The food is ok, fast service and good ambiance. The price still acceptable, 4 of us spent 5 mio. They also provide degustation menu, very interesting. Msybe next time i will try that menu. One more thing, they have good wine list. We had good time. Recomended place to go.

The Best fine dining French restaurant in Jakarta By Chef Gilles Marks. I absolutely love the black and white truffles here. The pan-seared foie gras is incredibly fresh, and in my opinion, the best in Jakarta.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Prices reflect the amazing service. The food quality is better than 99% of all the restaurants I have eaten at. Would highly recommend. If you want to make an impression with visitors, take your guest to this place. Everything we ordered was top notch.

4.3 / 5 I had lunch here last month and tried their set menu, which included four dishes. The asparagus starter had a sauce that was a bit too sour and somewhat imbalanced in flavor. The prawn soup was decent. For the main course, I had the pork. While the sauce was good, the skin was sticky kind of rough and difficult to cut. As for dessert, I initially wanted to order something else, but it was sold out, so I ended up with the chocolate dessert. Unfortunately, it was quite ordinary and not particularly recommendable.

First of all... I am not really into french cuisine, but i will try to put a just review for this one. This is a fine dining restaurant, so make sure you wear a proper outfit to dine in this place Food (4.5/5) Even i am not really into a french cuisine, but somehow i kinda enjoy their menu. The platting/presentation are really beautiful and instagrammable (if you are a person who love to post). Taste are also great. I ordered for set menu of Amuse Bouche Surprise and it comes with: Le Barramundi Mariné à Cru, Le Foie Gras de Canard Poêlé, Le Filet de Flétan, Le Filet d'Agneau, Le Tarte Tatin, and Les Mignardises (pictures attached) Price (4/5) I think for the price is quite worth it. It cost me around IDR 1,7M for two persons Service (4/5) If only the wine server do it better, i think i will put 5/5 for the score. The thing is, i was asking for a wine recommendation that suits for the menu that i ordered. But the server throw it back at me with numerous of choices. I was asking, since i wanna see on how good he will pick a suitable option for us and for the menu Atmosphere (5/5) It really suits for a fine dining french restaurant. And you can also pick this restaurant as a place for celebration. I've been to plenty of fine dining restaurants, and I thought Henshin was the best I'd ever been to. But then I discovered Amuz, and it totally blew me away! The balance between the ambiance and the food is just perfect. Sometimes you find a place with a great atmosphere but mediocre food, or amazing food but an uninspiring setting. But when I stepped into Amuz, I was genuinely impressed by the atmosphere, service, and food—it was all top-notch! Even the welcome bread was outstanding. Usually, restaurants don’t pay much attention to the quality of their welcome bread, but Amuz did it right. I highly recommend trying it with the tomato butter. The chef was so kind and even gave us some cheese puffs—absolutely delicious, even though it was complimentary! I wanted to ask for more but felt too shy, so I just savored every bite slowly. Since I was celebrating my birthday, I took lots of photos there, and the staff even helped with that! Their attentiveness and politeness really touched me. I’ll definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Amuz Gourmet, a renowned fine dining French restaurant in Jakarta. I opted for their exquisite five-course dinner set, which included an amuse-bouche, a starter, two mains, and a dessert. From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by the upscale ambiance. The luxurious interior design, featuring elegant furniture and sparkling crystal, exuded sophistication. The attentive staff were always visible and ready to cater to our needs. The experience began with an amuse-bouche, a delightful creation by the chef that combined salmon with a unique cookie base. For the starter, we tried both options: the burrata and the yellowfin carpaccio tart. While both were excellent, I particularly enjoyed the burrata. For the mains, we indulged in freshly shaved black truffle over angel hair pasta in a light truffle cream sauce. The chef shaved the truffle right at our table, creating a memorable spectacle. We also savored the grilled Japanese Wagyu A4 sirloin and the barramundi amandine. The portions were surprisingly generous, leaving us quite satisfied. For dessert, we enjoyed a rich Valrhona chocolate mousse and an Irish shortcake with raspberry mousse. Both were exceptional, providing a sweet and satisfying end to our meal. Overall, our dining experience at Amuz Gourmet was truly special and luxurious. The quiet, elegant atmosphere made it the perfect setting for a memorable evening. I highly recommend it for any special occasion.

It's my second time here. The first time was for anniversary dinner, everything was superb. The second time is during lunch for a lunch meeting. I totally recommend to visit this plc for dinner instead of lunch. The vibe is totally different. For dinner we order alacart menu (which def more expensive), for lunch we ordered set course menu (three course for 425++) What I love: Pre-appetizer (idk what's the term) & welcome bread -> very good Appetizer: Asparagus, Escargot Main course: Baramudi, Steak (french fries was amazing) What I don't recommend: - Dessert: the cheese cake was a bit dry, the chocolate was just okay (the ice cream on the side was very good tho), sorbet was too strong (too sour & sweet) to my taste - Cappucino - just an okay coffee I'm giving rating 4 bcs I just don't think it's worth the price. For the price, I expect more quality
