The hotel looks great from the outside, but the rooms are not well-maintained. The TV was not working, and even the technician couldn’t fix it. The blanket had a bad smell, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the management needs to improve the room conditions to match the hotel’s appearance.”

We had reserved the Deluxe Shrine Mountain View room for 5 days! Upon arrival we waited for an hour for the room to be ready. First impressions, the aesthetic of the hotel is good, post asking for they served water. Pros: Big, spacious room and bathroom with Mata mountain view 24/7 hot water in wash basin and mixer tap, with shower in working condition Bathroom was clean Power cuts are minimal with immediate restoration Clean towels provided Double bed put together one huge spacious bed We got the room on the 4th floor which is ideally the 2nd floor, ground floor / reception here is 2nd floor, but nonetheless good view Right amidst the main market with access to eateries & shops Most of the necessities are at walking distance Cons: Room locking is meticulous we had a fight everytime with the door for locking or unlocking, bathroom and main door locks need maintenance Not one thing is maintained properly in the room - TV not in working condition, Kettle was dirty, Tea bags were not stored right, no coffee sachet, drawers dirty to use. Bedding torn could have been cleaner During our 5 day stay they did not even offer once to clean the room The heater had to be requested ( it is part of the package) Comode faucet water output very less Only 500ml water per person issued per day, that as well must be called and requested multiple times and turn around time of delivery is a min of 30-45min Everything on the menu is overpriced we did not try their food, so no comments 1ltr water at hotel is ₹40 buy from outside paying actuals ₹20/ltr The hotel nestles a wedding hall, there were two weddings during our stay. The music volume is very high and the windows in the rooms were vibing to it!! Very noisy until 1:30am - 2 am during which - DG goes until 12 am then packers are hustling You get light show as well in your room despite the blackout curtains Overall average stay with blessed Prime location and good crowd if the customer experience and room cleanliness are improved along maintenance of rooms and property this hotel / mall could thrive better.

Excellent hotel room are very excellent staff behaviour is very good parking facilities are available my opinion is out of 10 scale I give me 10 no very excellent

worst staff ever they play loud music in midnight and when i request called at receiption for slow down music then they party walon ne paise kharach kiye hai music band nahi hoga very poor staff

The hotel staff was a true replica of the word hospitality. They treated us with utmost respect and took care of all our needs including back n forth shuttles from banganga and guiding us with the yatra process. The rooms were quite spacious and tidy but can use a little renovation.

I attended a marriage reception party here, it was a nice experience.
