed in the room. They took our money for two people but did not provide the basic amenities. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic services makes me strongly advise others to avoid this place. Terrible, just terrible.

The other reviews are accurate. Rooms are unclean and stink of smoke. Sheets are thin and have holes in. My phone and television were broken. Breakfast was revolting and the cold platters had clingfilm on which means it is reused. Despite it being included I only had a coffee. The worst aspect however is the service behind reception, who were cold and dismissive. They are in no way representative of Jordan as a whole, which is a welcoming and hospitable country, whose tourism industry is falling on hard times. The bellhop (who was given the wrong keys by reception), guy at the security gate and our shuttle driver were very friendly however. This hotel has a monopoly due to its location and without that it would go out of business. I regret giving them the benefit of the doubt; don't ignore the reviews.

Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs! This stay was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The service was appalling, the staff were rude and incompetent. The "breakfast" was a joke – stale pastries and sad-looking fruit. And our room? Disgusting! Hair everywhere, dirt ingrained in every surface, and to top it off, there was still poop in the toilet bowl! The air in the room was stale and disgusting. This hotel is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided at all costs.

“This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, but what shocked me the most was their dishonesty. They charged me 10 JD for a ‘free’ shuttle service that was advertised as complimentary. When I inquired about the charge, it became clear the money wasn’t even going to the hotel—it was being pocketed by the staff! When I tried to raise the issue with management, they were dismissive and completely uninterested in addressing the problem. The lack of accountability and blatant theft is appalling. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Not only is the service terrible, but you also have to watch your back to avoid being scammed by the very people who are supposed to be taking care of you. Absolutely disgraceful!”

Horrible hotel. We ended up here after our flight got cancelled. The room was very dirty. Small hairs on the sheets/pillows, the carpet was extremely dirty with traces of finger nails, a bad smell in the room while our window could not be opened, and the food was the worst I’ve eaten in Jordan. We’ve taken a taxi to the Amman city centre to have at least one good meal.

This Hotel is not good. The Service was adequate, but the hotel itself is gross. The entire hotel, including the rooms, smell like smoke. The beds and pillows are hard and almost unusable. The breakfast buffet is lack-luster without even small things like butter or jam. The furniture is old and tired and should have been replaced 5 years ago. It is very close to the airport, but is it better than sleeping at the airport?....Maybe.

The most putrid, unhygeinic and overall revolting excuse for a hotel on Earth. If you’re here due to an overnight stopover, which is probably the only reason anyone would stay here, just go through the visa process and get a respectable hotel. It’s better than catching hepatitis from this hell hole.

Very expensive to the level and standard service. People are good and polite however the service of rooms is very poor. And lacks some variety of teas and some herbal teas they only offer Nescafé and creamer. Restroom has no slippers and poor blankets and pillows. Breakfast cakes and bread are not fresh and not soft . Food has a very limited variety.
