My friend and I came for the bespoke lip mask and had a great time. The staff were so lovely and took us both at the same time, despite having consecutive appointments. They were very patient and the process was very easy to understand. They do want you to be punctual, so be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before to check in.

I came twice during my stay in Seoul. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with a cleansing area for your hands and face, setting the perfect tone for testing products comfortably. Sinks are thoughtfully placed throughout the store, making it easy to wash your hands and try even more. One of the highlights is the customization stations, where you can create personalized makeup products. I highly recommend booking the custom foundation and lip color matching services well in advance—they’re worth it! The pricing is reasonable, and the store offers great perks like free samples and discount codes. Whether you're a beauty enthusiast or just looking for a unique shopping experience, this place is a must-visit.

I made a reservation for the bespoke neo foundation experience and it was quite a treat! My specialist was Yeoneui. She was very sweet and helped me refine the color match to find my perfect shades for summer and winter. The robot that made my foundation color was entertaining to watch. After the color match they did a makeup and skincare service which left me glowing. Highly recommend this experience if you're visiting Seoul! Reservations do go super fast so I recommend booking on the dot at midnight to snag your slot!

The best showroom among all beauty groups on earth!!! It basically displays all the beauty brands under the parent group AmorePacific. Visitors can have fun testing all the products from skincare to makeup. The environment was clean and aesthetically designed. There were sinks and mirrors everywhere to allow customers to wash their hands and refresh themselves after testing products. Staff was very polite and they could all speak English. There were AI skin analysis machines and an area for creating bespoke skin serum. This place is more than a regular beauty store; it's a place for experiencing the AmorePacific brand in a comprehensive way.

Hard to get appointment and totally worth it! 30 min slot is a good time to have skin color analyzed, and I had options of few more shades being tried on my face. Cool robot made my customized cushion. Definitely fun experience that I highly recommend. The store itself is hip and cool, had to line up and they made me register in order to enter.
