Amy's Place Bar & Grill

First visit hence 4 Stars!! Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, not busy initially, picked up more before heading out. Choice of seats in the bar area and booths on The Den side, waitresses were friendly and attentive without being too much. We had the Baked Cod and Mt.Tom Meatloaf, ordered the Cauliflower App, enjoyed everything!! Parking in the area can be an adventure but you can usually find a spot. Second visit was Cornbeef and Flatbread, Another great meal, caught some football action as we dined!! 👍👍👍👍👍

Amy’s Place does not miss. The burger is insanely good - juicy, perfectly cooked, on a soft toasted bun with crispy tots on the side. Comfort food done right. The birria taco special? Next level. Tender, flavorful, crispy, and dipped in rich consommé. Absolute standout. And the martinis are strong, smooth, and perfectly chilled. Great food, great drinks, zero complaints. I’ll be back.

Fun neighborhood bar and grill vibe. Always good service and food. Can be noisy when it's busy but busy is a good sign! The food is worth the wait and always rotating specials.

Food was ok, we went there because it was the only place open on a Sunday for lunch, we were going to an anti-ICE protest to honor the spirit of Reene Good, murdered as she encountered ICE agents after dropping her children off at school. Wait staff were pleasant and efficient. But the atmosphere was 70's redneck bar. Too loud football all around us and some not really that friendly stares from other patrons. As my friends left, pumped for the rally that lets us feel good about our constitutional rights, they were assaulted by ignorant, cracker comments. The owner/manager came over to "escort" them out but he escorted the wrong group. Freedom of speech is the most important and inalienable right we have in this country. When you cannot even go grab a burger and a drink before exercising that right in an Easthampton establishment, things are so very wrong. If you have a conscience and a heart and a sense of right over wrong, I would not visit this establishment in fear of being violated.

Updating review since it's been a few years since we'd been here. Cocktails are out of this world, lots of great martinis and fantastic beer selection. Chicken tenders are really, really good. Chili is solid, real beef, not hamburger. Beef stew in a bread bowl was also very good. Had the turkey sandwich recently, not the greatest for the price, but ok. The prices on food are a little on the high side, but the drink prices are lower than lots of other places locally. Fantastic, friendly service. Great drinks and beer selection. Food is solid. Nachos are huge and awesome.

What a great place for a drink or food. Very friendly staff, clean and organized. Food was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this hidden gem of a pub.

We have not been there in years never was really friendly went in there at 9:00 for a beer The owner gave us a snarly look after we had one beer she said Do you want to pay not do you want to have another drink always rude never inviting. Very sad for the city

The latest review by 'Liz T' is one of the dumbest things I have ever read. I am a progressive, and I've eaten at Amy's many times. How absolutely ridiculous to sit there and try to sow political division in our community. There are many different types of people who live here, and discrimination is never okay. Yesterday, there were several absolutely normal families, a gay couple, a trans person, and your regular bar-goers. Would it be okay for Amy's to turn those folks away because a Trump lover cried about it on Yelp? Grow up. Anyway, Amy's has some of the best boneless wings I've had in a long time- it's so rare to find ones that are not pre-frozen or just full of cartilage. Their French onion soup is always a winner, as well. I think the atmosphere is pretty cozy, and there's always a game on if you're into that sort of thing. Either way- Amy's is a great local, American, community restaurant that really reminds me of the kinds of restaurants I used to go to when I was a kid. We'll be back for sure!

The food is good and even inventive: a plate of nachos with barbecued chicken and mango sauce; creative sandwiches, etc. There are menu options that work for the day when you want to eat something healthy and the days when you want to eat like like there is no such thing as nutrition, and if you were to hear rumors about it, you wouldn't care. The beer list is a rock solid curation of high-quality regional craft beers and the cocktail menu is quirky and fun. I'm not the sort of person who drinks martinis that taste like cookies but that's super fun for some people, and I appreciate the diversity of choices that appeal to a wide range of people and their particular moments in life. I had a cocktail made with grapefruit juice that actually tasted identifiably like fresh grapefruit juice. The service was kind, attentive, pleasant and professional. The ambience was casual and easy going, and the place was clean and welcoming. So it is regrettable that having just discovered this perfectly nice place I will never set foot in there again. They serve Trumpists wearing Trump-fawning t-shirts. If that bothers you, you should not eat here. We moved tables, still couldn't bring ourselves to eat, packed our uneaten food, tipped well, knocked back the remaining beer, left a hundred dollars lighter, and will never return.* People can and do refuse to serve fascists. This business choose to serve them. Spend your money as you wish. * Yes, that's pricey for lunch but that's on us. We went out to have fun. It was a hard week. The prices were reasonable. We had cocktails, beer, an appetizer and an entree. Frugal people who aren't quite as desperate for a little fun could get away spending less, on the other hand, you may have to eat it looking at this guy.

Food service and ambiance is all great. just your good old classic bar and grill. The mixed drinks are also made very well.

We recently visited Amy's Place in a party of 7. We were impressed with their cocktail menu which had an interesting variety to pick from. The waitstaff was very attentive to our needs. My only critique is that the dining room was echoey.

Great place to take a couple of friends, have some drinks and share some bites. Kinda felt like a 99 inside, comfortable and familiar. Will post some menu pics and specials pics. Will be back, have heard they do a great breakfast here.

First And For Most the Staff greeted us with Smiles... With the Long Drive Strange Day we had!!! The Owner, Amy was our server and the other Staff were helpful and talked about the area which was a full of charm. Literally the sun came out when we got into town and we sure as hell needed it!! Started with a mango pineapple margarita my son had a nice cold Coke and then the meal just every bite was awesome the people were awesome nice chill atmosphere loved the outside back patio private comfortable no frills just good food and good people thank you to the great staff and Resturant it was a beautiful day trip!

I was just waiting outside with people from Long Island, New York that were visiting and we did not knew that we could not wait for our ride in the main road. A customer from Amy's place came out and start yelling at us that we were stupid and could not wait for rides in front of the place. In our group there was a 16 year old girl out of town. I don't think that customers are friendly there and this is why I lack interest in even going there. Not bullying or any type of verbal abuse should be allowed. Not appropiate to call people stupid when they are out of town and do not know the rules of the town. Not a place with welcoming customers.

Great buffalo chicken nachos. Fries were crispy and great ranch. Average service but place was pretty packed on a Saturday afternoon. We sat on bar side but there was a dining room on other side. Good options on menu

We loved Amy's Place, but were slightly confused as the windows said "Ray Ray's".. So jury is out on where we actually were. However, it's the perfect local bar. We stopped by on a Thursday night - not too crowded. Had some beer with these nachos (which were incredible BTW - best I've had so far in Western Mass). They had a pretty decent list of local beers on draft. We were so pleased with the nachos that we ordered a burger as well. The burger was DELICIOUS. We were very impressed as we had low expectations for the local pub vibe. We will definitely be back to Amy's Place

Here at Amy's you can taste the love and the care that goes into this amazing restaurant. I went here and was absolutely blown away by how delicious their Mac and cheese was, and don't get me started with how delicious their Brussels are. Amy's is an amazingly gifted restaurant. Here you feel so welcome and are presented with such nice and kind waiters. Amy's is a very special restaurant and I absolutely adore this place with all my heart. Whenever I come I am always looking forward to it. I hope you come here because you will not regret it.

After a full day of Traveling from NorCal to Boston followed by a painful 3 hour drive we eventually stumbled upon this gem. The atmosphere, the staff, even the other patrons were amazing. Specialty drink selection is nice, large variety of craft beers to go with the standard run of the mill beers. I've got to get better at taking pics but the Southwest egg rolls were on point. I had Rays Roadhouse Burger, cooked perfect, tasted amazing. Wife had the wings, sauced with their custom made honey bbq sauce. Perfect amount of tang to compliment the sweet. A true gem of an outfit. So nice in fact it's a hard debate whether to venture out to find more options while we're here, or keep coming back. Leaning toward coming back. Good showing Amy's.

Went in on a whim and we were very happy. Your usual pub setting but the food was great and the portions were good too. No issues with service, prices weren't bad either. We'll be back!

Just come here for the crispy, hot and tasty southwest egg rolls. Great stop in while in easthampton. My favorite choice in the surrounding area for bars! Have fun :)

Time travel back a few months ago and you'd find me here for the first time downing Jameson and Ginger Ale after Jameo and Ginger. Surprise! I found myself at yet another bar, post a long shift at work one night. I'd gotten there pretty late so I didn't really have time to order any food but that was okay as the party I'd joined had some. The bar was packed that night, don't remember what day of the week it was but I do remember it was snowing and that didn't stop people from continually walking in. And I don't blame 'em. Drinks are strong and the staff is very nice. I ever find myself back up that way come night time I certainly see myself occupying a bar stool for some more drinks!

So, it's gotten a lot better since the first times I've been here. I gotta say that the nachos are done really well. Most of what I've heard is that the appetizers are better and more interesting than the entrees. I have to agree with that assessment. Overall, tho, it's good food, reasonable prices, and good staff. I like that I can call ahead, and go pick it up. I live a block or so away, so it's nice and convenient. I like the split between the bar and the restaurant. It makes each one of these better. Honestly, I think that this place would be improved if they offered delivery...

I went here with a friend for drinks after realizing the bar we wanted to go to wasn't open yet-- it was an early night for us haha. However I was well satisfied with their drink special-- a chocolate peppermint bark martini, and she was happy with her beer and fries. It definitely seems like a typical neighborhood bar, but our waitress was friendly and checked in with us often to make sure we were happy.

Everything here is good. I haven't had anything bad, but we dont come much unfortunately. The tater tot mountain is absolutely amazing!!! You have got to get it. Recent visits have been a little scary for me because I have some social anxiety and since it is all open after renovations, it is SO LOUD! I couldnt hear anyone at the table so that was a draw back because having any conversation was difficult.

Service was great! Honey Mustard Wings were great! Atmosphere was welcoming! Came here after a bad customer service experience at Riff's and left happy.

My husband wanted to go here because he had been recently and raved about the hot chicken sandwich. I was game and so glad we went. Place was busy which was a good sign. Waitress was pleasant and service was good. We got the buffalo chicken tenders to start, they were super crispy and flavorful. Yum. We both got the hot chicken sandwich except I had it with sweet potato fries instead of regular. It was excellent. I've had hot chicken in Nashville and I would say it definitely competes with that! Will definitely be back again.

So glad we stopped in this place!!! Food was great! Drinks were great! Dan the bartender was awesome, very helpful with my million questions. We will be coming back again and again!! A perfect Sunday night!

Perfect combo of a hometown, know everyone in the joint, type of place but come as you are, from wherever you are, type of vibe. Good brews and good eats from the in-house kitchen operated by Ray Ray's. If you see one name or the other, you know you've hit the spot.

Stopped in with my sister - we were starving Parked right in front. Sat at the bar. Had great Bloody Mary and an awesome Rueben probably pretty close to one of the best I've had in a while. Also had the honey mustard wings and couldn't resist the soup special ...potato bacon ...wait for it ...served in a bread bowl. Wonderful on a rainy Saturday!! We will be back when we are passing through in the area. Check it out! Yummy!!!!

Restaurant Style: American Pubfare Last Visit: 12/24/18 Ambiance: Dark, woody with a cheerily lighted bar space and TV lounge next door. In another time I would expect a smoke-filled room, but the dining area clearly marks the more family-oriented space. Service: Both times I've dined here they were quick and attentive. I do recommend a seat away from the blustery door in winter and, if they can, they will gladly accommodate you. For Kids: No dedicated juvenile menu, but you can probably find something a child would like out of the offerings of burgers and tater tots. Hours: Open Tuesday and Wednesday at 4:00 PM, Thursday through Sunday 11:30 AM. closed Monday. Expense Account: Moderate. Figure about $15-$20 each without alcohol. Food: Cesar Salad for vegetarians rather bland with no eggs and one kind of cheese but tasty. They will vegetarianize on request. Juicy veggie burger. Other veggie options include a nice chop chop salad, but this is a pub fare kind of place so carnivores feed first. The hamburger chowder special tipped me off to that immediately. I tried a slab of cornbread with side of chili and the cornbread could almost be southern. Chili itself of the one- or two-alarm fire brand, a plus for me and a disappointment for my bride. Feed the village nachos were fine plain but can accessorize with variations. The beef stew tempted in the cool night but my Reuben gushed with cheese and crisped bread. This is not the best sort of place for a multi-course dinner, but soup, appetizers and sandwiches suit me fine. There is also a straight bar area for the dedicated sipper and, for those who need a more intimate setting, the management suggests the adjacent Library (books are NOT the focus). No WiFi. Vegetarian Options: Lots of options from salads to veggie nachos to the veggie burger. Half of our party always eat vegetarian and they eat here often. Difference Dividend: The nachos pile up on the appetizer plate with so many options (chili, pulled pork, chicken) you could get away with a cup of soup and call it dinner. Adult Beverages: Full bar with over a dozen beers on tap.

Amy's place has great chow, very friendly service and a local feel. Always a fun night out with family.

Popular as a mainstream American food destination since it opened, they recently swapped out kitchens to welcome Ray Ray's Cafe: pretty good pub grub. So it still functions as a restaurant with table seating, for a standard meal and good service. Really nice looking space for such a place, especially since the renovation in 2019. At night: Cop bar. Sports bar. Bros bros bros. Gendered bathrooms, not lovely but decent sized. Somewhat queer tolerant, quite friendly staff in general, definitely a locals feel where you'll find the high school kids that never left town. Usually open past 1am.

This is kind of a low review, but Amy's is better than I'm giving it credit for. Here's the deal: There are two halves to the place, a restaurant and a bar. I don't typically go to the bar. We go to the restaurant side and have a couple of beverages and some appetizers. The bar is always packed, so that tells you that it has to be good! The apps and drinks are AWESOME. I usually get a girly mixed drink, but the beer menu is pretty sizable as well I love the pulled pork egg rolls, and fried mac n cheese bites. They will change your life... in the best of ways! There is simply no other way to put it. I've never had anything like the egg rolls, and the ranch sauce they give you to dip them in is sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet! If this were the only part of the review, I couldn't not give it 5 stars. Seriously. I love all of the apps, I love most of the drinks.... What I don't typically love is the entrees. They are very mediocre. I don't know how else to say it. I've had mostly everything on the menu with the exception of the buffalo mac & cheese, which is evidently pretty amazing (based on other reviews). I don't want to downplay my love of Amy's. This is my go-to place if I want to stick around town and take someone out, but we usually try to steer towards apps and drinks, not so much meals.

I went to Amy's Place based on Yelp reviews and a local referral with brother and his girlfriend. We arrived just before 8PM on a Sunday night. We entered on the Pub side, unaware of a second door into the Diner side. We ate in the left corner elevated booth. The Bar Tender provided the menus and took our order, without paper and pen. I was surprised and asked him why. He responded that he's been doing this so long, he only takes notes for parties over 7! Wow. Brother and Girlfriend ordered Budlight and Stella on draft and both tasted great. We ordered $11 Nacho's and they were great. They were served on a 10 to 12" oval dish, cheese and toppings were layered in the middle, so you get everything twice! Brother and I ordered the $10 Pulled Pork sandwich, served with string fried onion rings on top of a toasted roll. I have eaten pulled pork in maybe 40 states, this was a Top 5! Fries were hot and crisp. Brother's girlfriend had the Reuben and said it was great. Oh and they have about 30 beers on Tap. We will definitely return.

Apparently they think it's better to leave a table open instead of seating hungry paying customers who have been waiting over 20 minutes! Where the hell did customer service go??? It obviously didn't end up at Amy's Place!

This is our favorite spot when we are in town. We always go to the bar, but the restaurant side is always packed and everyone always says the food is delicious. Food is always consistently good and the bartenders (Dan & Mary) are friendly and efficient. A great local place.

Amy's Place is a semi-frequent hangout for me. They do fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice, so I like them for a Sunday morning beverage when I'm feeling frisky. They have some AWESOME buffalo wings! As is meaty, crispy, wings with blue cheese that tastes like it doesn't come out of a bottle. Service, whether server or bartender, is always attentive and pleasant. A couple of times I've been here on a Friday or Saturday night. My experience on those nights is that it is an odd mix of young women all dolled up (which doesn't go with the decor) hanging on older men. I wouldn't say it is a great place for dancing, but if you have enough to drink, it doesn't matter.

This place is AWFUL...bad, overpriced food, idiotic employees who leave doors to nowhere unlocked (and an innocent person actually plunged to her death taking the wrong door, a volunteer !!!), with a bunch of "too old to be out anymore" nosy people combined with lots of "I can only afford Pabst because I got a new piercing and tattoo" types. And, a section called the "Library" where you CANNOT WEAR A HAT because I guess it is somehow "formal", LOL !!! In little Easthampton, they're going to have an absolutely laughable (and VERY avoidable !!) dress code !!! Oh, the pretentiousness !!! I wish this place was the barbecue restaurant that it once was, with a different owner...THAT restaurant was awesome !!! STAY AWAY FROM AMY'S PLACE THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SPOTS IN EASTHAMPTON !!!

Nothing origional about the food. Atmosphere could be nice except for the rude staff. The prices are ridiculous. Too many good place to waste your time and money on this place in my opiniin.

We hit Amy's Place at least once every two weeks for takeout. The pulled pork egg rolls are probably one of the best appetizers I've ever had. We have also tried a bunch of the sandwiches from their menu. The staff is always polite and friendly and I've never received bad service. Definitely a must try if you're in the Easthampton area!

Amy's Place is a great place to stop in for a drink or to sit down and have a meal. They have a bar area that is lively and often full, but also have a nice dining area in case you want a little quieter experience. The beer list was excellent and had plenty of local options to try. We had the pulled pork nachos and three of us could not finish them. They were delicious though! I would definitely order them the next time I am there. The service was great as well.

Ate here tonight w my wife. We had the Southwest Eggrolls which were delicious and flavorful. Best of all was the a Cuban sandwich I had. WOW. Great flavors loaded with cheese and meat and sauce, beautifully cooked. My wife had the Staci Burger which she was equally thrilled with. The fries, she said, had a nice crispy crust to them. Well done and a nice neighborhood bar and grill. With Rays Kitchen taking care of the food in the back. Service was also excellent.

My advice would be to stick to sandwiches and burgers here and avoid the entrees. The pulled pork nachos are pretty good, too. Service is always friendly and it's a comfortable spot to grab a beer.

I love Amy's Place! I've tried the cheeseburger club, the prime rib quesadilla, and many more, all of which were great. The Jen's Razz Margarita is also awesome! Definitely family friendly and reasonably priced.

If you haven't given Amy's Place a try you really should. Other reviews say the menu is typical bar food and uncreative, but that's the furthest thing from the truth. The menu is pretty varied, and I have tried several menu items and have not found one complaint. The mac and cheese is homemade and delicious! The cobb salad is what a real salad should be. Its loaded with chicken, eggs, avocado, bacon, etc. There is no skimping on this one, its amazing! Another standout feature is the beer selection. It's constantly rotating with excellent micro brews on tap. The bartenders and wait staff are super friendly. It really is the go to neighborhood restaurant (and bar)

There is not a whole lot going on in Easthampton other than The Williston Northampton School, so I wasn't expecting much from Amy's Place. As it turns out, this is a reasonably good restaurtant / pub combination. The jambalaya was good (you don't see that on many pub menus in the northeast) with lots of grilled shrimp, the nacho plate heaped to overflowing and my son's steak was fine. Having the place spread across two store fronts allows people in the dining area not to feel like they are right in a bar. Good selection of beers on tap for a place this size. The service was attentive. Overall, quite a postive experience.

The worst food I've ever eaten in western mass. I should've gone to McDonald's. The wait staff was fine and I have no personal gripes but nothing else matters until they stop insulting people's tastebuds by calling what they serve food. I anxiously await my food poisoning.

Typical average bar food and uncreative menu selections. What you see is what you get from this place. From the overcooked fries to the uncomfortable seating to the average taste of your food. The service was okay but I guess I should not expect more from a place in this location. It is a ghost town and not many businesses to support a restaurant.

I was first introduced to Amy's Place one weekend afternoon by some friends who had been there a few times before. They raved about a number of items that I "just had to try". We were all very hungry so we ordered quite a few items for a lunch. The establishment is divided into two areas, one is more of a pub atmosphere, and when you walk through to the other side, it is simply a room of tables/booths and the entrance-way to the kitchen. We sat in the 'dining room'. The waitress came over almost immediately as we sat down (4 of us total) and we ordered our drinks and appetizers. There was a huge chalkboard up on the side wall that listed their unique draft and bottle beer selection. There wasn't a huge list but they seemed to have a beer to appeal to everyone's tastes, even an organic and gluten-free option. We ordered the Pierogi Skins, which are cheese pierogis topped with chedder/jack cheese and (we chose) kielbasa, served with sour cream. (The four of us ordered two orders, one would probably be enough for most but we were starving and they were DELICIOUS). I had never had anything like that before, but it was definitely something I would not hesitate to order again. For our entrees, my friends ordered the Chop Chop Salad (it was definitely a generous size, as were all the entrees), a Reuben, and a Cheeseburger (blackened). I ordered the pulled pork meal (HOLY CRAP IT WAS HUGE). The heaping pile of pulled pork was insane (for me, 3-4 meals worth), plus it also came with mac and cheese and cornbread. The cornbread was very moist, buttery and delicious and the mac and cheese (well, I believe they are well-known for it so, yes, it was phenomenal). I definitely enjoyed the pulled pork, it was so tender it practically melted in my mouth (not even exaggerating) and the bbq sauce was not very heavy but had a smokey sweet taste that I enjoyed thoroughly (I am a Bourbon BBQ fan, personally). Speaking of the mac and cheese, they make this incredible Buffalo Chicken Mac N Cheese that was just absolute culinary-comfort-food-perfection. My friends shared an order of that to go with their meals. I had so much food, I had to take mine to-go (why waste such good food) To finish off our meal we ordered an "after-dinner drink" (Beers and ciders had made up most of the meal). We all were in the mood for an Irish Coffee, now, not sure if that is on their menu but let me tell you, that MAY have been the highlight of my experience. If I could have that drink at the end of every meal I have, I would be in heaven. It came in a tall hurricane glass, warm and filled to the rim, topped off with a swirling mound of whipped cream. The taste, temperature, appearance, everything, was just fantastic. Yes, I'll admit it, I fell in love with my after-dinner beverage. I have since asked my boyfriend to go to Amy's Place just so I can get that Irish Coffee again (hopefully soon he'll say yes). One last note, as we were leaving a waitress was bringing to another table what appeared to be their Buffalo Chicken Nachos. Holy Smokes! Just from the look and smell of it, I recommend that to anyone with a larger group or larger appetite as I intend to order it the next time I stop by as well.

Just stopped here after a quick pint at Fort Hill and sat at the bar. Such a great atmosphere and quickly made friends with a couple next to us at the bar (who just happen to be related to Amy). Ordered a BAT (bacon avocado and tomato) on sourdough and a Cajun prime rib sandwich. The BAT was excellent and the prime rib sandwich was a solid 4 out of 5. But it's the friendly atmosphere that will keep us coming back! Got to meet & talk to Amy too - Very friendly! The beers on tap are great too - check out the local brews from Hitchcock. Will definitely be back!

I'll come over the hill any day of the week to come to Amy's Place. The best nachos in the Valley, great chicken sandwiches, maybe the best chop-chop salad in the Valley, too. Nothin' fancy, just good food and good atmosphere. Gotta love when they have Shabadoo on nitro.

I've been here several times and I like the variety of draft beer and pub style atmosphere. 14 taps with many favorites. Karaoke night gets crazy! Locals are inviting as well. Next door is the restaurant side and the food is equally as good.

I like there are two sides. There is a restaurant side and a bar side that are separated. Both serve food and have a connecting door. Food has been good and prices are reasonable.

The good thing is they have beer....the bad thing is they put celery in their marinara sauce....
