Is a high turnover because Vero the QC is very mean and bossy...she thinks she owns the place. Honestly you have no support from your on-site or supervisor, I don't understand why higher management allow that! When someone doesn't like you they tend to make your life miserable, and don't understand why the supervisor protects her so much? Usually the meanest people are so envious and rare cases they are not legal...figure that one out!
