"Last spring, Singer Island in South Florida welcomed the long-awaited Amrit Ocean Resort and now, the hotel’s Amrit Wellness & Spa has debuted. I don’t judge a business based on what you do when everything goes right but how you handle a situation when it’s doesn’t. When we checked in there was a few issues but the manager took the time to acknowledge the issues, was honest with us on what happened on their part and worked hard to make it right. They have earned our business and we will be returning with friends since we are local to the resort. Honesty, accountability and follow through to make it right goes a long way for me. We will be back and I might bring my annual conference to the great event space I took a peek at while I was at the tiki bar.

We went on our anniversary trip here in 11/2024 and it was fantastic. We did the couples massage and enjoyed every second of it. The food and drink service we had no problem with, I see others complaining of their service but we had a great time and would totally go back. The spa was amazing with different circuits to do depending on treatments you want.

Thank jeebus I trusted my gut and made the trip here. Wife and I had been feeling burnout from work and decided on a staycation. This resort is immaculate, extremely peaceful, food is great, the butternut squash risotto and mushroom pasta were amazing, and the service has been over the top good. Super excited to try the cocktails, as the drink menu looked 🔥

We stayed at Amrit Resort over the weekend with our family and honestly had such a great time. The resort is beautiful and super peaceful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel really welcome. Everyone was friendly and helpful without being over the top. We spent most of our time by the pool and beach. Everything was clean and well kept, and it was really easy to get chairs and towels whenever we needed. The kids loved it, and so did we. It just felt really easy to relax. We had dinner one night at the restaurant and it was really good. The food was fresh and tasty, and service was great. Nothing felt rushed, we just got to enjoy the evening. Overall, it was the perfect little getaway for us. We left feeling relaxed and already talking about when we can come back. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a chill spot with great vibes.

Amrit Ocean Resort in Riviera Beach is truly a slice of paradise. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, modern, elegant, and so comfortable. The spacious balconies overlooking the ocean are breathtaking, offering the perfect place to relax and soak in the beauty of the Atlantic. Every single person I encountered, from the valet to the front desk to the spa and wellness staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring.||||The spa is beyond luxurious, with every detail designed to create a sense of serenity and renewal. From the moment you arrive, the service is impeccable.||||I’d especially like to recognize Ricardo at the front desk. His personable, friendly, and welcoming manner is in a class by itself. He immediately made me feel at home and set the tone for the entire stay. In the spa area, Zach stood out as well, so accommodating, kind, and centered that just being around him brought a sense of calm.||||Amrit Ocean Resort is more than a hotel. It’s an experience of luxury, wellness, and heartfelt hospitality. I can’t wait to return.

My partner and I decided to take a weekend vacation and we booked the Amrit resort, Which is supposed to be a beautiful 5 star resort Right on the ocean. Unfortunately, it was not the relaxing upscale experience that we were hoping for. You have certain expectations of a 5 star resort, and they were definitely not met. -This “resort” , Which should be just called a ‘’Hotel”, was definitely Not 5 stars. It is more like a 3.5 star Experience. I would say the biggest issue is that this hotel is severely understaffed. It’s almost like a ghost town there. There was only one pool attendant, and there was only one beach attendant. So after walking all the way to the beach, you have to set up your own chairs and grab your own towels, and anytime you need water or drinks, you have to go and walk all the way back to the attendant desk. Which makes the beach experience more exhausting -Initially, they booked us in the wrong room. We brought our bags up and realized it was not the correct room and we let them know. They said they would bring up the key in 15 minutes or less so that we could move to the room next to us, and it took them at least 45 minutes, and I had to call down twice. -There is only one restaurant at this hotel, which is completely absurd. I don’t know how you’re supposed to stay at a resort for multiple days and eat at the same place every time. -The food at the restaurant and the room service food was literally disgusting. They charge us $140 for breakfast and every item was wrong, they forgot half of the items, and the food was either bland or not what I ordered. The coffee was bitter and watery. -The Lack of restaurants and gross food and coffee wouldn’t have been Such a big issue if it was in a better location. But the resort is in a pretty excluded location, so there’s no restaurants or coffee, shops, or bars that are walkable or even a short Uber away. -There were a lot of things that were either missing or broken from our room. They were small things, but they started to add up. There was no clock, the bathroom exhaust fan was broken, two of the lights in the room were broken, there were no slippers in the room, our fridge was broken, there was no tea and little to no sugar/sweetener/cream. Among a few other things. -They charged us for an extra night, which we had to eventually call them to OK take off -Anytime we asked for something to be brought up to the room, it would take 1 to 2 hours and we would have to call multiple times.. -there is no mini bar or snacks in the room, even for purchase. And there is no place in the hotel to buy any snack, snacks, so you literally have to go to the store to buy any snacks or drinks you want for your room. Which is pretty ridiculous. -All in all, it was not a great experience and it is not a place that we would ever return to. If it was cheaper and it was presented and labeled as a 3.5 star resort, people could adjust their expectations better and maybe not be so disappointed.

***Update: 10/7/25. The response from the management below is completely for show. Read some of the other reviews about how incredibly dismissive and short-staffed they are. He said to contact him. I sent two emails plus called Dylan Rogers and he's never responded. What an absolute joke. Boutique wellness-centered contemporary beachside hotel on Singer Island. Some aspects were nice, including the views, the common areas, and newly renovated rooms, but several service issues detracted from the experience. It started out great with Tatiana welcoming us in such a professionally friendly manner. We were excited. But then things turned. We were told the morning coffee station was to be up at 6 a.m. It wasn't even once during our stay. One day as late as 7:20. The staff member setting it up was uninterested in our frustration. Ordered a fruit tray for room service. They asked if we had any allergies. "Yes, mangos." Fruit plate comes up, what's on it? Flipping mango. Almost resulted in a trip to the ER. Stood in front of the café for 10 minutes, on another occasion, to buy pastries and coffee. No attendant and inquiries into two other staff members (one lady running the adjoining bar, another a gal from the massage place who came to get her own coffee) produced no attendant. Finally, one came, and she casually said she was downstairs. Not interested in such lax service at what was supposed to be a high-end hotel. The place had very few people staying here, yet they were drilling incessantly in the room directly above us. You couldn't hear yourself think, let alone stay relaxed. With so few people staying here, why not work above the rooms with no guests and then rotate? It's a competitive market with lots of great hotel choices. Disregard the service side to your reputational demise. Let's see how they respond, but at this point, I'd probably not stay here again.

I celebrated a milestone birthday last weekend with several friends and family. The group included all age groups, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Several slept overnight. We experienced the beach amenities, pools, jacuzzi, cabanas (with food and drinks) and restaurant. We didn’t have time for the most impressive part — the four floors of spa and wellness — but several of us are planning to return.

Yelp
Stayed here during a trip to West Palm Beach for a concert get away weekend. The staff were very warm and welcoming upon arrival. The lobby is elegant, well lite and had that very luxurious feel to it. The rooms were top notch with all the bells and whistles one would expect from a 5-star hotel. What sets this hotel apart is the amenities.. if you like to exercise/yoga/run on your vacations, then this is the place for you, as no expense was spared on the fitness area. The spa area was only partially open, but we were able to schedule a couples massage. The experience was fantastic and exactly what one would expect at a hotel of this caliber. There were many other spa options (make sure to read about them) that were not available at the time of our stay, as we stayed knowing the spa wasn't 100% available. I believe they are all fully available as of now. I would highly recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for that spa retreat type of experience. Also the Atlantic Ocean views are amazing, along with the pool.

Yelp
Where to start, booked Friday night knowing I was arriving Saturday morning. Wanted my room ready. Called the night before to remind them I'm coming in the morning. Room was never checked in. I booked a Deluxe oceanfront and was given an accessible unit. I called to make sure I didn't tie up a handicap unit. Reservations says it's just a bar in the shower. I said I understand but I don't feel right tying up a handicap unit. They said they moved me to the same unit. I got my confirmation and I was down graded to a king ocean view for the same price! The reservation agent said they could fix it at the resort. Shocker, no units available! I go to breakfast after waiting for my food for a hour. I asked what the situation was? No one submitted my order. After a hour and 30 mins I get my food. It's wrong. It's missing ingredients and cold. I go to the beach. They are out of towels. I go to the pool, they are at of towels! This is 12 noon! There's no towels for any guests at the pool or beach!!! I'm waiting for a package it arrives at the resort at 1pm. I try to collect it it's not available. I show them who and what department signed for it. It's 5:30 pm still haven't received my package I needed by 2 pm. I go to the front desk the line is 15 people. Everyone is trying to get a room. I watched them giving people the wrong luggage. The guest says this isn't mine. They literally said go in and get yours!! This is the poorest run resort, the worst service, no one wants to do anything. I'm checking out early and honestly I don't care I get money back I just want to enjoy my vacation. Do not stay here. Worst resort I've ever been to. Let me remind you all this has happened from 8am to 5:30 pm Saturday I haven't even stated the night!

Yelp
Beautiful resort by the ocean. We came to eat at Tula and loved everything about the resort starting from the grand entrance, the beautiful lobby and the balcony outside wit gorgeous ocean views! We loved the specific scent the lobby had that lingered with you after. The food was excellent with lots of flavor. The staff was very professional and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
This resort is absolutely beautiful. Exceptional standard with almost everything - even the bathroom fixtures are very high end. From the moment we arrived this week, we have been pampered. The staff here is very nice and attentive. AND the spa is the best that I have ever seen, and trust me, l've seen many. The beach and water are also gorgeous - the hotel area is located beach front. We love this property and will be back soon!

Yelp
A beautiful hotel and spa! The rooms were very well appointed and spacious. The spa and fitness area were excellent with one of the best resort gyms I have used. My only complaint is the hotel restaurant, Tulas, was disappointing. The filet was very dry and tough, service was very slow.

Peter M.

Yelp
poorly run facility. not even close to a 4 seasons. this place is not quality at all. the management is dishonest and inexperienced. . Staff is constantly leaving. turn over is a very bad sign of service levels. If I could get my money back I would.

Liz S.

Yelp
The resort is beautiful but they need new staff. The website is deceiving. They don't have coffee until 7 am. Only one restaurant. For the amount of money spent not worth it. I left early it was a complete disappointment. I asked the front staff if they had details on the facility and spa they told me to go read the website

Yelp
I just had lunch at the brand new restaurant located at the Amrit resort on singer island. The prices are so reasonable and I had a delicious lobster roll with real pieces of lobster, salad, and complimentary vegetable humus and bite side Gouda slider. The views are amazing. The only place I know in palm beach county with amazing views of the ocean with the best views of the ocean. They are opening their wellness center spa soon and that will be the first of its kind in the county.

Yelp
Wow wow!! What a hidden gem! We are here for the soft opening! Yes, there is still some small things to be done but, overall the hotel is amazing! We got 2 rooms. 1 double beds for kids and king bed for us! The staff is kind!

Rick B.

Yelp
We are staying at the Amrit Ocean Resort as I write this review. Words cannot express how beautiful and luxurious this brand new beach resort is!!! We normally stay at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach, which is nice, but this place is much nicer. And the Wellness Spa is unbelievable -and life changing. We travel often and always stay at 5 star hotels - this meets/ beats that standard - you will be very happy here!

Yelp
We were Gulf Coast evacuees due to hurricane Milton. We brought our 2 dogs and headed out mid-day 10/9 before the hurricane arrived. All less expensive hotels were already full so we made a reservation at Amrit Ocean. We checked in and went to our room. It was nice, good view and bed was comfortable. All balcony furniture was brought in so the room was very crowded. Pet exercise area was ok, but not lit up at night (had to use cell phone flashlight). At around 2am I awoke to water dripping and discovered it was condensation from the ceiling A/C unit. I called the front desk to report, but was told that there was no one there to fix it at night. By morning, the paint was sagging and the towel I put on the floor to sop it up was more than soaked. When checking out, I noticed that we were charged $400 for our 2 dogs. I was never told of such a high charge for pets, nor was I presented with the Pooch Policy waiver to sign. Their pet policy did not state that the $200 charge was per pet (see photo). It cost more for us to have our 2 dogs than it cost for the room (which was on discount for FL residents). I paid the bill and decided to challenge the charges later. After talking with Mr. Woodson (manager?), I was offered a refund of $200 for one pet fee and $35 for valet charge. I argued that I had not signed the Pooch Policy waiver and did not think I should have to pay even $200 for bringing the dogs, but he said no. Also the price of the room was for a room in good condition and this one clearly was not with the constant dripping most of the night. I would not recommend bringing pets here, and I would seriously recommend reading reviews before booking. We did NOT have a good experience here.

Julie K.

Yelp
If you are lucky enough to come here it's quite a treat! I hope to come back when the hyperbaric chamber is open! I hope!!!! Grateful I had the night here everyone who works here is amazing

Yelp
What an amazing experience we had here at Amrits. Beautiful resort, incredible view. Such a relaxing time. Wonderful staff, especially the Bartender Jenevieve. She is an amazing hostess. She showed us around and really made us feel at home and comfortable. Just an excellent time. Can't wait to go back

Yelp
beware! they run out of money. layoff workers. not finish constructions. health inspecter violates. not stay open for long.
