I went with my schoolmates to Amped Trampoline Park and it was Awesome! We came here for our first day of camp
In the Trampoline Park, We played with the trampoline and the coach taught us how to jump high (i jumped like 3 time of my height cus i was kinda light!) he taught us how to land by bending our knees and putting our hands straight forward, he also showed us how to make shapes in the air like doing a pike, bring our knees to our body and others, we were quickly split into 3 different groups(Blue,Pink and Green) well i was in green team so i stayed at the trampoline area while blues go to ninja zone and pink to the game area. At the trampoline area we were given a challenge to put a square block in between our legs and jump over 3 obstacles (red and purple blocks, the red one is taller than the purple blocks) so we did a practice round and at first i did a Safety Vault and i kinda worked but i needed more boost and would be a bit hard to land my hands on the block as i am light as u know and would jump very high so i opted for just a high jump on that attempt i didnt jump far enough therefore i twisted my leg. So on the test where they time the team on how fast they are i surprisingly executed a perfect jump over the red block and did 2 safety vaults over the remaining 2 purple blocks. After that we could kinda of do what ever we wanted to so i wanted to know how to do a front flip but i havent trained at all so since time was vcery short as all 3 teams would rotate stations we just gave me tips on my flips to try to make it better so now i guess i did an ok job and just need to perfect some elements of it.
Next we went to the game area where there where table hockey, basketball games and the floors is lava! We played a 10 min round of floor is lava and got a score of 400+ points after that i played the table hockey with my friends and it was very fun i also joined my friends in playing the basketball game (more of assisting lol) so I just did that at the game area.
For the last rotation we have reached the Ninja zone.
We were doing a challenge where we see who has the fastest time for the obstacle course set for us, so i was last person to do the obstacle course and basically there are 8 buttons in the area and what u have to do is to press all of them while u are doing the course (acts like a checkpoint- if u dont press the one before the next button that button u are heading towards would not light up, make sure to hit the buttons hard as people fumbled with it because it doesnt detect the press) so when it was my turn, i had to run on a cylinder like object that is used as a connector for the starting block and the next block (if u fall off the cylinder or dont do it u will have a second added to ur time. So i just skipped that part as i know that i would take me longer than a second to complete that part and i quickly pressed the 2rd button next i had to jump side to side to blocks in front of me and soon i pressed the next button, now the ground between the 3rd and 4th button is "lava" so i have to climb over using the tyres on the side but as a sensible person i just jumped from the block which had the 3rd button to the block with the 4th and we are offically half way through the course next i jumped to the 5th button and need to go through the ball pit to get 6th button,I jumped in and without getting out of the ball pit yet slapped the button on top. I quickly exited it jumping 3 steps down and now this is the hardest part. I had to climb a tower and at the bottom i pressed the button and then climbed up using elastic bands that were blocking my way and made my way to the slide and slid down to press the last button. I was happy that I broke the record set by the other 2 teams and got 38 sec which was 14 secs better than the previous best timing. Lastly we played dodgeball with blue but since it was lunch time the pink team had already washed their hands and we played against the coaches.
This was truly a very memorable experience and I hope i would come back with my schoolmates to play here again!
Ty!
