The store is very beautiful,lovely decor, helpful staff, good stuff. However, a good experience turned into very unpleasant one when my car got a parking Challan despite handing over the car to the valet. What kind of management is this? Amrapali is an expensive store and one doesn’t expect this when shop here. To top it all, the store did not bother to take any action. Disappointing indeed.

The store is wonderful and Ashmika was so attentive and helpful. It was an amazing prompt and great experience. Will definitely be back again soon.

Love the jewelry, hate the service I received from one of the older woman working here was extremely forceful and her lack of professionalism has made it difficult to purchase something. I would have loved to buy but I couldn’t stand the hovering and forceful attitude of the employee forcing me to buy something i don’t want to buy.

So disappointed with the service! I like their jewellery, and was there to buy a few things with my relative. While shopping, one earring went missing. The lady helping me out couldn’t find the missing earring, and accused me of taking it. She asked me to check with my relative who had left the store. Not surprisingly, the earring was on the next counter. I am astonished at the accusation, and the irresponsible way it was done! The duty was to check the store first, instead of accusing me. I am never shopping here again, and I’m going to tell my family and friends the same. When I told the manager, they apologised, but it did not seem genuine. So terribly disappointed!

Beautiful collection, silver goods once bought won't be exchanged later for Amy other purchase. The collection of gold is quite stunning. Those of you are Baahubali fans like me can glance through or pick up the lovely neck pieces and other goodies clubbed under Amrapali Tribe. Happy shopping ☺
